Been here before but never again. Whoever picks up the phone is super rude. Asked simply question on if they make appointment and the guy is all attitude. That’s all it takes for you to lose business

My husband went for a haircut and none of the barbers were wearing masks. Apparently they don’t believe in the COVID virus. It’s a shame because barber is excellent but won’t be going back.

Staff was not wearing masks (county law), were rude and not on time. Made several phone calls while cutting my hair. Have been there too many time. Waited every time for too long. Always thought, may be next experience will be better. I am not returning.

I’ve been coming here for three years+. Never disappointed with my haircut. I have no idea what I ever want, sorry Kahner, but I always end up loving my cut. Kahner always does a fantastic job. These guys are the best. Ive been coming here for over a year and have not had a bad experience yet. Great attitudes all around and always an incredible haircut.I was reading over some of the other reviews and its blatantly obvious that the people that have left bad reviews have never worked in the service industry.Sure they closed the door before the posted time. But take this into consideration. Each cut takes 10-20 minutes. If they have ten clients already inside waiting for a cut itll take a minimum of 30 minutes to give everybody a satisfactory hair cut depending on how many barbers they have on staff that day.On top of getting everybody happy and out the door, they still have to clean the place up for the next days operations. If they took everybody in at the end of the day they would be leaving the shop an hour and a half after the posted closing time every day.These guys are great human beings. Not machines. Try and be a little considerate.

This was our first time at this Barber shop I brought my three year old son in for a haircut. Kevin cut his hair and did a fabulous job especially considering my son wouldn’t sit still! It’s not easy cutting a toddlers hair but Kevin nailed it and I’m so pleased with his hair! Will definitely return! Thank you Kevin and to all the barbers for being so kind to us!

My sons and husband love to go here and get their hair cut. They do a great job and even use the hot towel treatment that my kids get a real kick out of. They come home happy and with great haircuts! I think they will even do mens shaves.

Its the ONLY place my son will go! The guys are GUYS! No fluff, no thrills. But thats what a Barber shop is suppose to be. Sure the place can get packed - the wait can be unreal - but there is a reason for that! A great cut by guys that know the biz!! And cant beat the price! :)

Terrible customer service skills. I walked in 15 minutes before closing yes but it was only to have my side burns trimmed! Literally a 5 minute job but I was turned away. I left work early for that. Heaven forbid someone stayed 5 minutes longer to make a few extra bucks. Apparently no one really needs the business or credible word of mouth. I posted a pic of all I needed to be done. 3 lines buzzed. Zip zip zip done. But no. 😡In response to owner:Ill re-iterate. I was a walk-in out of work so did not see anything posted about signing in or ONLY taking clients by appointment, however although I understand you want to push your barbers out by closing, you really don[t think it would have been god customer service to ask one of them if they would like to stay 5 minutes to do quick line cut? $20 extra bucks for simple cut. Like I said, no one apparently needs a little extra more cash. Even I still help my customers after closing with a small problem. Its worth the little extra time to have a happy customer and good word of mouth. JS.

Or put your name on the list at the door and if you have no preference, the next barber takes you. If you want to wait for someone in particular, put their name down instead.

Customer service is non-existent at this shop. I arrived 20 minutes before the posted holiday closing time - door locked. I checked my watch and peeked through the glass door, there were people still inside and still working, and one acknowledged me, so why was the door locked? I knocked and waited and no one came to the door. I then called the shop to ask if they would open the door so I could purchase a gift card - nothing. After waiting for the very long voicemail to be over - which also stated their current holiday hours, I left my message, stating the current time (15 minutes before closing) and my desire to buy a gift card. STILL NOTHING. I will never recommend this place nor go back again. Who closes 20 minutes early and ignores potential clients?

So this was really dissapointing. Ive been coming here for many years and its always a great experience, when the owner is there at least, but today they dropped the ball. I walked in literally at 4:44pm along side 3 other patrons. as I was walking towards the entrance next to some other customers, the attendant inside the store turned off the OPEN sign, he can clearly see us right there through the giant pane glass. we walk in as the clock hits 4:44pm and are told by the younger business sensical lacking attendant told us they are closed and there is absolutely no way we can get a haircut today. Every chair was full at this point every attendant was working. I pulled up in a 30k new jeep, the other people pulled up in a 60k new suburban! Joe you have paying clientel coming into your stores and your employees are turning away really good business. If they were closed the door should have been locked. Between the 4 customers, including myself, we would have a combined spending of about $110. Your employees turned us all away, the kid has ZERO personal or business skills. Just said theres nothing no way. I offered to pay DOUBLE for a cut, but nope no way not happening its 4:45pm and they close at 4:45pm no matter how much money walks in the door at the last second! The kid who told us that your establishment was closed I suppose was the acting supervisor/manager on duty. He gets and F for customer service! Im just walking away shaking my head right now.
