I went there yesterday to get my hair braided, Germaina Nelson the lady who did my hair was terrible, she had no time to listen to what I wanted for my hair, even after showing her the picture multiple time she still did not do as I asked better yet deprived me from looking at the mirror till the end I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the hair. The attitude she gave me everytime I explained to her exactly what I wanted.Bottom line if you do not know how to do what I am asking for rather say so than going right ahead to waste my time and money as well as my fibre on doing something like you are practically practicing on my hair.I am absolutely disappointed and still went ahead and charged me for a terrible job.Word of advice when you go to smart style do let Germaina Nelson do you hair she doesnt listen my customer needs were not met at all!!!

Customer service at this salon is horrible... even if you call in hours ahead of time they make you sit and wait until they are finished with all walk-ins... there is no point in making an appointment.

Nancy was the best, i always cut my hair here, being in the same complex with Walmart and cheap people think that the quality is low, actually check the reviews from other brand saloons and you will see people crying out the door...its the employees that matter, BEST IN NAPLES !
