All the reviews are right! This place was amazing. I was in town for vacation and had to get my nails done and I wanted to try extensions on my nails. Amazing job, they are still going strong on my nails. The environment is clean and relaxing. Call at least a few days before your desired appointment because they do book up fast (and now I know why!). Will definitely be going back the next time I’m in the area, thank you!!

I have been going to Herbal Nail Bar for over a year now and can’t imagine going anywhere else! Don and Sophia are both so talented and have helped my nails go from short and ordinary to long, strong and healthy. I get compliments on them all the time. I love the European gel manicure because it is unlike any other gel manicure in the best way – it does not chip at all and leaves my nails stronger. I also love that this salon does not smell like acetone and chemicals; they use natural and gentle products which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

Herbal Nail Bar has an excellent concept that they execute very well. One of the best pedicures Ive ever had. I had the Herbal Spa Pedicure and it was awesome and relaxing. I have been going to Sophia for 1.5 years and every time is a delight! When I first came to her shop, my nails and cuticles were a mess. My nails are sensitive to chemicals so she uses organic nail polish and now my nails are long, strong and beautiful. The shop is immaculate and a very pleasant environment - I especially like the massage chairs when I get a pedicure. I have been to other local nail salons, but there is no comparison. Such an amazing experience!! The ambiance and smell of the salon was incredible. its the first nail salon I went to that didnt have the smell of acetone in the air. Sophia was so helpful in educating me about each product. So many colors to choose from! it feels great knowing that I can go to a nail salon and not have a bunch of chemicals put on my nails and still walk out with them looking fabulous as ever! I just went here the other day for the first time with my friend. The pedicure I received was the best I’ve ever gotten Don actually knows what he is doing and even corrected my pinkie toe nails. For about 8 years I didn’t know why they looked cracked and he explained that it was a callus and corrected it. He also fixed my nails because they had been damaged from acrylic nails I had previously. I also very much loved that every product he uses is natural and he makes himself.

Just moving to Naples, I went to Herbal Nail Bar for the first time yesterday. Im so glad I found them. Gia gave me an amazing herbal pedicure with lemongrass that was so relaxing. Sophia did my manicure and easily fixed a problem Ive been having with one of my nails. Bonus: they are super friendly, play great music, and it smells amazing. I will be back!

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever experienced and Im not even from here. I called Don with such stress because the nail salon I previously went to completely ruined my nails and he took me in last minute and helped fix all of my nails and their shape. My nails feel super healthy now after his amazing work and it is by far the best gel manicure I have ever received. Don is officially my go to whenever Ill be down in Naples or Fort Myers!

Wow! What an amazing experience! My mother in law and I were on vacation from Minnesota, and decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure. We did a quick google search and came across Herbal Nail spa. So glad we found this spa! The staff is extremely nice and the best part? ALL CLEAN AND SANITIZED TOOLS! Everything is natural. No harsh smells or chemical based products. They even make their own salt soaks etc. They used a slice of like as their cuticle softener. We left with beautifully gel polished soft feet. Emily and Gina we amazing! Highly recommend and we will back once we are back for another Naples getaway!

There is no better salon than this one. Have lived here for 22 years and have tried almost all of them. This one goes far beyond and above in all categories; thoughtfulness, professionalism, kindness, intention, quality... just to name a few. Sophia is my girl, but Don is my second fave ;-) These are great people running a great business... treating it and it’s clients like their own. You won’t be disappointed. Its one of the cleanest places I have ever been to. I did the bio sculpture on my nails its the most natural my nails have ever look. My nail tech Sophia is very amazing she does an amazing job on my nails and she is extremely sweet I highly recommend this place 🙌

I had a wonderful experience here with my mom and sister for my birthday. We all got mani/pedis. The staff was extremely kind, warm and inviting. They spent their time making sure we were happy, our nails were perfect and took great care of us. I also love how the atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. Like a spa. Its not stinky with toxic chemicals and loud like many other nail salons. The owner Don was so much fun, very knowledgeable, diligent with his work and super easy to talk to. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

This place is wonderful, from the moment you walk in! I visited in the beginning of June 2020 and was greeted by calming scents (I believe lemongrass) and a complimentary keurig machine to make myself coffee or tea. I got the herbal detox pedicure: they mixed the ingredients and prepared everything while I soaked my feet and the chair is an electronic massage chair. Everything was prepared and placed next to me to see and made the value that much better. They had plexiglass up at the cashier computer and manicure stations, wore masks, and the place was spotless (I even looked behind the massage chairs and not a speck of dust!) Everyone was friendly and wore a uniformed shirt. I got the French polish and it lasted just over two weeks, even while being in the beach and pool, great quality! Will definitely return!

Perfect manicure every time! Don and Sophia are amazing in every way. They are extremely detail oriented and have a genuine care for all of their customers. When I’m in the area, I don’t even think about going anywhere else. They keep my nails strong and beautiful with gel-X. The Russian manicure is a great touch too. If you’re like me and have a little trouble getting length to your natural nails, ask for the Russian manicure as it allows for the cuticle to give more room for your nails to be painted. Hard to explain but you’ll see what I mean once you try it out. You won’t regret coming to Herbal Nail Bar. They truly are the best in the area!

I come to Naples for a few months after Christmas & I needed to find a place that could do a gel refill manicure. After many days of looking online at websites & reviews I settled on Herbal Nail Bar. I just had my 1st appointment & I couldnt be more thrilled! Sophia was fabulous! She even persuaded me to try a new color which I absolutely love!! The absolute BEST nail experience I’ve EVER had!! (And I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years, with a small break) Not only are my nails beyond beautiful, but Sophia and Don were so kind, caring and genuinely concerned about my well being. Do not use this salon. I had a 9 am appointment for manicure and pedicure today. I arrived a few minutes early and found the salon empty and door locked. By 9:10 4 other customers were waiting with me outside. I left at 9:15 after calling the salon and leaving a message explaining the situation. No one has bothered to call me back to apologize or explain what happened. To top it off, one of the other waiting customers told me about a sloppy job on her daughters last pedicure. Plenty of other choices - I would avoid this one.

I have never been treated like such a queen! Don spoiled me with a special Russian Manicure which deep cleans cuticles by removing build up with a diamond drill tip. Sophia added a new GelX soft get overlay to 3 of my nails that were badly damaged. The GelX is different than a traditional gel overlay because it more natural, thin layer over the nail that soaks off. It can be a nail tip or just overlay. I even had a beautiful pedicure by Sam. At one point all three were doting on me. Thank you so much @HerbalNailBar for bringing my nails back to health! My manicure and pedicure is beautiful!

The staff at Herbal Nail Bar are absolutely fantastic! So welcoming, hospitable, and fun to talk with. They do an excellent job with pedicures as well. I got a “deluxe” pedicure and my feet and legs have never felt better. The exfoliation, hot towel wraps, and lotion they use left my feet and legs feeling so refreshed. Ive become a regular at herbal nail bar since recently moving to Naples! My regular nail tech, Gina, always helps me choose my colors and stay in season. My pedicures leave my feet feeling smooth and look fresh. As for manicures, I dont let just anyone touch my hands but I trust her not to nick and cut me willy nilly. With the all natural products I can feel my skin thanking me during and after my visits!

This is the BEST and CLEANEST nail salon I’ve ever been to! Every member of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained in all of the newest nail health and fashion trends. The owners, Sophia and Don, make you feel right at home! There are even complimentary beverages, my favorite of which is the Cafe Pho!! You have to try it! The salon itself is well decorated and smells like fresh herbal oils, not chemicals. There are a wide variety of manicures and pedicures to chose from, all of which utilize a different blend of natural ingredients. Sophia does my gel X nails, which are much stronger and more natural looking than acrylic. The gel X soaks off and requires less filing than an acrylic set. Honestly, my nails have never looked better! I wear my nails extra long and usually with some sort of design. Sophia never fails to deliver with nail art better than I have envisioned! In conclusion, you should book your next service at HerbalNail Bar, you will not regret it!! 💕

My sister-in-law and I recently went here for pedicures while I was visiting from out of town, and our experience was excellent! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating when scheduling our appointment. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the massage chairs really are a treat! The facilities are very clean, pedicure bowls were lined with disposable liners, and instruments used are autoclaved to ensure complete disinfection. The best part was that we didnt have to worry about any harsh chemicals or fumes, since the products used are all-natural and organic - especially important to us, since my sister-in-law is expecting a new baby. I highly recommend Herbal Nail Bar, and hope to go back the next time Im visiting Naples!

I never write reviews but I have to for this salon. I was born and raised in SWFL, I’ve been to many salons but never to one like this. My first time was an amazing experience. Michelle did a fabulous job on my pedicure. She was very nice, she took her time and I was very relaxed. The staff is nice and make you feel welcomed. Oh, and the best part is the complimentary wine. The staff treats you like family. Loved my tech. She was kind, considerate and compassionate. Did a great job on my toes. I had the works for pedicure. Everything felt so relaxing. My finger nails were just trimmed and painted. Did a great job on that too. I will be back. I travel an hour 10 mins to get there one way. Very much worth it. I am only able to use organic products. Nothing from here irritated my skin. Love this place!

Very professional and great service I loved my nails! Although, I got a manicure and it started peeling off that SAME DAY. I was brushing my teeth and the nail polish on two of my fingers just came off completely I didnt even notice until after I was done brushing my teeth. Besides that everything was great!

I came here for the first time today and they did not disappoint. The good reviews were right! I was so pleased with my visit. LyLy did my Dead Sea pedicure and it truly was the most relaxing, professional and well done pedicure I have ever had. LyLy made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. The salon itself has a chill ambience and smells delightful. You are greeted immediately and they send you on your way at the end of your service with a smile. I would recommended this place to everyone and I will definitely be back!

Sophia and Don are extremely knowledgeable about the health of nails. They are one of the only salons that I have been in that have a autoclave cleaner and sterilization. All of their products are organic. This is something you definitely dont find at most salons. Truly love the work they do.

Unacceptable customer service. I am an existing customer, referring my wife to Herbal Nail Bar. Today my wife had an appointment for 90min, manicure and pedicure. She arrived a few minutes late. they told her that because of that there will be a 10min wait. After 20min waiting on a chair, she got seated for the pedicure, feet in the water. another 25min later (remember, feet in the water), an d nobody taking care of her, she left complaining about the service. At this point the team would have had a chance to make things up. They decide to make it her fault. Congratulations, you guys just lost at least 2 customers.

Waited an hour for our 10am appointments. So after starting at 11, the mood was already set. Our jib would be rushed and the results showed. Paying 45$ for bubbly, not well shaped gel dipped nails, is terrible. Trying to explain what you want and not having them work with you is annoying and bad customer service. As a first (and only time) customer the whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth. Not to mention 2 nails lifted and 1 popped off completely on my way home

Sophia does a great job with nails! I love the SNS nails especially. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my nails!!

This is a very cute and clean place. Excellent job on my mani and pedi I definitively will go back and tell people to come here.

As I was away on business, I had a most pleasant surprise. I received a very nice text and call from Shopia (the owner and my personal nail stylist) just to say hello and see how I was doing. Her interest was genienue and intensified my warm feelings toward her and the salon. They wrote the book on going the extra mile. To be a customer is to be like family. I can’t wait to see you later today for yet another great experience now that I am back in town!

They do an amazing job on SNS/OPI dipping powder nails. Excellent customer service as well. I am a loyal client now.

I was looking forward to getting a mani/pedi based on the reviews, but unfortunately, I did not have the greatest experience with the results. The staff was very nice, but the nail technician did not seem experienced at all. Once I walked outside, I saw how bad the manicure actually looked. He told me that it was ready, and I got in the car and it was smudged and peeling. Dissapointed that I spent the money on it.
