My wife asked me to post the following on her behalf:Have gone in twice in the past two months or less for blonde hair coloring, last time was March 27, 2021. In less than two weeks the coloring has washed out. I had asked for a bleach process which should have been permanent. I have been a blonde for decades prior to the Covid lockdown. To be sure that what I wanted was understood I took a matching hair piece with me. I am unhappy that Smart Style no longer can provide the service that I previously received.

Go see the hairdresser Kathy . She has been doing hair over 25yrs experience. Great prices! So on top of sanitation. Safe place for all your hair needs. Call for scheduling your appointment.

Was not happy with my hair color at all. The cut was good. But I paid a fortune for color and it looks worse than when I went in!

The WORST place ever they chopped my hair, i had long and just bc they destroyed my hair i had to go somewhere else and cut my hair really short, please if you love your hair dont go there, i also posted the pictures of my hair but they have been deleted they delete the bad reviews

One of the rudest welcoming to a business I have experienced. She quoted me a ridiculous price and called me a liar when I questioned the price. $50.00 for a wash and blowout, seriously. My hair it just past my shoulders and not thick at all. She can keep her snotty service.

I called for 3hrs one day no answer kept calling no answer gave up next day same, so I called Main # for Walmart. they had to go tell them to answer there phone, after all that I didnt feel good about going there.

I tried to do a walkin on 9/13/19 and they were too busy so made appt for 12:30pm today the 14th. I got there ab o ut 5 mins early and Virginia the young lady I made the appt with was not there so at 12:50 the other woman working there (who was alone and clearly a 3 per salon) called Virginia and said she would be there in 10 mins.....I walked out at 1:25pm!!!! Figured if this was a sign of how that shop is run I dont want to go there just to be stood up. So went to Great Clips close to my home without an appt and got in and out in 30 mins and only $14.00. Looks like the only was the SmartStyle at Walmart in Naples, Fl off Immokalee Rd can stay open is to see products.

Price is right but not always the best cuts. That being said, I go back everytime. 😃
