Recently moved to Naples and this was my 3rd barber shop. Went late in the day and only 1 barber was there. After speaking with the manager, barber finished with his customer and offered to stay and give me a haircut. Best haircut I have had in years! Service was above and beyond expectations while being friendly and professional. Doni is now my barber for my time in Naples!

I have to say when i walked in to the shop the receptionist was very nice. She got me in to see Presley at 2:30 and she did a wonderful job. However the women in the first station did not treat me well. I felt as if she were talking down to me. I do know i will not be asking for her services.

Sent my guy for a haircut and a shave. They pampered him for over an hour. Couldnt keep hands off him when he got home. Wow!

Very accommodating and professional, but was charged $30 instead of $25 for a relatively simple cut for a 14 year old boy. Also, masks were optional but his stylist did wear one while doing his hair. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

One of the hardest parts of moving is finding a new barber. I was lucky to find one of the best when we moved to Naples.

4 employees were working and only two were wearing a mask, I was told on the phone that all employees wore masks so I was objectively lied to. Do not give thes irresponsible people any business if you at all care about public health and safety.Re: As a matter of fact I wasnt concerned with your made up condition, I was more concerned for those I interact with on a regular basis, like my mother, who is overweight, over 50, diabetic and asthmatic and always wears at least one mask when she goes out without any problems. But if you really have a condition that prevents you from wearing a mask then you also have a condition that prevents from going out.

Now I am not a man so I havent used them personally but I am married to a man who is very particular about his head and face being shaved and he loves it. The owner is super passionate about what he does and has built a stellar team. You go in by appointment and get the real old world treatment. For guys, its really a special grooming experience.

I just moved and decided to try Roosters. Melanie cut my hair. If you get low fades, I suggest going to her, looks really clean like I get back home. Also knowledgeable about things to do in town for people visiting or new in town.. will be back.

Worst haircut of my adult life. I specifically made appointment to see Maria, who has great reviews. Got Melanie instead. I stated I wanted the back blocked not tapered twice, but got tapered before I could even say anything instead. I felt she was only in a hurry to get done -- less than 15 minutes as opposed to the 25 - 30 minutes at my regular stylist. Will not return and I advise trying elsewhere.

My husband and son have been going here for years. Maria does a fantastic job and the shop is spotless.

The haircuts have been fairly good, but ever since my main stylist left there, it just has not been the same. Hes cut my hair better than anyone. I am still trying to locate him and start going there. But all in all, not bad by any stretch as they do have some very good stylists, just not my stylist. The barber shop is located in the Shoppes at Vanderbilt, a convenient location. Recommended.

Paid $50 for 2 haircuts within 4 days. I didn’t quite like the first haircut ($25) so that day I tried to reschedule next day with same person. They weren’t avail either till Friday. Had them fix it to where I wanted it and they claimed that the 10-15 minutes it took to fix my hair was a “full haircut”. So they charged me $25 to fix my hair. Won’t be going back to a place that isn’t customer friendly.

Maria has done my hair multiple times and straight razor shaves me so meticulously and efficient every single time. I dont mind paying for a service like hers one bit. Satisfied 100%

I went for the first time today to get my hair cut by Lauren after seeing her cut someone’s hair while my employer was getting his hair cut by another stylist. She has mad skill, takes her time, does a great job, and is worth every penny. $25 for a quality hair cut is nothing compare to other cities that I’ve lived in! Definitely ask for Lauren-You won’t be disappointed!!

Price of $25 for a gentlemans haircut seems the tiniest bit steep, but the atmosphere of the place might just make up for it. Clean and inviting, Ive taken my dad here four times.

The gentleman who was at the desk with the Jazz hat on was making all kind of faces and saying oh my god when he couldn’t type my first name in the computer. Than he asked me if I need a haircut????? When he lead me to his station it wasn’t cleaned up from previous guests and it was filthy. I got up and walked out!!!!

Friendly staff. Great Haircuts and grooming for men. My man is seen by stylist Lauren. She is fairly new and from Jersey. Takes her time and with great detail. Almost like shes sculpting. Listens. Accommodates. She is truly fabulous. We are extremely happy.

It was an okay haircut. For a $25 haircut I expect at least a shave on the neck and a hot towel. I only got the shave on the neck. I liked my haircut but I think they were charging too much for the service the offered. The owner seems to micromanage the barbers and you can tell the barbers are not happy with it.

Just got my hair cut by Donnie! By far the best hair cut I have ever received. I’ve been to a few different barber parlors in Naples, and Roosters takes it for me!

I go to Roosters every 6 - 8 weeks for a haircut and I usually treat myself to their Gentlemens Choice which includes a Roosters Club Cut and Signature 7-Step Facial Shave. They always do a great job with my hair and the shave is the closest I have ever experienced. My skin is great after this.

The only men’s barber shop where you can make an appointment which minimizes wait times. Great haircut and shampoo.

So I am driving my car and I call when I was in Estero headed to Naples, a female answers the phone and ask me to hold for a minute, I said that was no problem, she sets the phone down and I can hear her in the background chatting and joking with other people, I arrived to my destination in Naples 12 minutes later and she has never picked up the phone so I hung up and do not think I will ever call for an appointment or even go there.If this is the face of the shop,The Receptionist I wonder how everyone else is.

Rude and unprofessional greeting. I get it that they are busy but you should never ask a customer to come back next week. Disappointed! Its a shame because there is a gentleman there that cuts my sons hair perfectly. They lost the customer and they clearly dont care.

I work here ...come and get a 5 star haircut....this is to laszlo jeremias...when you came in that day yes i ask for your info ...but you have an accent so it was hard to understand you plus...i had just finished a haircut so of course there would be hair on the floor ..but i tried squeezing you in ...but you ranned out ....but i didnt cut your hair ...not a fair review ...

This place is overrated. I headed there with 2 friends, non of us were imperessed by the quality of service received. Very ordinary!! I got their special 7 stage shave and trim, the lady doing it was very slow and missed few spots. Not recommend or visit them again.
