Overall I like this place. Great value for the money. People are friendly. Only complaint is that the soap dispenser in the bathroom is often broken or not working.

I love that this gym has a squat rack but PLEASE try to solve the bug infestation! There are flies everywhere!

Very dirty gym, poor machines, horrible management. The machines all need maintenance, over half of the machines have dust and broken pieces, and worst of all the manager. I have seen him deal with customers in the most unprofessional way and is the definition of toxic masculinity. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Amazing gym! Just signed up here about a week or two ago and I absolutely love it. Staff is super friendly and the gym has everything you could possibly need. I’m glad I found this place!

Its okay. They cant seem to be properly staffed sometimes, and their treadmills will go down or the temperature will be all over the place. Super cold or super hot. But 75% of the time, its fine.

My husband and I both are members and I just recently started working with Ovi as a personal trainer. I have a hard time working out and need that little boost so this has been a God send. Not only is the location in better shape these days but the staff is much more approachable and helpful in assisting members reach their goals. This place is not only affordable but you get the best bang for your buck!

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and been given a hard time. I live in Lenox and should have the most basic membership plus a neighborhood discount which is why I signed up in the first place but have been being charged $40 a month for the last two months. No one mailed me anything or told me anything about membership fees going up. I’m disappointed.My YMCA membership is $50 a month and they have 2 pools, a steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, free classes, free childcare, a skatepark... no comparison. I’d keep this membership if it were $20 a month like it has been for 3 years but to double it and not tell me is just bad business.I’ll be in on Monday to cancel and expect no questions to be asked and no cancelation fees to be charged.

We’ve been working out there for several years now and love it. Convenient. Professional staff. The equipment we need to get done what we want to get done. Highly recommend the personal training. Ask for Justin. Lyndsay and I have been working out with him for nearly 2 years. Always challenging workouts and accountability. Worth every penny.

This place is pretty cool. Easy in easy out. Feel good exercising. Now I just need to stay motivated.

This gym has everything you need. I go during lunch and it never overcrowded. The staff is very friendly and keeps the place clean. In the hour that I workout the staff will be cleaning/picking up something constantly. The only machine that I wish they had is a StairMaster. Also make sure you bring your headphones if you like metal.

I have been a member for nearly 8 months. I am currently in a six month training contract with Justin also. While my work schedule has limited my workout time, I stand by the following review: the staff and the environment are great. I have never left that place with a sour taste in my mouth. I not only recommend joining the gym to any prospective members, but I also commend the leadership and higher echelon members of this company for their dedication to making this place even better.

Least of favorites... i have been a member for past two years and been to all locations around Nashville... this location is very poorly managed.. machines are all scattered without any sence of organization... machines are dirty... not very well equiped.I had to come here because workout anytime closed their coolsprings location.....So unfortunately I am stuck with this location !!

I highly recommend the Lenox Village location. This is the first time I have ever lasted at a gym or any type of training routine, thanks to the guidance and support of the training staff and management. It is not just a gym, it is an extended family who is there to help you reach your fitness goals.

Justin and staff run a great facility to work out 24/7, and for only $15 a month. Just about any type of tool you would ever really need is available there. When I first started my membership, I worked with Justin one personal training session per week for a total of 12 weeks while coming in on my own time to work through the knowledge I acquired.

Great staff that is very personable and helpful. The equipment is great, good mixture of free weights and auxiliary machines. I recommend this gym to any real gym rats or people just looking to get a quick quality workout.

Wow. Are we talking about the same gym? My wife and I go to the Lennox Village gym and I sometimes go to the Smyrna gym and we have always had a great experience. The staff is personable, helpful and friendly. The free physical assessment was an eye opener for me and corrected some of the mistakes I was making in my exercise routine. The equipment provides everything I need for a top to bottom workout.

Great facility to work out at that is close to home and business. The staff has always been helpful to everyone and the members are always nice. If you are not sure what to do you can always ask someone and not have to worry about feeling uncomfortable.

Love that this place take care of veterans, only downside is this small and not always clean bathrooms. Plenty of cardio equipment but lacks on the free weight benches both flat and incline. overall nice gym in a great spot.

Equipment is fine, place is clean. Customer service is terrible. I know they had a change in management and lots of employee turnover, but no excuse to not handle customer issues. I cancelled my membership and was charged for months after making several calls to get it fixed. Either there are issues at the top or no one at this location turns in paperwork. It’s very frustrating.

If you are looking for a big box gym where you have so much equipment it is overwhelming, with the latest fad toy in every corner, and the only thing you will interact with is the twenty t.v.s in front of your treadmill- this gym is not going to fit the bill.If you want your gym to be more like the neighborhood pub- comfortable and familiar, where everything might not be brand new, but well cared for, and you have the friendly faces of the regulars to keep you company- come check this place out.When you first start at a gym I know a hesitation is that you are going to be surrounded by judging meatheads- let me assuage you fears. A few guys might look like Bruce Banners alter ego, but they retain the friendly, mild mannered personality. They will not hesitate to help with a spot, or give friendly advice, but only when asked. The only time I have seen someone critique a technique unasked is when their toes were in danger of being crushed by a wayward weight.If you do want someone to help you with technique- train with Justin. He is a great trainer that sets you up with realistic goals, sessions that will push but not break you, and truly cares about not just doing the reps, but doing things right. I have worked with him for six months and have seen consistent results. I have limitations due to previous injuries, and I never feel judged when I say I cant do something, I just see the wheels turning as he figures out a different way to accommodate me.If you are looking for a gym, give this place a try - I dont think you will be disappointed.

My family and I signed up. After sigup fees, the yearly fees, and membership fees we ended up paying well over $400 in just 2 months for 3 people. The front of their facility touts $15/month. Read the fine print so you know what youre getting into so the bait and switch doesnt cost you an arm and leg like it did us.

Its a great gym, but be care if you need to discontinue your membership. My husband and I moved away and I called to see if I needed to come in to cancel before we left and I was told it was taken care of over the phone. Now, Im noticing on my credit card statement that I am still being charged a membership. When I call to have it taken care of Im told I have to send in a letter and the manager is never available. I had to dispute the charges with my bank in order to fix the problem because workout anytime wouldnt look into it.

If your looking for a good workout environment/family, definitely check this place out. I love this gym. Not only is the management/staff helpful and nice, but they seem to be more educated and informed than most gyms that Ive been to when it comes to the best practices of fitness and workouts.I honestly dont know how anyone could leave a bad review. I was shocked to see someone saying that the staff was racist. THIS COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. To all the staff: keep up the fantastic work, and dont read into any crazy rants. I had joined this club and decided to pay the 1 year contract upfront. Big mistake.. I have to relocate to Florida and the closest facility is 50 miles away. I have only been a member for 4 months. I called to see if I could get a refund for the remainder of my contract THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. I was told Nope - no refund... Bad business practice!!!!!

Clean facility, friendly staff. Plenty of equipment. Music isnt over bearing, plenty of TVs and cardio equipment. Highly recommend.Edit 4/7/18: New assistant management keeps the place cleaner than Ive seen it in the past. Also seen a handful of equipment repair folks in and out of there keeping everything running as it should. Also, reading through some other reviews people are stating that the staff is racist and unpolite, while I cant speak for anyone other than myself, there is a large diversity of folks working out there every day and Ive never witnessed anything of the sort.

The place is disgusting. It has the most awful sewer smell throughout the place, the bathrooms in the afternoon are clogged from people doing a no.2 (which is why it smells so bad) the floors are nasty the carpet is disgusting, just an all around nasty place.

The gym is convenient and cheap. Thats about it. This gym is so dirty. I have to constantly get on the staff to clean mildew on the water fountains, spew on the mirrors (someone spewed on the mirrors on the wall and it was there for a week), they water down the cleaning sprays they have out for the gym goers to the point where its just water to cut down on costs. I brought it to the attention of a staff member and they shook it up to show me it bubbles. I took off the top to smell it and it smelled like water. A few suds dont kill bacteria or staph (which is the most common disease you can spread at the gym). People at the gym sweat all over the equipment and dont wipe it off when they are done. The least I could ask for is some cleaner to prevent myself from getting some sort of bacterial infection. Its just common sense. Some of the staffers are nice, but this place needs a random healthy inspection. Its clear the owners only use this place as a place to earn some cash and dont actually care about their gym goers.

I will not recommend this gym, I stopped using the gym back in October 2017 due to lack of time, so I finally decided to cancel my membership back in April 2018 I signed out the cancellation sheet, the guy in charge at the time told me they will charge me May and that all, well they did charge me May and also June when I called out to find out why they keep changing me, they said they lost my cancellation form, and they couldnt do a refund for June I would not recommend this gym at all.
