The staff there have horrible customer service and they are very prejudice. Last time I went to take off a dip powder that they had out on for me previously, I was there for over an hour. I had 3 different people touch my nails. The last one rampage on my nails ad they hurt. When I told him that it hurt he spoke to me in a loud voice and continued but was more rough. I felt very discriminated because all the other that were there were not my skin color and they were so nice to them and took their sweet time to do the nails. After I paid, I decided not to take the receipt, and one of them made a comment and some of the other staff members laughed about it. I never went back to them and I dont recommend this place.

Very clean and friendly people. I paid for an upgraded pedicure, but felt it was not better than a regular pedicure. Without question, the manager(?) made sure it was corrected and I was satisfied. I will definitely continue to go there.

First off, the coordinator Annette is a delight. She is very helpful and knowledgeable; she was all smiles even when it got really busy with last minute walk-in’s. She was so fast with the phone and seemed to know everyone who walked in and made them feel really welcome.While I was there (getting a full set of dip powder nails) I noticed that many of the people coming in were regulars and repeats. From many years of working in a salon, that’s a good sign that the place is really great and the techs are talented.Secondly, Jenny. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did even BETTER than the picture. There was even a point where when she was filing the tips (before dipping) she was like “hmm these look a little too short, what do you think?”, then started over without any fuss because she said she wanted them to be perfect, and they are. I really appreciated that. Most nail places won’t do that but she took her time to make sure it was right. This will be my regular nail place from now on!

I never write bad reviews but I NEED to for this place. I was so excited to get my nails done and relax, and everything was going fine with my pedicure until the man sliced the side of my foot with this metal (almost cheese grater sized) foot file. And my foot was going in and out of this tub of water and just stinging constantly. When I asked for some alcohol to clean it, they poured some on a dirty towel and tried to clean my foot. Im seriously hoping I dont get an infection. I understand that these accidents can happen but its just how I was treated afterward like it wasnt a big deal, etc. that I was not happy with. All I got was I feel bad. Which I appreciate, but come on.I would not have stayed to get my nails done but I needed them done for a dinner in a few hours. They charged me extra for acrylic tips but then filed them down so unevenly and short that it was just my normal nail length that I started with. The manicure and dip process was executed extremely sloppily. My nails have never looked this bad. Also, have you ever had a manicure where they didnt push back your cuticles or ask to trim them? Maybe give you some lotion or creme? I didnt think so but apparently they dont do any of that here....they didnt even wash my hands or anything at all. I brought how I was unhappy with my nails to their attention, and asked for it to be filed down evenly but then each nail length would have been uneven. I didnt have time to sit there and ask for a complete re-do either. (Which they also didnt offer either...)They did nothing in the way to make me feel comfortable, improve my satisfaction level, or even suggest some kind of discount off this service or a future one. Like NOTHING at all.I paid 77$ (+tips) for the WORST nail experience that Ive ever had. I am reallllly not happy about it.

Showed up at 4:45 when they close at 6. Very talkative, very sociable, and super clean. My daughter and sister in law both enjoyed it. Never felt rushed even since we showed up an hour before we closed. Heather was such a nice lady. Definitely recommend. 10/10

Inconsistent -The facility is beautiful and the customer service is okay but they’re very inconsistent.Sometimes I have the best experience and sometimes it’s subpar.I have been going here for a year. I have made appointments, tried to stick with the same tech and still, no consistency. Sometimes I am so impressed and other times I want to complain. I have a toddler and getting my nails done is a treat. I want it to be a fantastic experience every time.

They gave me a hard gel nail polish on my beautiful healthy nails that I did not ask for. Now I have to either ruin my nails to get the polish drilled off or wait 8 months for it to grow out. It is like someone tattooing eyebrows on your face when you asked to have them plucked. Who does this!!!!!

This nail salon is very clean, they are very Covid compliant and quick!! Definietly a place I would go to again!! It was a great day, with an amazing friend!! Blessed to decompress from the C-stress!!!

Bathroom was dirty. Wont go back. However, Kate did an amazing 10 star pedi.

Good experience. Although I do think the nail techs could be a little friendlier to me as an English speaking customer while servicing me. They just talk amongst them selves in their language and dont interact much. Clean, convenient and did receive a satisfactory pedicure. Will go back, location is super convenient.

Decided to treat my daughter and myself to a pedicure today at this location. I look forward to the massage that comes with your pedicure. usually I get a pamphlet with the levels of pedicures you could choose from. I was not given a choice today and he just assume what I wanted. The foot massage was pretty much non-existent it was more like lightly rubbing, and that’s usually the best part of getting a pedicure is the foot massage.At the beginning of our appointment I had requested that my daughter get a pedicure and manicure, unfortunately my daughter only got the pedicure because the lady doing her nails rolls her eyes when I mentioned that she was also getting a manicure, at this point I told her to not bother. I’ve been coming to this nail place for 2 years and unfortunately it’s time I find a new nail place.

Went and got my nails done today . I got a full set ombré . It didn’t turn out bad but it wasn’t great . I wanted coffin shape and ended up getting ballerina . On the side of some of my nails looks rushed and the color isn’t fully there . They aren’t completely terrible but they aren’t exactly what I wanted . I might give them another try because the price was good .

Youll be impressed with the nail bars technicians, they are so creative. The cleanliness and sanitation is very visible. I do recommend Noire Nails.

Asked for gel toes. Gave me regular polish. Than when I asked for the light the Tec said “I put on regular polish” i never get regal ur polish nor do I want it. It was a huge hassle to redo it and the guy at the counter was just complaining about the 15$ price difference. I will never return as I felt like I was mistreated and they could care less about their costumers only the money.

Website said they were open on Sunday. Drove over and they were closed. Hours posted on door said open until 4.

The guy that did my nails ruined my nail beds. I had the nail dip (powder) instead of gel and when I went home and had the dip removed the nail person at home asked me who the “hell did this to your nails.” I told her he used the drill and she told me that is not how you do the powder manicure. Or how you take it off. I will never go to this place again my nails are so thin and they are very sensitive. The owners are good but beware of the others.

During my first visit, I went to Kevin for dip powder nails and he did a great job! I left them on for four weeks and I never saw a chip or anything. The actual nail bar is clean, modern and professional.Ive gone twice now and plan on returning again.

I usually go here to get my eyebrows done and they have always done a good job this time the lady ripped half my eyebrow off. She obviously knew she made a mistake because she didn’t show me in the mirror after like they always do. I understand mistakes happen but I will not be returning. The least they could have done was not charge me since I now have to draw my eyebrows on.

I got my nails done here less than a week ago and my pinky broke after I CLAPPED. Not only am I in pain I am terribly upset because I can’t come to get them fixed because I live in New Jersey!!!!!!!

Quick and professional. cheerful very clean too. avoid the powder nail treatment--cracked all my nails off. I still go there regardless. plenty of color choices too.
