I love getting my nails done with Christina! I normally get gel nail polish and love how square and short she does them. But her dip skills are unmatched. My nails last for at least four -5 weeks without chipping or dealing. I normally go in to get them redone because they grew out. She’s professional, efficient and very kind! Thank you Christina for your customer service, your diligence and always accommodating some of my last minute appointments.

I love the ambiance of the salon, I was super bummed when the gentlemen started on my pedicure. I felt rushed and incomplete. My polish started chipping in a week. Not sure if I will give it another chance because the prices dont match the service

Theyre ok. They didnt ask what kind of pedicure I wanted and just did the basic. As with every nail place they love to talk about you in their language which is so uncomfortable. Always full of people so I guess their doing some thing right though. I just havent found it yet.

I am not happy with this place. Thw pricing for a new set was ridiculous. They definitely arw not consistent either. My pedicure was ok but the leg massage was pretty much non-existent. Three of the nails on my left hand are crooked, the shape is not what I wanted.

At first I was happy with the service. They were nice and held good conversations, helping me feel absolutely relaxed. But. Now. I. Am. Enraged. One of their products killed my cuticles (those both above and beneath the nail), turning them shades of brown and black, and rock hard. They started to chip away leaving raw skin exposed causing an awful infection surrounding my nails. I am never going back there again. What the hell kind of products are you using?!

The first time was great and when I requested the same person they star talking i their own language and laughed so make me feel uncomfortable and give me some one else he didn’t know what he was doing amd te hey know how to charge but not every one is professional sad but true

I was very hopeful since they had good reviews.. Pedicure was good .. however I had my nails filled and they are a hot mess, lumpy, uneven and crooked .. lengths are different... it’s just sad. Going to have to find someone to fix them.

First time I visited this place they took 2 hours for a full acrylic set and the guy that did them kept sticking his nail no gloves into the side of my nails and he cut me twice I was very angry!!! And the pedicure was horrible and over priced same guy buffed on my skin and now its irritated never coming back 👎🏼

The spa is really nice and clean and staff is very nice also would give 5/5 for the customer service. However the pedicure I got wasn’t 5/5. The nail tech I got was very nice but seemed a little un experienced my nails were cut slanted and uneven. The nail polish looked clumpy once it dried. I went home and after my bath I had to go in a still clean up my nails on my own not worth the 35 dollars.

Best nail salon in town! Hugh & Christina and the rest of the team are very professional and so nice, the salon is Beautiful and super clean!

I was able to do a walk in and the experience itself was nice, however, my gel manicure started to chip 3 days after getting it done. Keep in mind that I do not have a labor intensive job, or do anything that would make it chip faster. Its been a week since I got it done, and the gel is still continuing to chip and peel off. Disappointing.

Clean and friendly salon. great to see temperature being checked as you go in and also hand sanitizing constantly. really pleased with my dip powder experience.

Christina and Hugh are the best! Hand down Christina gives the best leg massage and pedicure. My dipped nails last about 4 weeks (even being a baker/cake artist, constantly washing my hands). Everything is always clean and sterile.

Hugh is masterful at his craft of nails. So much so, I call him the Dipmaster. He also has repaired fractured toenails in time for summer. He is immensely talented and this salon is fabulous. I highly recommend!

Hugh saved my nails!I’m in water constantly so regular polish lasts less than an hour and gels only a couple of days. Almost a year ago Hugh introduced me to dip and my nails have been long for the first time in my life and they’re ADORABLE! All the amazing things he can do with dip (which is not “dirty” with all the astringent steps to it...never had a single problem to worry about!) is so fun it makes me excited for my next visit which is sometimes 3 to 4 weeks out—these babies don’t break!Quality service, spotless and relaxing environment, and sweet people working keeps me with Hugh no matter where he goes. So glad he has his own shop now!

Hugh is the best nail technician in napa. His new salon is beautiful and in a great location. Don’t hesitate to try this place out, you will NOT be sorry!

Had Thai for my nails she took her time and really gave me a great gel manicure, and another mrs. I wish I saw her name but she gave the best leg massage / scrub and took her time. Very clean. I even had front row parking!

Never had a guy do my nails, always a lady, but man! Let me tell you about Hugh, he did an amazing job. Not gonna lie better than the lady I’ve always gone to. Ombré was what I got, and exactly how I wanted them. Thank you Hugh! Can’t wait for your new place to open. Highly recommend

This was my 2nd visit. On my first visit, I got the 2nd pedicure on the menu and had a good experience. This time I upgraded to the spa pedicure (which was the 3rd item on the menu). For the $10 additional fee, Im not so sure the pedicure was worth it. I kept asking for help with the massage chair controller since they now have a cover over the buttons and you cannot read the text. I was looking forward to relaxing and getting a back massage but the chair only stays stationary and massages one spot on your back only. Needless to say, I was a little bit disappointed so I cannot give a 5 star rating.

I had high hopes for this salon but I am very disappointed and won’t be going back. I went in on a Monday for a gel manicure and as of Wednesday morning the polish has peeled off 4 of my nails and is starting to peel off the rest. I wasn’t happy with the way my nails looked but I did expect them to last at least 10 days. The salon has so much potential but it looked dirty and the man who did my nails was wearing a filthy coat and used a dirty nail file and buff that he had in his pocket. Might be okay for some but not for me 😷

Eh. Went for mani/pedi with my husband.Overall the place is very clean and well kept. We were offered water or wine. The massage on pedicure chair was good. Basically kind on the minimum expectation I have for nail places.Mani: 1) French manicure for as long as I have EVER gotten them is pink with the white added at the end. He did the white first and then shaped it with remover. It was just weird and I dont like how it came out as much. I actually feared he was not going to even use the pink so I made sure to hand it to him. 2) He did the manicure from one side of the pedicure seat so I had to sit awkwardly with my arm pulled accross my chest, which was uncomfortable and took away from the pedicure experience.Pedi: Paid extra for upgraded pedicure with extra massage. Did a good job massaging my legs, but what about my feet? When I asked him to rub the bottom more, he wiped it with a towel, seeming not to understand.

Hugh is hands down best around! So many options! Dip is the way to go
