I LOVE Stretch Zone. Everyone who works there is kind, respectful, and so good at what they do. It’s a relaxing environment, and after a session I feel lighter and taller than anything else. I’ve done physical therapy and yoga to help deal with my back issues in the past and this is a great compliment, because there are ways to stretch that are literally impossible to do yourself.I can’t recommend it enough.Try it once and you’ll either love it, or you won’t.

Rachel does a fantastic job in stretching me. I’m new to this and I have found it to help me tremendously I’m my running already. I feel very comfortable with the stretch moves and everything is well within my comfort zone but still pushes me. Also enjoy the music choices!Thanks Rachel!

Im so pleased that I found Stretch Zone! The people are friendly and well versed in helping relieve tension in every muscle group. As someone who is on their feet all day, I really appreciate the sessions as they make me feel energized.

Stretch zone is an awesome establishment in a prime location of Green Hills. I have gone to them dating back to when I was in high school playing football and travel soccer. The employees have professional knowledge and are able to work with you on all your requests.

The Stretch Zone Team of trained professionals is 2nd ONLY to the actual Stretching Experience itself. Im ALL IN!! The exercises are totally individualized, muscle- group isolated, and are provided in a comfortable, pleasant, and yet attentive, client focused environment. Personally, I continue to gain increased mobility, flexibility, and range in motion. Has also aided in minor nerve damage!! Stretching is the Yin to my massage Yang!

Stretch Zone was such a great find for me. Trying to get back to an active sports heavy lifestyle coming off a rough hip and lower back injury was challenging. During a complimentary consultation they got to know my specific situation, my goals, and any deficits I may have from injury or general wear and tear. During the treatments you get to know the therapist as they get to know your body and it’s stretch needs. The atmosphere here is very friendly, and everyone contributes to a feeling that they all enjoy being in the space working with people. I would recommend it to anyone whether you are trying to improve a specific area post injury/surgery, or just improve general flexibility.

Stretch Zone has been such a blessing for me over these last few months.The only thing i would change, would be my budget, i wish i could afford more frequent sessions. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys to relax and unwind.

The staff are so friendly and very professional here. They go out of their way to make sure your receive an awesome experience. Everyone seems to be so passionate at what they do. As they are stretching your body, they are also providing education and awareness on how to use your muscles. Just love coming here! Very relaxing!

Great Place. Jessie was the Best.! My Back has not felt this relaxed in forever. I would highly recommend it if you have back or leg pain.

This place is AWESOME!!! I have tightness in my hips that is severe. Ive been going to them for about 4 months now, and my personal trainer has seen a noticable difference in my mobility. My squatting has GREATLY improved, along with my sprawls and burpees. Where I was unable to plant my feet doing my sprawls and burpees before....now, my feet are planted. They are educated and very intentional when they stretch you, and they seem to be invested in your improvement. The decision to begin these sessions was definitely a great one!

Stretching is often ignored, but stretching is a fundamental of physical fitness and healthy aging. After years of inflexibity, I tried Stretchzone. After four one hour treatments per week for several months, I am achieving the long term benefit in health I had hoped for. Their price is modest relative to their benefit. The therapists are all professionally trained dancers. A Stretch session there is like participating in an artistic creation. Each of the therapists has been superior. Brandon Johnson has been my principal therapist. He is gifted, and diligent. Jessis Mcpherson is equally gifted, and quite charming. I have had one session with Rachel Simons. She is physically strong, and a superior artist. I recommend their method and their artists without qualification. William Conway MD

Relaxed atmosphere, wonderful friendly staff.

In Nov I asked to cancel, but the girl told me well just freez your account. I left the country for a month. I came back and check my account the following month i was charged $200. I asked for a refund and Blake said to me the following via text msg.I thought you understood. Back at the end of November all you requested was a 2 month freeze. Your freeze was up and you were charged again.We use a 30 day notice. Your account has been cancelled now due to your notice. Unless that charge came after a cancel request, I cant issue a refund.I still need my $ back.

Stretch Zone has been the best thing ever for my back! I had a stress fracture in my back at the age of 16, and have been dealing with ongoing pain ever since. Ive been going 1x a week for about 6 months now, and not only has my back pain subsided by about 80%, my flexibility is the best its ever been my entire life. We all know stretching is an important part of your overall health, but its a hard one to prioritize into your regular routine. Stretch Zone accomplished this for me. I notice the benefits in subtle fashions at least 1-2x per week, and its increased my overall quality of life. Highly recommend! -

Awesome concept. Very unique. My 15 visits have been outstanding. I wish I had done this earlier in life. I had ACL surgery in March 2018, and have suffered from a stiff back forever (bad hamstrings). Ive also taken my 16 year son (constantly growing, basketball player). Their process has helped him a ton. Matthew, Ashley and crew are very professional and communicative. Theyve been flexible to work around my schedule.

I tried to cancel my membership and they continued to charge me for the next 2 months. I got an e mail from someone who said they were refunding my money but that never happened. I complained to the BBB and they could never get any response from the nashville office or the corporate office in Fla. The staff were not very professional and the customer service was terrible. I am still owed 2 months of my membership after 6 months. i still have an open complain with the BBB

Definitely not worth the money, terribly overpriced for what you get.Billing practices are some of the worst I’ve ever encountered.
