I had my hair cut here today. This was my first visit to this salon and I will definitely return. The Manager, Missy, did my hair and I love it! I was supposed to be with another technician but she had a family emergency and was not able to make it. Missy was kind enough to work we in. Very nice place and very nice people!

I love Brittney Hubbard shes the best hair stylist I have ever have do my hair. Shes always so sweet too, offers me something to drink when I get there too. Shes always so helpful with helping me pick the right hair products too. I highly recommend anyone to go to her.

This place is the bees knees. Very kind and compassionate staff. I never know exactly what I want done but the stylist always works their magic. I leave feeling like a million bucks! They never let me down! Recommend 10000%.

I went in for a simple wash and blow dry as I was in the mall shopping. I walked in to see if they had anything available and they took me. Took me straight to a shampoo bowl without any consultation, or asking what I wanted done. Got a very vigorous shampoo and honestly it was painful. I was then given a blow dry that also was painful and very rough. My hair is an inch past my collarbone. I was then charged $47 for this service. I could have gone to a blow dry bar and paid $20 less for a way better experience. I called and asked why the service costed so much. The blow dry was $32 and they charged me an additional $15 for the length of my hair. Again my hair is just about an inch under my collarbone. Way too expensive for not a great service or experience. Would not recommend.

EXTREMELY pleased with this salon! Sara did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she made it come to life! The entire salon was very helpful and all complimented my hair when I was finished! They made me feel so special. So happy, will definitely be back!!!

They butchered my hair! Brittany Hubbard was the lady who cut my hair, very sweet bubbly girl but unfortunately cutting hair is not her thing. I asked for a long Bob haircut with bangs to my eyebrows. While she was washing my hair she stated how easy it is to be certified, that all she had to do to get her license was pass a single multiple choice question. Now if you are going to make a statement like that you better be ready to give me an amazing haircut... She went straight to my bangs only to cut them in the middle of my forehead while they were wet... And cut my hair unevenly all the way around. The front two pieces werent even symmetrical on each side. When she dried my hair my naturally curly hair shrunk my bangs 10X more... My bangs are literally at the top of my forehead not even making it halfway.... When I try to straighten my hair it is completely uneven with longer strands all the way around my head.. I am so beyond upset and would never recommended her to anyone.Sorry to be mean but I dont want you to ruin anyone elses hair.

I went to Brittany Hubbard for my color and she did an amazing job!! The service was great, she has such a great personality super friendly I highly recommend!! My color turned out so good I love it!! Go see her!

All the girls are great, nice and always understand your needs and make you look beautiful. Always work with you on the times you need .wouldnt ever go anywhere for my hair and misty is the best .love her quality of work and so lucky to have found her ...she deserves a perfect 10 for her work .

I went to Regis for the first time and got the pleasure of having Brittany do my color and cut. I highly recommend her, she is so sweet, friendly, and a great stylist. So helpful in choosing a color best for my skin tone and a cut for a face shape. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Ive been going to this particular Regis salon every few months for about a year and a half. I made an appointment here after getting a HORRIBLE haircut at a different salon. I was adamant about getting serviced by someone who was good at short hairstyles (because not all stylists are), and thats when I met Missy. I was so impressed with the way she fixed my hair, Ive been going to see only her ever since. Shes super nice and makes me feel like Ive been going there for 20 years, but most importantly, she knows exactly how I want my hair cut and styled every time. GREAT stylists are hard to come by. Im lucky to have found her!

Went to Tammy. She pulled me to the wash and said what are we doing, same cut, just shorter? I said no, and attempted to show her what I wanted, she didnt listen. Left feeling like she had no idea what she was doing, didnt really cut anything. Called back to get her to re-cut. Went back to Tammy, big mistake, she didnt wet down my hair just squirted it with water and lobbed off the back. No style at all. Going to have to make an appointment elsewhere to get them to fix my uneven, terrible hair. Dont go to Tammy. On a lighter note, Sarah is great. Got a great cut from Sarah a few months ago. She happened to be off the day I went in this past time.

Ive gone to a lot of different places in the past and never left fully satisfied with my hair. I started going to Regis about two months ago, the first time was just to get my bangs done but Tammy was great and very kind so i went back a few weeks later to get a trim and layers done, I left so happy with my hair that i decided to go back the following week and get my hair colored which ive never been brave enough to do. Tammy listened to exactly what i wanted and did not deter from that and I left very happy with my hair!! Would not go to a different place!

I am such a loyal customer at this salon they know my voice on the phone.Brittany and Sarah are my favorite magicians! Yep, you read that right. Brittany is my main stylist, but if she is busy I see Sarah. These ladies just want you to be happy and there is none of the drama this could cause in other salons. It is truly all about the client in THIS salon.Pretty much all of the ladies have done something to my hair. From a simple wash and go to my hair to a total color change, and cut. Im still treated like VIP.I cannot put into words how much I love this place and the entire staff. I have some health issue that has caused me to lose some of my hair and some days making it impossible for me to wash my hair. Brittany and Sarah have bent over backwards so it is unnoticeable to anyone including me.I have walked in with what I thought were unobtainable requests and walked out with my crazy requirements, without damaging my hair. The prices are not just competitive with local salons, they blow them away. Just because the prices arent ridiculously expensive doesnt mean they stylist are anything short of miracle workers.Brittany, Sarah (I hope I spelled your names correctly) Missy, and Michelle, you ladies are not just great stylist, but extraordinarily wonderful people. Your kindness and talent have made a huge difference about how I feel about myself. I can never thank you all enoughXOXOX

I went to get a haircut. I was standing there for almost 10 minutes. No one said anything, just completely ignored me. I will not be going back.

I love coming to Regis Salon naples florida, I am always greeted with a smile ! It is always a very enjoyable experience, the service is excellent !Missy is a very experienced hair stylist and knows exactly what style and color works for me . She is amazing with a razor and most hair dressers dont use - cut hair a razor and it works best for my hair .Always a pleasure having my hair done !

Should probably be giving myself two stars because I paid for it, but this salon is a terrible value. My 12 year old daughter needed a quick (and I mean quick!) trim and we were at the mall so...we stopped. I took a phone call just as she sat down, so I know for certain she was in the chair for less than 5 minutes. Her hair was still damp from the shower, so no wash necessary. The stylist spent 4 minutes trimming the ends, did not offer to blow dry and charged $34! The child cut is only up 10 years old, so I guess this was the best they could do? I’ll take her with me to my stylist next time and it will save me $20.

Terrible customer service, had an appointment for 7:30pm and was told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back at 8:00 pm and was told to wait for 45 minutes. Then I was told that they will not cut my hair and to come back tomorrow. My time, respect and gas is worth much more than the 10% discount I was offer. Never coming back

Went here last year for a desperate haircut, Ive never been to one of the nice salons in the mall (beacuse of pricing) and decided to just go for it. Went in there needing a haircut and left there with lice! They dont clean their brushes after every use and i was absolutely mortified when I found out I had lice a few days later! I havent had or been around someone with lice since I was 9 and the one time I visit a regis this happens. The haircut was nice but cant get over the bugs 😷

I called ahead at around 12:40pm to get a mens haircut and said i would be in in around 20 minutes. I get there at 1pm and am met with a face of a woman just looking with an attitude who said can i help you? From across the store. So to start it was a negative experience. Then another woman came up after i said i called for a haircut [who was doing nothint but sweeping] and said we have an appt at 2pm? So then i told her i had called 20 mins ago to get a haircut. She then proceeded to tell me there is nothing that she could do with an attitude so i just left. I will never go back here and recommend no one does either if they like being treated like a normal human being.

My regular hair girl moved away and suggested Tammy and she cut my hair exactly as I described! I couldnt be more pleased with the service and stylist!

Very bad experience at this salonWe show the stylist how we want my daughter new haircut and she didn’t even put attention to the picture totally different hair cut plus we did an appointment and when we got there the stylist that supposedly do my daughter haircut she was sick and this girl didn’t even know what she was doingPleas don’t go to this salon they charge a lot for nothing
