I asked for a trim, layers, and highlights. The stylist put the scissors next to my hair but I dont believe she cut anything from it. There is no noticable difference and definitely no layers. She refused to highlight and I had a friend with me as well who wanted a haircut and both stylists that were working refused to cut her hair because she wanted it short and they both said they dont cut short hair. Very unprofessional in my opinion as a hairstylist, you should be able to cut long and short hair.

Due to the Corona Virus we desperately needed professional hair help! The team at this Super Cuts made us feel like family. My daughter even commented if she had it, she would leave a million dollar tip! I unfortunately dont have a before and after...but they killed it and worked as a team! Have been here a few times before. Took my son for a haircut on a Wednesday eve but Doors were locked and a sign on door said hours temporarily changed to close at 6pm. So we rushed this eve and made it by 5:45 but the hairdresser was finishing up with a guy and she stated she was done for the day. He was out the door before we left the parking lot. I feel she could have and should have taken my son. She didn’t ask any questions just stated she was done for the day. just very frustrating !

I have been to Supercuts many times and and I always ask for Adriana. She does a great job and is a nice person. Always shows me front and back. The only place Ill go for a haircut.

Maby is amazing very efficient and always professional. She has been doing my hair for a while now and it always comes out great. I have been to many expensive hair places and been very disappointed. Terrible experience, 4 hours.. two back to back visits to do a corrective color and still couldnt get it done correctly. I tipped accordingly but Ill NEVER go back. They clearly have zero professional training. Nice young ladies but save your money if youre going there for any kind of color.

Will never go here again. Valeria was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and CANNOT cut hair. She has ruined my hair. I have been going to this Supercuts for years and now I cannot even leave my house. Be aware of this rude lady. I had to ask her three times to show me my back and then she threw the mirror at me. I will never go back.

I usually have a great experience at this location, however my latest haircut on Tuesday evening was very subpar. The back of my head, specifically behind my ears are extremely uneven on both sides (I was not shown the back of my head in the mirror as usual). To make it worse, I didn’t realize it until my fiance noticed it this evening. Prior to her noticing, I’ve been meeting with business clients of mine and am quite embarrased to say the least. I don’t recall the name of the person who performed my haircut, but I will never go back. This is unacceptable.At this point, my hair cut is beyond repair since evening it out would take my back hair line way too high. I’m left waiting for my hair to grow back unfortunately.Supercuts is a well known brand and I would expect that their hiring practices are based upon recruiting great talent, experience, and individuals who pay significant attention to detail - not just those who show up to earn a paycheck and expect a tip. This obviously was the case.If the owner of this franchise would like to reach out, I am more than happy to discuss mysituation further.

Opening during a shutdown shows a lack of caring for your employees and customers.

I was very dissatisfied with my haircut. The young woman that helped me, cut too high behind my ears. And the back of my head was cut uneven. I had to go somewhere else to have my hair fixed. She only took 10 mins. Never a good sign.

Checked in online for a 3 oclock hair cut and when I arrived I was told I had to wait for 25 minutes because she had to cut a ladys hair. Useless having an on line check in system that they dont follow,!

Horrible service. It is 6:01, and they would not take me for a cut and highlights. They told me they close in half an hour although I reminded her that they closed at 7. Obviously they dont need my business

Walked in with my family, was told it was 20-25 minutes. Waited about 45 minutes while hearing the employee tell someone on the phone they dont make appointments. Then walks in a lady who got served right away when her name was after ours on the digital list.
