Just had a gel fillin on Sunday 9/12/21 and today 9/13/21 my nails have started chipping. I’ve never had this problem with other salons. I’ll typically have my gel nails for weeks before any chipping occurs. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience! Had acrylic nails done on Saturday, she did not smooth them after applying a very thin later of acrylic. By Tuesday they started chipping and 5 days later 5 nails were chipped and cracked. I called in to the salon to ask them to fix them. Her first comment was we dont fix nails.Huh?!So I let her know that she had applied the original acrylic. She asked me to show her and when I did she stated with a scoff that is not my fault, that is your fault. I did not break them, you did! All of this front of her client!Speechless and disgusted. If I could have awarded zero stars I would have, but the one star is for the decor lol. Will never use this very unprofessional and bad quality salon again, and will make sure none of my friends/family/colleagues go through this either. Clearly this salon and whoever the nail tech was do not understand or appreciate business.

The most bad experience I ever got in my life the lady didn’t finish the job she start to insult me that I have ugly nails and all that because I’m Jewish she told me I’m not bellows to be in America I’m still in shock and if it’s not Enough she change me way more that she told me Des-costing SPA and tribal service !!!

I got gel nails and today I am going back 4 weeks after. I dont have any chips or anything but my nails grew so much in the meantime. To get the old off, they dont soak in acetone. They paint some kind of polish and let it sit for a few. Now my nails arent dry and brittle. I live 3 1/2 hours away and was waiting to come back so I can go back there.

Very unprofessional. I attempted to schedule an appointment and the person who answered the phone was very rude and could not provide me with an appointment time.About an hour later, I received text messages from this person that stated that I was a bad person. This was unnecessary and anyone in customer service knows that is not how you treat a potential paying customer.I will do my due diligence to make sure that none of my friends or family go through this type of harassment from this company.

Holly does an amazing job and the selection is way more than you see at any salon!

I came with my wife because she does not speak English well. We asked to do manicure & pedicure with gel nails and they quoted that price will be $65. We agreed on price, and after that I left. They did the job and charged my wife $85, $20 more than what was quoted originally. I tried to clarify situation when I came back to pick up my wife, but they were very rude and aggressive, and said that they never quoted that price will be $65. Not american way to do business, and probably because of that this place is empty and will go out of business.

Came in today for a full acrylic set and Holly did an amazing job. Will be coming back when I’m ready for a fill!

Love Holly and her family, I have been coming here for years. They have great service and do a great job with nails. I highly recommend them to my friends and family, also they’re open on Sundays which is perfect for busy schedules!

I think this is my second favorite nail place to go to and its close to where I live. So if I cant go to my usual, this is a great alternative and theyre relatively affordable for their services. The staff is friendly, the salon is clean, and the end products are beautiful. Id give it a 5-star but my #1 salon has raised my expectations a lot lol otherwise this is a great place to get your nails and waxing services done

I would never recommenced this place. I came in and asked if they could do French ombré, coffin shaped. Holly said she could do that so I sat down and got my nails done. When she was finished the shape was horrible and round, did not look even or filed in the slightest. The dip powder made the nails super thick and bulging and round, had no definite shape. All the nails had different shapes and curves. I wish I could upload a photo. The French ombré she attempted with dip powder was splotchy and uneven, looked absolutely horrible. It was not gradually faded at all. Holly was sweet, but she seemed like she had barely any practice. Although she was nice I could not imagine paying $50+ for a job like that again.

Best Nail salon!! Super clean and all are super nice and accommodating!! I make it a point to go everytime I am in town....once a month!!! Try them...u will be happy u did!!!

Holly the owner is the only one in the salon who does acrylics.On 2 occasions she has raised her voice to me and this past week as ONLY customer there she conversed with her nephew in Vietnamese. RUDE AND CRUDE. I called to say i wouLd not be back and she said I DIDNT WANT YOU ANYWAY! Too many NICE salons with NO ABUSE!Not ONLYin your response SHE LIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I NEVER missed ANY APPT HOLLY! You called me to say did you lose you way? It was a Barbara and MY NAME IS PIXY REMEMBER.Apparently Barbara CAME who was NEW yet YOU CALLED HER TO SEE WHERE SHE WAS 5 MINS INTO APPT. i WAS ON A BOAT LEAVING MIAMI HOLLY! She did this AGAIN recently and when I DID have an appt she said it was taken care of.I have had my nails done for 40 years and NEVER has a nail salon called clients.SHE LIES and uses ME as an excuse. You lost my friend Susan because of this and 5 others who NOW WONT set foot in your salon. Your LYING to save face is deplorable and you will ONLY REAP WHAT YOU SOW! SHAME ON YOU HOLLY!
