Moved here from Texas and was sad to leave my lady of 4 years. BUT, thankfully I found Jessica. I bite my nails bad but this was one of the cleanest/thinnest sets I’ve gotten. Attention to detail & continually making sure I liked the shape/color/thickness. 10/10 shorter cross between oval and almond in the natural powder.

Nice people who do a very good job. I feel great and look great after my pedicure but I have a hard time when places act like you are making an appointment but don’t really. We called ahead and scheduled 2pm appointments. I got called back at 2:15 and my friend not until 2:45. If you don’t have a schedule, it will be a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

I have been going to this salon for a long time, i have to say they are the best! Very personable and fun experience, also i took my granddaughter for her first mani and it was so well done she is now hooked lol wants her nails done all the time! Thanks Kim and Ken you are the best!!!

Appointment was easy to make via online portal. All staff were very professional but friendly. Their equipments and tools were sanitized/individually wrapped and they all wore gloves and face masks. They explained all the steps for my boyfriend who was getting a pedi for the first time. 100% recommended!

I had a Acrylic fill in with no chip polish, on my Natural long nails, My nail master was Kim she did an Excellent Job, and for me to say that means a lot, I am a very very picky person when it comes to my nails. The salon was very clean and they sanitized after every customer the Tools they used, the area on their side of the table, your side of the table and chair. Im a Happy Customer and I will use them anytime Im in Chicago, and she gets the job done in a timely manner. THANK YOU NAILS 4 U.

I had a fill in by Kim and she was great. Lots of color options and cute pedicure chairs for the little ones, so adorable. My first time there but I enjoyed my experience.

Ive been coming here regularly for the last few months and I love it. They do a really good job. I went a few days ago and Missty did my full set. She went above and beyond to make my nails incredible.

Been here multiple times and it’s always hit or miss. Most recent was booking two appts using their online system and both were confirmed. Come to find out one was cancelled cause they thought it was a dupe. Said they tried calling me (never left a vmail) and when they didn’t get a hold of me cancelled the appts. Never tried to make it right or find another slot for me just argued rudely and insisted the fault was mine. Done with them.

The gel nails look great. I took my 9 year old for her first mani pedi. She loved the tiny messaging pedicure chair, and she loves her nail art.

I love this nail salon. I have lived in the area now for over a year and i tried at least 6 different places always returning to my salon in Saint Charles. Now i only go to Nails4u. They are clean, they have great selection of colors and types of finish.

Came at the last minute for a mani and pedi. I was able to come in right away, very clean, very professional!! T did my services and did an AWESOME job on my pedi, massage was great, very careful with color application and precise. Salon had a mani pedi special.Manicure was also amazing!! Very sweet and professional! I wish I lived closer because I would become a regular! I can’t say enough great things!! Will come again when I’m in the area.

A last minute decision to get a pedicure and my usual salon closed at 7pm. Nails 4 U was open til 8pm so I went. No regrets! Salon chairs are super comfortable and the chair provides a variety of massage options. The best part were the comfy, padded foot tests. They flip up for resting your ankles when tech is working on the bottoms of feet. Ive never experienced these before and they were a very nice upgrade. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating. I was very pleased with my pedicure and will definitely patronize them again!

Went in with my family one Sunday.... our services was so wonderful and relaxing! My girls first Mani Pedi!! My nail tech did a very thorough job on my manicure and pedicure at a reasonable price. Booked online and facilities are comfortable. Will be back as I live in the area.

I am so happy about the service I got at Nails 4 U. I was greeted immediately and all my questions were answered promptly. The people are so nice and the wonderful woman that did my names was very patient with me when I accidentally scratched my no chip. She was so gentle and efficient at make sure my cuticles were cleaned up, my polish looked great, and my hands were moisturized. For $32 plus tip, I got a great deal! I definitely will be going back!

Iv only been here once to get a acrylic set refill and the people there are ok. I say ok because they didn’t feel really welcoming to me. Through out the whole time I was there I just felt awkward and like a little rushed. The only words we exchanged were what color I wanted, shape and price and that’s it. Nothing much really to say about this place.

I love this salon. I dont get my nails done only a pedicure. They take their time on your feet. They have a new process with plastic over each bowl to minimize bacteria. I recommend the wax and hot oil treatment. They do a really good job. My only comment would be for them to get some additional colors of polish.

First time there, literally just walked out the door but my nails look so cute and good I’m glad i went to this place. I tried something called a dip which i didn’t know what it was but she did great job even when i didn’t really have any answers i just told her to do whatever she thought was best and it’s looks great. Defo gonna come back

I called and said what I was looking to get...she said come anytime-I was literally 3 min away...I get there and she is standing at the front and said it will be a 45 min wait-she looks at a guy doing a pedicure on a lady with her friend sitting next to her and no other customers in the place...that’s ridiculous. This is not how to build your business. They need to learn how to better manage their business.

So my 17 YEAR OLD SISTER !!!!!!!, had gotten her eyebrows wax and the lady waxed her eye lid off .... she is in pain as we speak !!! The people were rude and I didn’t like the vibe in there. The only thing nice was the nails !!! Never again !

I got a no chip this Friday and they was chipping by that following Monday and then I went back in to have them fix it on Wednesday and two of my nails are already completely off I dont know what they do and makes a no chip not work properly but I will never go back to them I paid too much money to have them chip

Came to this location to get my nails done for my birthday. The next day my nail polish had these patches on them and get were SUPER dull, went in and they fixed them. A few days later the same thing AGAIN! Didnt even bother to get it fixed if I have to constantly go back and get it retouched.

Great foot massage by Lisa! It was my first visit there, I chose it completely randomely because it was on my way home from work, but I was really impressed by the foot massage Lisa performed. Its the one reason I will come back in the next 2 weeks. Other than that, its just the same as any other regular salon.

I’ve been coming here for several years, each and every time, I have gotten great service and a fantastic pedicure. The price is well within what I’ve paid other salons, in fact less than other places. This weekend, I took my whole family. I’ll keep coming back.

I was very impressed at the service and hospitality here! I asked my technician for something interesting and she drew a batman icon on my nails. The space is luxurious and relaxing. All in all, I was pleased with the experience and will return.

Me and my girlfriend go for pedicure I like it because the have our own liners and file and buff just 1 for clients more sanitary than other pedicure place and our pedicures they included sugar scrub and they do callous removal for me and the most I like there pedicure they don’t use the same jet to the nail shop so I don’t worried I can infection and my girlfriend she like her design on her toenails and they offer me and my girlfriend a drink too so I definitely coming to this nail salon even I take extra drive because I live far from this nail shop and I like the stone on my feet make me feel better after the pedicure because make me feel relaxed my mussels on my feet after the pedicure I will coming back if I need pedicures

Kim is amazing with the dip and taking care of your natural nails and Hannah is great on the pedicure side. The shop is very nice and peaceful atmosphere!

I really liked this place the first time I went, excellent and quick service, my nail technician was very talkative and funny! She did a beautiful job. The second time I went she was not there so I had a different technician and he didnt do as good of a job, he didnt do anything to my cuticles and he seemed a little aggravated, but he did do a beautiful job with my actual nails! Ill still come back!

Just started going here and see Steve. He is AMAZING!!! Very personable, funny and does a wonderful job! He really takes his time and I love my nails and the experience every time I leave. He is wonderful at reflexology and give the best hand and foot massage with your mani/pedi. Thank you Steve, so glad I found you!

First time there and only went because it was close to work. Got a pedi and realized the only way they cleaned the basins was a few squirts of 409 and rinsed it. No scrubbing or while down. They only used oil to massage legs too so now Im all greasy. (no lotion at all!) Well see how the actual polish lasts but I will not come back here.

Warning !!!! This place is under new management and has gone to Hatties in a hand basket. Twice Ive made an appointment with Trina both times Ive shown up for my appointment and no Trina. I will not waste my time again. The nails are barely acceptable and cost more than under the old owners.

HORRIBLE customer service experience when I walked in off the bat they didnt greet me or ask what i needed then when it was time to get a pedicure I waited in the water for an hour l. understandable one lady had an appointment but the next came in as a walk in and was instantly helped. I got so frustrated I just got a polish change and left. They need better customer service the manager was beyond rude and not understanding at all I would never recommend if your a minority. Poor lady ahead of me waited almost 2 hours and gave up they never acknowledged her and now I see from my experience.

Being going here for years. There service has been going down and today was just too much from there tech Tammy, so rude. I called bc I was exactly 6 minutes late. The guy didnt say anything. When I went to sit down she spoke so rudely and said she had been waiting for me and that she has another client. I just got up and left. There are enough places who have better manners and customer service.

I’ve been coming here for years, but the new management is terrible ! Very unfriendly and rude. Hannah, my technician has always been very attentive to my needs and does a good job, but after new mgmt. I’ve noticed the service has declined . She is always rushed, my pedicures aren’t relaxing anymore, I feel like she’s on a time clock to see how fast she can get me done. I feel it’s not her personally, but most likely comes from mgmt. If things don’t change, I will probably go somewhere else.

Seems as though they dilute their gel polish, i have a black speck underneath my toenail that’s still visible & discouraging. The color pay off was not good and the polish was very thin and for the brand I know they’re not like that at other places.

I had gotten my nails done and after they polished it I realized I didnt like my shape of my nails so I asked if she would fix them and she said no its not easy for her. So I got mad and proceeded to leave. I then called the place to speak to a manager or owner & he hung up the phone. So I turned around and went in to ask why he had hung up the phone on me and he didnt answer a lady behind him hopped in and called me a DIRTY BLACK GIRL. WHAT PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS CALLS SOMEONE THAT. I strongly suggest no one go here.

Clean Salon with all new equipment. Several tables but did not wait long as a walk in. No chip french manicure lasted 3 weeks both times ive had it done there.

I have been coming here for years but it is now under new ownership and the service is horrible. They don’t have enough staff and the wait is forever now. I have been sitting in the water waiting for my pedicure for 30 minutes now with no end in site. 3 workers and 6 people waiting. Time to find a new salon!!!

Horrible job. And then charged me $50 for a service that is normally $35. The nails look HORRIBLE. When I told her that I wanted them shorter, she told me it was more feminine to keep them long. Will NEVER return to this place.
