Was a walk in for my 2 year old son to get a haircut this one guy took him and my son started out well but then he started moving around now granted he’s 2 he’s not going to sit still the whole time but the guy kept making comments on “why he doesn’t usually cut kids hair” and kept sucking his teeth every time my son moved and was holding his head super tight personally I will never take him there again he was rude and the comments that were made was very unprofessional on top of that my son has little cuts from him trying to move fast with the cut please take your business elsewhere do not go here it was not worth it and against my better judgment I went but I will not return ever they need lessons on how to treat there customers including children 🙄

I got a haircut with KENNY and it’s by far the best haircut I’ve ever gotten, definitely never going back to sports clips. If you’re looking for good quality fades and lineups this is the place to go, I be looking clean af now 🔥

I got here at 5pm, and the guys had nobody in the shop except one guy eating, and they said no more cuts, wouldn’t take me. Super unprofessional and rude.Location in the Coastland Center mall

I show at 7pm the only barber that’s there is finishing his customer and says to me it’s closed. I said you guys close at 9pm right? he stops talking to me. Babershop needs professional barbers.

Leo is amazing. I have been getting my hair cut by him for the past 4 years, he k ones exactly how o like my hair cut and if I have any changes he always excedes my expectations. The barber shop is always clean and it looks really cool too. I would recommend Prime time to anybody and all the barbers are great.

Not very walk-in friendly. Walked in around 7pm hoping to get a haircut, no one offered to help me or acknowledged me. Sat down for about an hour and a half while people kept coming in and being helped before me. Don’t know if it’s by appointment only, like I said nobody bothered to help me.

I don’t want to say it’s bad but after having my hair cut here I’ve taken up the hobby of cutting my own hair without mirrors and I seem to be doing a better job already.

I went to get my baby’s first haircut and when I got there he said it would be five to ten minutes, nobody wanted to take him and it was like I was begging for a haircut and they were taking in other walk in customers, it seemed like it was sexist, we spent 40 minutes in there and walked out with no haircut, very unprofessional never coming here again, they do not know what customer service is at all. I would give a zero if I could

I took my boyfriend here to get a haircut and they were rude, cut his hair way too short and messed it up.. Im never going to this barbershop again. The whole barbershop was messy, and the barber was rude.

Should have paid attention to reviews. Worse haircut in Naples in 6 years. Barber was having a phone conversation while cutting until I asked him to stop and focus.

This barber place was ok,the barber I had didnt seem to try too much,the hair cut was somewhat poor compared to other times,I think the reason was lack of communication,I understand no barber is a miracle worker but thats why you have to ask questions,my haircut is alright but definitely not the best Ive had,it costed me 20 dollars to get a fade and a trim on top.

I mean most of the time you get decent haircuts. I would give it 4 stars but today someone screwed up my hair when I gave him simple instructions. Then he said it was my fault since I didnt say it correctly. He made me look like a neo Nazi like why lmao. But honestly this is a decent barber shop so if you go then ya its not bad.

I would have given a zero if I could. The website says the are open until 9. I called and they told me to come in and they would wait for me. I told them I’d be there in 25 minuets and got there in 30 minuets (8:30 is the time I showed up) and they had the whole things shut down already. So I drove all this way for nothing!! Extremely unprofessional. I can’t believe a mall would allow that type of business to represent it.

Worst barber shop. I got a haircut and the guy some colombian dude cut my hair. He rushed it and its over priced. I will be going back to get a FREE HAIRCUT and he will fix it. The man didnt seem to care to fix it. I will never be going there again.

Never again! Scammers...Charged my 16yr old son $20 for a lineup when the sign clearly says $10! The first time they did it, I thought my son was scamming me for money but the second time I walked in as he was paying the guy. Dude told me that was HIS price! F that pos!

Went to get a cut, and while I was getting my cut the barber MARIO, this Colombian guy had his drug dealer bring him some cocaine inside the shop. The guy grabbed the money from his work station and stole my ray ban sunglasses while doing that, which I had placed . I didnt realize until he finished my haircut. Deffinetly do no recommend this place. Youll get robbed

I wait on the recommendation of a friend to the barber named Boris, this barber informs me that he has only 3 waiting, I waited for more than 1 hour, more than 4 people spent almost closing the barber shop I approached and he only told me that he was busy, in end of my part I do not recommend it for little serious and irresponsible that it plays with the time of others. The only thing left for me is to look for the real professionals.
