Lee and Nan were WONDERFUL !! It is immaculately clean, professional, and friendly. Pedicure was from heaven: paraffin and hot stone massage along with sugar scrub exfoliation were marvelous!! We will be returning often 🥰

Worse gel manicure. they told me gel lasts for 3 weeks. i was on vacay so no housework. next days nails started chipping. I would never go back. And for my pedicure she cut the heal of my foot. and worse pedicure ever

Absolutely horrible. Came to get a simple acrylic set and it is the worst set of nails I have ever gotten done. Asked for a coffin shape and they are nowhere near that. They’re super chunky and thick, uneven. Just horrible. I was clearly upset and they didn’t bother to make them any better. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Continuously had to tell her to keep them narrow and even but she was so mad and in such a rush. Please do not even waste your time.

Wife and I went, her mani/pedi me for pedi. Horrible job. First they did not do my pedicure well at all and I had to have her re-cut nails and trim things. She nicked me at one point besides. My wife received two different colors on her nails and feet and didn’t realize it until the next day when she saw it in the light. Would never go back here again and thought the service was horrible And overpriced

They suck, they only care about making money! I got my nails twice at this place and both times my nails broke after a week, when I get my nails done at other places they normally last 3 weeks or long! I’ll never go back to this place! Both times they cut me pretty bad! No wonder why their salon is empty! Be careful about getting your done it seems like they cut most who get their done, but I noticed if you don’t ask to change the utensils they won’t! You don’t to get a transmitted disease from them being careless, please be careful with place! I studied business, my advice to you guys is quality is more important than money because it’s what’s going to keep your customers keep coming back!

Overpriced for what you get

I had a gel nail manicure and regular pedicure. Both were fine and a man did the pedicure and the woman the gel manicure. However, three nails on my hands peeled up before 24 hours. So I went in the next day and complained and asked to have all the gel polish removed, as I am an out of towner and didnt want it to look bad for several weeks. I thought gel nails were good for two weeks at least. Well the manager there did not apologize and made no effort to give me a discount or my money back nor said a word to me while this was being removed. And now I have three nails on my feet chipped four days later. I am going to take the whole thing off so that was $70 with tip down the drain. Poor service in my opinion. I will never go back. I think I am more angry about how the manager handled it than the nail polish not working out.

This place was the worst place I have ever gone to for a pedi. She rushed through the painting. The ladies were not friendly nor welcoming. She talked on her wireless phone the whole time. The AC was not on. The place is dirty- clutter and junk everywhere and bugs all over the tables. It was gross and overpriced. When you go to a salon, you expect to pay for a service that is wonderful. This place is not it. I could have painted my toes myself.

Cluttered, Unclean, Overpriced and NO POSTED PRICES for a REASON! Will not go here again. There are many other reputable asian nail salons in Naples......stay away.

Great I guess never been there

OMG, what a cattle ranch. The lady did a manicure and pedicure and didnt even cut my cuticles. On top of that, she didnt even file or cut the nails on each end. I was furious!!! They are so money hungry, that they push customers like cattle. They charge $45 for a mani and pedi. Other places are better than that.Horrible, Horrible service. They didnt even cut my cuticles or cut my nails on the sides. They push customers like cattles just for a quick buck. You would think that for $45.00 you are going to get class A service. Well, not there. Tss tss tss I cant believe they are in business.Oh so than they charge $20.00 more for a Naked Manicure from Zoya. You can get the entire kit at Walmart, Ulta for $38.00

Polish bottles were almost empty n staff tells you in a minute and 20 minutes later still no signs of being started. Place just ok. Wont go back. Nothing fancy about this place. Old need a updating.

Worst experience, first time getting a pedicure. Even though it was my first I could tell she was doing a horrible job, and after her cutting a half pea size chunk of flesh from my big toe, and gushing blood from it my suspicions were validated!

All I wanted to do was get my nails done for my birthday! I have gotten my nails done a number of times & in different cities but this nail salon by far hast the most inexperienced techs. The facility is nice and spacious, the nail tech that I delt with had no customer service skills, I tried my best to make conversation but she said nothing. 5 of my fingers are cut up BADDLY and bleeding from when she used the nail machine to scult them but kept pressing it on my skin and when I told her to stop she insisted that she continued until I finally just got up and washed my hands. 2 of my nails are croocked and underneath them the left over gel was not cleaned. Besides that my other nails look very natural. If, a big if, I ever return to Fanci Nail I will cetainly use a different tech.
