When Im on vacation in Naples, I always come here. The staff after nice, they are easy to understand, they have openings, and the pedicures are relaxing and last awhile. On the plus side, the owner owns the Pho restaurant too and she can help you choose a good lunch/dinner. The price was what I expected for a good pedicure. Only downside, no hot towels or hot stones. However there was a nice tangerine sugar rub.

My wife has been a happy client for over 15 years. Hallie runs a very safe, clean, friendly shop. Up to date technology for all aspects. Call for appointment, you will become a favorite client.

(Out of towner that just googled nail shops)I walked in Saturday evening and only waited about 5mins to get in the chair. I wasnt trying to sound rude and I usually dont rush, but that day I was. My family was next door eating and I just needed a quick pedi (20mins top). The owner took over and was very accommodating. She finished my brows and pedi in 20mins. The service was fantastic and all the staff members were friendly and sociable. Everyone has a different experience, but mine was 5 star! Thanks Hollie

I must say I’m so impressed with this Nail Salon! I Wales in and I was amazed by how all the customers were talking about how good there experimental has been at this nail Solon! I was instantly seated for my pedicure and welcomed by owner Hallie that offered me something to drink! I love the atmosphere and I’m sure you will too! I had Ashley and she is so sweet! Im impressed and I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment!

Walked in, to find 2 manicurists working, and a third asleep in a pedicure chair. I was asked to sit to wait. I finally asked how long it would be, and they said just 2 minutes. Someone then proceeded to wake the sleeping employee who took me. She was quite young, and with extremely long nails herself, making me wonder how she was going to be able to give me a pedicure. My nails were not properly filed. I asked, and she said she was going to do more later, but she left sharp points at the ends of my nails. Later that day, a toe started bleeding because of the sharp corner digging into the adjacent nail. They were all like that, and I had to soften them up myself. When it was time for polish, she forgot to put my shoes on first, and when I asked for toe spacers (which are standard at every place Ive ever been), she put one little cotton ball in. Suffice it to say, the polish smudged. Another manicurist came over to apologize, put in spacers, and fixed the nail. The fix was not done well, leaving some polish underneath and making it lumpy, so she did it once more. The place was extremely unprofessional. One manicurist had her phone on speakerphone. Another flickered the lights, as in telling me they were getting ready to close, while I was waiting for the polish to dry (even though it was still 20 minutes before their posted closing time.) And then to top things off, they charged $35 for a pedicure, which seems on the high side of the many places Ive used before. I will surely not return .

I will never go anywhere else to have my nails done! My daughter and I loved everyone. I had my 4yr old son with me and they were just so awesome to all of us! The guy that did my nails was like an artist!

I was a very loyal costumer of Vu Tran ( who use to work at Royal nails & Spa) for over a year. He does a great job with nail design,... unfortunately, the las 4 or 5 times I have seen him and I even drove all the way to this new location, he has been very rude and and did not have any consideration for me or my time. Im a working mom with 3 kids and a crazy busy life and I try to make time for myself to do my nails, so when it comes down to playing with my time the way he did, is just simply not acceptable!! I would make the appointment and even be there 10 minutes before, one time he left me waiting for 20 minutes and when he finally came to get me to the chair, he did not even apologize, he starter doing my nails and he was going super fast, he didnt even look at me or talk to me, he was soon beyond stress out because he was so behind with everybody. I asked him to do a design that i had showed him, he did everything wrong!! wrong color, wrong size of stones in one nail ( in one nail the stones were bigger than the other one) wrong design in the other nail and wrong flower!! I mean... everything was a disaster. He did everything so fast trying to get me out of there so fast that he made so many mistakes. When you go to a do your nails you expect that to be a relaxing and good experience. Well, obviously he was making my experience with him very uncomfortable and stressful.This had already happen a few times but i was letting it go because I really liked the way he did my nails, but that day I was so mad and disappointed. I gave him another chance a made a appointment for a pedicure.. Well, I dont think I need to say what happen there. He basically left me there waiting, and waiting again!! he was not even half way done with the lady he was at that moment, he did not even bother coming to me to explain or apologize or anything!! Actually none did... So i just decided to get up and leave after almost 30 minutes waiting..... Not sure why he overbooks his agenda and then he runs behind and makes people wait and does a really bad job because he is rushing, besides transmitting that sensation of ( I need to finish with your nails so you can get the hell out of here) and I believe that if you provide a service you most put your clients first at all times, and if you are going to be late, you should simply call or text the person and let them know instead of making them wait for ever as if we all dont have so many things to do !!!

Very nice! Full staff. My appointment was at 2 pm and they were ready. Very personable.
