Cindy was awesome, she jumped in to correct the mess on my nails..... she saved me.... having gone to the same spot here in Naples for 10 years.... suddenly closing without any forwarding replacement... I was panicking... tried three others ... a total mess... she put me back... I’m very fussy and she did it! Yay! I would have paid anything but her prices very fair..... good people deserve business!

I recently discovered this salon. I looked them up on line and Don came highly recommended. I went in for a full set of gel nails and a pedicure and I was pleasantly surprised.Don did an amazing job!! He does exactly what you want and even goes above and beyond. I would recommend Don he did a fabulous job on both my hands and feet. Earlier on in the week I had a French pedicure done by him and he did such a good job that I came back a few days later and had him do a French manicure with shellac. Very nicely done and he does not make you feel rushed he takes his time!

By far I had a wonderful service here! The Owner is pretty funny and he did a fabulous job on my set.

I recently moved to Naples and this is the first salon I’ve tried and it’ll definitely be the only! Don is absolutely AMAZING. He is very professional and precise with shaping your nails and you will not leave disappointed! I went back a few days later for a pedicure and yet again He gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever received! I will definitely recommend!

Prices quoted on previous appt for fill were upcharged by 20% upon return 3 weeks later. Dismissive attitude pervaded entire visit. They need to honor pricing quoted and hire more pleasant technicians.

This is by far the best nail salon in town. I have been to many and they are fair priced, treat you like family and they do such an amazing job that I don’t have to go back every two weeks, but every three weeks. They have a huge selection of colors which is so nice.

I went into this spa, disabled on a cane and EVERYONE was gentle, nice and as accommodating. Between Don and Thu, Im very impressed with the results of my acrylic full set nails with gel polish and nail design. The business seems family-run and oriented and the prices are nice and solid. Im genuinely very happy with the whole experience from in the door, walking out.

I had a powder manicure and spa pedicure today with Don. After reading reviews, I made my appt with him.,coming from North last week and wanted the best! He was the best- meticulous and caring while asking about preferences and also giving advise on better techniques. I am going back each and every time!

Family owned and operated by a wonderful family! The service is outstanding, too. This salon uses high quality products and the results are amazing. The dip process is awesome!!! Additionally, I value a local business who takes pride in ownership and gives back to their community! Don and Cindy willingly donate service gift certificates to our local Night to Shine event ( a prom for individuals with special needs). This salon has earned my highest praises for the past 6 years!

I found the salon to be modern and clean. Don spent a lot of time on me during my pedicure and dip manicure. He explained the dipping process and definitely did not rush. I highly recommend this salon.I had my second visit Thanksgiving week and had a whole different experience. They were busy, and I had an appointment for my dip manicure and pedicure. My manicurist was rushed and kept going to other customers and trying to work everyone in. She rushed the dip process and I was left with color on my cuticles. When I asked about it, she said to go home and wash my hands and it would come off. It didnt. So far, I have a chip in one of my nails and also on one of my toes. Don assured me the first time I was there that every subsequent visit would be as perfect as the first time. It wasnt, and I wont return.

I absolutely Love Love Lynn, she is wonderful, fun and up course does beautiful nails and toes! She works sooooooooooooo hard to get you want you want and what works for you. I really appreciate her efforts and everyone in the saloon who is so nice and kind. This is a very clean saloon with a warm atmosphere that I really enjoy.

From the moment I walked in, it was total attentiveness. The new chairs they have here are magnificent . I li ed all over the east coast, while any girl would lo e the pluses of champagne, I just love good work. See my guy Don! Its the day before my wedding and o can tell you my ugly feet were made new. Not an easy task. I didnt have to say a word about what needed to be done to feet like mine. He just knew. Thanks Don!

I love this place! Its so clean and updated. Linh M did my nails and I love them - she was super patient with me (Im the indecisive type) and did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back.

I loved coming here until today when I had a bad experience. I received a 10% off text message before I walked into the nail salon when I was about to pay I showed the owner the text and she said no that message wasn’t from them. I payed using Apple Pay and one hour later I received a link so I can see my receipt (from the same exact phone number) and at the beginning of the text it said Naples nails and spa. I spend lots of money more than 80 dollars every two weeks to be lied to over something so simple. Never again will I step foot here.You lost a customer. You lost two my sister won’t go either. Then when the husband (owner) was doing my shellac he started being rude and doing my nails fast because two other clients walked in and it was already 6:15. They were closing at 7 pm. Never again!

My friend and I came here for her birthday. We were unintentionally difficult customers due to making a late appointment, arriving late to even that appointment, and having them stay later than closing time because we wanted designs on our nails. They were very patient with us despite all of this. Took their time doing our nails, the designs were perfect (just like a photo we had shown them) and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Best of all, they were reasonably priced. I definitely will come back to this place next time I want to get my nails done.

Awful. Just had the worst manicure in all of Naples.Cuticles totally unprofessional. Used 3-drops of hand lotion which they rub into their own hands before they touch you. Cheap way to do manicure.They employ underage children.Pedicure no better.
