21st century is an excellent dentist, Id recommend to anyone in Nashville.I dont have dental insurance so I love their 2 for 1 cleaning package they offer for self-pay.Megan has been my dental hygienist for years and shes excellent. She holds me accountable and always provides great recommendations for better oral health.

All the crew who work here are true gems. I had a horrible experience as a child making me terrified to go to a dentist. Dr. Dickerson is a rock star. He numbed me completely and did an excellent job working with me and has completely changed my mind about going to the dentist. The price is extremely reasonable and he is available for emergency calls. I cannot say enough about this practice.

I moved here to Nashville 6 months ago and have been in need of a dentist, an implant & multiple crowns for quite some time. Dr Thompson’s office is close to my home and I just dropped in to make an appointment. The Yelp reviews were all glowing. I’m SO glad I found them! Today was my first visit. Everyone was so nice, helpful and on the ball. It is a very well run office. I had X-rays, & cool close-up digital photos of my poor old teeth that I could view on a 27” screen, making it very easy to understand what was wrong with them, & what repairs are needed. Dr Thompson is very personable, explaining everything, always waiting for any questions I might have. What a nice guy! I feel quite confident my teeth are in good hands. I got a referral for a periodontist for the next step towards a new implant, then had my teeth cleaned. Thanks to both Megan & Danielle for taking good care of me. I chose the ‘in house’ dental plan as it seemed reasonably priced and considering all the work I’m going to have done in the next few months, a bargain since it includes 15% off on all work done. So, I guess I’m a happy camper. Almost makes me look forward to going to the dentist again. Almost ha.

I’ve been a patient here for over 5yrs. The care is professional and the staff make me feel comfortable during my visit. I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I feel I’m in good hands here.

Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr Thompson even caught a lose tooth and figured out I clench at night. They are very thorough and take their time with you. I was even able to pick a movie and watch tv while I got my teeth cleaned. My teeth feel so clean and healthy!

I am a new patient to this practice. The atmosphere in this office is very pleasant and comfortable. My hygienist put me at ease and was very open to my asking questions and making comments which I appreciated. It had been a while since I had my teeth cleaned due to the virus so I was very happy to see her. Dr Thompson was very cordial and upon examining my teeth and overall dental health I never felt like he was pushing me to have any unnecessary procedures done. He suggested that I bring in my night guard so that he could take a look at it and make sure that it was fitting me properly and I appreciated that suggestion as I have been wearing it for quite a long time. They also offered to clean it for me which I thought was very nice. I will be returning next Monday to have that service performed. I am extremely happy with my visit to 21st century dentistry today and hope to continue to use Dr Thompson and their practice for a very long time.

I went to Dr. Thompson with dental issues that no other doctor was able to fix - and he fixed them within a week! He gave me the time and attention to detail I needed to have all of my questions answered and to get all of my dental problems solved. These people are legitimately the best in town!

Today Stephanie cleaned my teeth as she has done for several years twice a year, and she did her usual excellent job. I love when we can talk together before and after she starts and ends working with me.Doctor Thompson came in after she was through to examine my mouth to make sure there was not any problems.I now have another appointment with them in June of 2021.

A++. Yesterday, the day after I had a procedure there, Dr. Thompson called to check in on how I was doing. We spoke for 10 minutes. I’ve never had a doctor call me after procedure. On top of this excellent doctor, there is a crack staff and I actually laughed during my procedure (without laughing gas).

Dr. Thompson is the best!! He is super friendly and compassionate. My crown fell off and I couldnt get into any other office at the time and Dr. Thompson got me in and fixed me up quickly. We had a dental emergency, on Memorial Day I called 26 different dentist offices that claimed to be an emergency dentist. I called 21st Century Dental and they called me back within a couple of hours, on Memorial Day while he was on vacation out of state with his wife..... if that doesnt say something about this dentist office and taking care of it patients i dont know what does!!!
