Located conveniently in North Naples off of Immokalee I recently stopped in to get my head shaved because this was near my new house. As a real estate agent I always have to make sure I look my best and my clippers recently broke. The shop was very clean and the barber did a great job. Highly recommend stopping in for a cut if your near the area.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Extremely mad. Took off two inches of hair from the top when I didnt want anything. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and its not what I got. I will not be going back to any sport clips again! Still hair left from the last guy that just walked out. I hope she at least cleaned the buzzers and clippers.

Disappointed!!. Went to Lizzie several times and she was great. Great haircut. Very friendly. A very nice experience. Lizzie no longer works there. I assume she got a better job. She always had a very long waiting list, and was very popular. Last time I went there I had Amy as my barber. She took about 10 minutes, maximum, to cut my hair. It was a very poor job. When I got home my wife said it didn’t look like I even got a haircut. Amy wasn’t friendly. I don’t need friendly, but in fact, she was very unfriendly. It felt like I was doing her a favor. Not sure if I’ll be back, but if I do come back, it certainly won’t be with Amy.

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever been. My son has bruises and scratches from the trimmer all over his neckNot only the lady that did his hair cut didn’t even apologized, the manager was extremely rude and told me that it was my sons fault that that happened! I took pictures of how his neck looks and it’s just unacceptable.

Just moved here from Miami and was looking for a place to get a haircut. I do realize that being in a smaller market, it may be difficult to find a decent barber than what I’m used to in Miami. Because of that, I called this barbershop before I came, and specifically asked if they can cut African American hair. The girl who answered the phone replied, “Absolutely”!So, I proceeded to drive to the establishment with the hopes of getting a decent haircut. Upon arriving, I sat in one girl’s chair, and she asked what I wanted. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture. She then told me that the other two young ladies would probably be a better option. So, I got up out of the chair, and waited for another 5 minutes or so for the other young lady. Once she finished with her client, the 2nd barber called me to her chair. I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and showed her a picture. She also stressed that she would not be able to cut my hair, as she didn’t feel comfortable with my type of cut. Remember, I had called prior to going, and they told me they can cut my type of hair.The other young lady said she could take me after she finishes her clients. However, I wasn’t going to wait around for 45 minutes to an hour, just because their barbers have limited talents. Anyway, I had 2 strikes already, and I wasn’t about to strike out!It amazes me how someone could call themselves hair stylists, or hair professionals, and cannot work with multi demographic hair textures. That would be like calling the fire department for a house fire, and the fireman showing up and telling you that they only put out boat fires! RIDICOULOUS!So, I wasted my time, and my gas by trusting these CLOWNS! Not to mention, I still need a haircut!

We took our son in for his first hair cut today, and Lindsey was wonderful with him! Our son had very long hair, and long bangs that covered his eyes; it was time! My son looks like such a big boy now, and so so cute with his big boy hair. We will definitely go back and see Lindsey when we need a trim.

Overall a decent, budget hair saloon. You wont get expert stylists, and the waiting times are really long, but the low price and guaranteed (mediocre) quality somewhat make up for it. Youll get a new stylist almost every time, which may be less than desirable for those looking for a personalized experience.

This is a great location. I always come here to get my haircut done. I recently had a bad experience here, and the manager contacted me and gave me a coupon for a free haircut. I am very impressed with the customer service and will be returning.

I have been searching for a barber for over a year and I finally found Kim at Spirts Clips. Kim understood what I wanted, tapered and thinned my hair out perfectly. Im so happy that I found Kim to help me get my style just like I wanted.

Very unprofessional lady named Lisa cut my hair today. I was angrily being told “tuck your arms in” or “sit up straight like you’re driving a car” only to have hair fall all over me because she forgot she unbuckled my cape and told me it was my fault.My head is swollen and red from the force she used. Then I asked her if she could please edge me and was told “are you sure” probably because she knows how trash she is at cutting hair. Will never be back at this location sucks because I live right down the street!

It cost more than most haircut places but they do a great job

For a nice mens haircut at a fair price, this is an excellent choice. Stylists listen and they truly seem to want to see you comeback. The sports theme is also appreciated. I will be back.

This was the first time I went to a sports clip. I was pleasantly surprised with friendliness of the staff. I was impressed with my hairstylist, Rickie. He asked me several questions as to how I wanted my hair done and proceeded to give me one of the better haircuts I have had in NaplesI highly recommend this facility for a quality haircut at a very reasonable price.

Scott is fantastic- not just skilled at cutting all 3 of my sons (different) hair, but he’s doing an amazing job running this store. His customer service is excellent, and we drive an extra 15 minutes just to come to this Sports Clips location. Highly recommend if you want a consistently good cut with great customer service. And use their online check-in feature so you don’t have to wait!

Good cuts at reasonable prices

I have gone to this location for several years, and have had Callie as a stylist for the past 6 cuts. She does an awesome job, is very professional, and is very talented to make my mess of hair look better than I could have ever hoped. Today I went in for a new kind of Buzzed undercut trendy hair style- I was nervous that it would be unprofessional for my work.. she made it look exactly as I hoped for, and professional as well.The store is always clean, and the wait is never long. The online check in is easy to use and efficient. The plaza has plenty to do if you are killing time. The lobby is better than most hair salons with TVs. The MVP is always worth it.

There are not a lot of haircut places designed for children. We found Melissa at the Tarpon Bay location. She made my 1yr olds first haircut a memorable experience. I highly recommend her!!

Seems understaffed most times, Cant sit there for 45 minutes waiting and Im not a big sports fan so I dont watch the TV. But out of the 20+ times Ive been there Ive only been unhappy maybe twice with my haircut. I dont get that worked up about it-its only hair and it grows back...well, mostly, LOL. But I have had the same girl only twice in my visits....Id really like to know why they turn over so much.....anyways, seems everyone there knows their craft.

Employee retention is very poor. I have been down here for 4 years now and have been through 3 different stylists. Once you get to know and like one they leave for another job. Often that job pays more and treats them better. Sports clips has officially lost my business.

Very disappointed. I did the online check in and it approved my request for a piticular stylist. I arrived and did not see the stylist. I asked if she was here, the response was yes. I waited a total of 22 minutes and a different stylist asked if I was waiting for Callie. When I responded yes, they said she was on lunch. This is the second time this has happened to me. I understand she is training for management and shes very good at cutting hair, however when you book online and it accepts your booking you should be able to walk in and be waited on. You should not have to wait for somebody to get off lunch. I drive 25 miles, past many other salons to have Callie cut my hair. Now a hundred miles (between two visits) and not having my haircut its pushed me to a different company. Dont rely on online check-in. If youre good with walk-ins and get whoever go for it. Callie will make an awesome manager, however she is not able to control Lee in efficiencies of corporate. This location is Tarpon Springs Plaza Naples Florida

Just got my hair cut by Rachel, worst cut I ever had. I asked her to square the back, she forgot. She fixed it by cutting an 1 above my hair line. Look and feel like a monk. Not to mention she didnt even up my sideburns. Think Im done with this place. Great Clips here I come.

Three stars for the online check-in system. It would appear it causes more trouble than help, and the stylists know it, too. But this is a good place to take kids for reliable cuts. My son has longer hair; more of a surfer look than anything with a shaved, close cut. Nobody has ever suggested a cut that veers off what he wants, and hes always been adamant about what he likes and what he doesnt. Lizzie is a fantastic stylist, and she gets high marks all around.

Ok so I’ll start with saying I do have a lot of scares on my head so it’s hard for me to find a place to cut my hair. I have been coming here for the last year and never had an issue friendly staff good conversation but today was different wasn’t greeted when I came in. The stylist asked what I wanted done and she didn’t fully complete the task. I was going to say something but there was a lobby full of guys waiting. So sad that this being my last hair cut in the state it couldn’t be done correctly. I was very disappointed

This is by far the best Sport Clips and place for me to get my hair cut and my MVP. Lisa the Manager is the greatest, nicest, funniest and sweetest person. She really really cares. They are always extremely busy but that is to be expected because how wonderful they are. I will go no other place.

Theres a new manager named Scott, who is a first class swindler/duper/conman. Sold me the most expensive hair growth products I really wasnt interested in buying, but he made me feel so bad and just wouldnt stop pitching this Actiiv shampoo and conditioner that is apparently non-refundable even if unopened even when returned within 48 Hrs. And now hes all to happy to do nothing about it and gave me an arrogant Sorrryyyy on the way out. They just lost a decade long customer over one experience where they KNOW they are dead wrong and clearly do not care. Will never patronize another Sports Clips ever again. Also, why would any guy go to sports clips to have some bald guy cut their hair?? Extremely regrettable, and they were more than happy to add insult to injury.

I just had a great experience at this sportclips. There were four hairstylists working and it took less than 10 minutes to get me in.. Workers were pleasant and courteous. Most importantly, the haircut was great. Ill come back and I would recommend.

DO NOT GO THERE. YOU WILL REFRET IT. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CAN SKIN FADE AT ALL. I HAD TO GO BACK GET IT FIXED AMD IT TURNED OUT WORST.

So I got in 30 minutes before closing and was worried I would get poor service, however, I had a fantastic experience! Melissa sets the example for how to treat customers! She gave me a great cut and great conversation. I’d been apprehensive to give Sports Clips a second chance but I’m glad I did and thanks to Melissa I will be back!

Sports Clips off Tarpon is an excellent location to receive a haircut. Service is fast and friendly, and they offer discounts if you are an employee of some local companies.

Want to wait over an hour for a haircut? Well, then you have chosen the right place! This location is poorly staffed (1-2 people working at a time) by management. I just witnessed 6 gentlemen walk out after waiting for approximately 45 minute to 60 minutes each. I have been at this location on different days and at different times with the same recurrent problem of long wait times due to a small amount of active staff. I plan on never returning to this location again. Sports Clips is all about the ultimate haircut experience for men...however...men dont like to wait!TLDR: Small staff results in unapologetically LONG WAIT TIMES.

Will not take my son here again. I know he’s 2 and moves a bit, but the first thing I said was I didn’t want his hair short I just wanted to clean it up a bit. First thing lady does is cut it very short right down the middle of his head. Won’t be back.
