Quite possibly worst nail experience I’ve had. It started pretty well. The staff is very nice. I was a walk-in and originally wanted a gel manicure but was talked into doing a pedicure as well. Since I was on a time crunch they did both at the same time which I’m not upset about. However, my gel manicure was awful - polish not covering the full nail and also outside the nail. Like not even a little, there was a huge spot of nail polish in my finger. I rubbed most of it off myself. Then my pedicure was regular, as I typically do. When they do your nails, they put your shoes on pre paint normally. My nail tech is painting my nails without shoes and when I mention should I put my shoes on she says after the first coat. So in my head I’m thinking “oh she has a good technique of putting on shoes.” Not the case. She handed me my shoe and told me to put it on. So needless to say they got messed up and then she didn’t fix them…. See pictures. My boyfriend looked at them and said he could have done a better job, which honestly I believe.

Terrible service . the $35 pedicure took them less than 5 minutes. I wanted callus exfoliation that i paid for and they merely rubbed heels with sponge, that was it .. DO NOT RECOMMEND ..

The salon was very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. They had a number of colors to chose from. The woman that did my acrylic fill was very fast but still did a very good job. If I lived in Napa I would definitely use this salon again!

I always get awesome service, even when I walk in, its worth the wait. Have been going there for 8 years. I dont trust my hands and feet to anyone else.

My friends and I are minors, and we had thought that the prices for acrylic were 28. Then we were told that, that’s the old price and the actual price is 45. The staff were friendly. The paint job of my nails are not the best.. and this is my first time getting my nails done. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the acrylics are lazy. They did my nails really fast, probably because there wasn’t that much staff today. The acrylic feels lumpy on my nails, and they didn’t drill the bottom of the acrylic that much leaving bumps and access acrylic. They did apologize for the wait though, which again the staff are friendly. I will most likely not come here for refill.(I have photos just click on my name)

I’ve been wanting to try clear nails for a while, but not a lot of places know how to do them correctly or don’t have clear nail extensions and powders so I was excited when Napa Nails said they could do them.I’ve had my share of HORRIBLE experiences in many different Nail shops all over CA so obviously I was nervous going in.Lemme start off by saying the the shape and file job is INCREDIBLE. There is not ONE bump as you can see from the photos I posted with this review. They’re so smooth, perfectly shaped and CRYSTAL CLEAR🤤. I’ve never had a hand file shaping and smoothing on the top. The gentlemen who did them was careful and took his time shaping and smoothing them with a HAND FILE. Only the old school professionals do hand filing now days. A true nail artist. I plan on adding my own simple design (no polish) to these and they are the PERFECT base! Thank you!I should have got his name I’m sorry for not. Next time I go in for fill I will update this post.

I hesitate to ever write a negative review, but I had awful experience here. The woman performing my pedicure cut my nails way too short, cutting into the nail bed on my large toe. On the other foot she over trimmed the cuticle. Im still in pain 3 days later. Of less importance, she denied a walk-in customer after she was done with me even though the place was empty, they had zero Covid protocols other than masks, and they had no drying fans. She told me to wait an hour or two for my nails to dry.

This is the best nail salon in Napa that Ive been to (and Ive been to a lot of them) they do the best jobs. My last gel manicure lasted over a month with no chipping or peeling! Their attention to detail is spot on. I will only come here to get my nails done now.

The young girl here did my acrylics and she did a good job but then the lady at the front tried to charge me $100. All I got was a basic new set of acrylics. I was liiiiike your joking right and then she settled for $70. Nails are ok. Watch out they be scamming !

Came in on my lunch and was able to get a pedi and shellac mani...Fair prices for napa, clean place, nice color selection definitely coming back

I am unhappy with my experience. I explained several times that I did not want my nails to be long. The final length should be barely visible past my finger tips.I had to tell her I couldn’t leave there and go home with my nails longer on the 3rd time before she would do it.Her demeanor changed after as she didn’t like the length. My nails are still longer than I’d like but I was just over the experience.I will not go back to Napa Nails.

I have been coming here for a while now and I am always satisfied with how my nails look. I usually get gel manicures, though I have gotten acrylic nails as well, and I always leave as a happy customer!

I loved this place i am just visiting here and they told me to come get my nails done here i did ! And they are super friendly so nice and they did my nails as i told them too ! They were amazing!! I love it !!

Napa nails is the only salon I will go to in Napa and for good reason! They do a wonderful job, Ive never had a complaint. Im not sure what the last two comments were about the owner being rude as he is a very sweet and friendly guy- not to mention, very funny! Also- just because there are seats open (at a salon or restaurant or anywhere) does not mean that they are available. Highly recommend this salon!

Very nice people. Was greeted as soon as i walked in and offered me lemon or cucumber water right away. Will definitely come back when i visit Napa again.

Napa nails is just not the same since Tom left. It just doesnt have that warm atmosphere. Many of my favorite nail people are no longer there. I happened to go to La Vie the other day near Whole Foods and my favorite people to include Henry are now working there. So if youre looking for your old nail techs check out La Vie.

It was only $25 for a Shallac manicure and it was done fast. It was 97 degrees outside and I got some cold bottled water to help cool down. The salon wasnt too loud and the manicure looked great. Id come back.

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The gentleman who worked on my nails ( a fill and color change)did a satisfactory job, but I will most likely keep going to my places in Vallejo and Fairfield. Good for when Im in a time crunch since its kinda close to my house. Also they have a good color selection for gel but not so much for acrylic.

My experience at this nail solon was definitely the wort experience I have ever had when the lady that worked there was done with one costumer she would not clean up the nail trimmings and would not Change the towel that has paint all over it also when she was filling my nails after she already put the nail and powder on she ripped it off that goes to show you how aggressive They are when they file your nails. also when she was using the mechanical file she hit my skin so manny times in one place that I got a burn on my finger.also the lady did not know how to draw a sunflower so she made me pull up a picture on my phone and still didn’t do a good job and the last thing I have to say is that when she got done I called my dad so then he could come give me money because I am a miner and he was going to give me the money any way because it was my birthday so when I called him the lady yelled at me for the money so I told her my dad was coming with it and he would be there in about 3 minutes and she got really mad at me and said that I was not allowed to leave and I told her I was not going to leave then when my dad showed up I told him what happened the lady yelled at me and said that she would never do any of that and that I was just lying. So I will not be returning.

The people that work there are nice but the work stations are really dirty. The crystals on my nails fell out in two days . Don’t recommend.

Not impressed. Got a very rough scrubbing of the sole of my feet so that is now painful to walk and my feet are scratched and irritated. Sloppy polish job. Some guests got served drinks (something bubbly - champagne?), but I did not. Uneven treatments of guests. They charge $1 for payment with debit/credit card. I will not return.

Does a great job every time and breathing easier than most places. Pricing is not clear,however, so ask for all details as far as the pricing goes. I just had a pedi that ended up being $72 b4 tip when I thought it would be $55. I did choose the $55 pedi with massage parafin,etc.but wasnt told that getting gel polish (which is what I always get there and they know it and knew it) was $17(!!) more than regular polish! And, like with most nail shops, really wish English was understood and spoken better and with more than just one person there.

Woman was so rough during pedicure it was painful and she made me bleed. Then when I put socks on 8 hours later the paint was so jagged the pedicure on one toe was ruined. They did the manicure very uncomfortably while I was getting the pedicure so I to lean to one side the entire time (Im 8 months pregnant). Could not do the color the way I asked. Then when I went to pay they told me the card machine wasnt working even though it said on the door you could use credit. Tried to send me to an ATM and I was so mad I said if I leave Im not coming back to pay. She then just put a new roll of paper in the card machine and it worked fine. Terrible experience for the $50 I paid for a shellac manicure and terrible pedicure.

The last 2 times I went there it was just a waste of money . They don’t even pain your nails good

I went here yesterday for a mani pedi. I bled twice, and today my cuticles are extremely red, I have scabs, and you can see a bunch of lines where she clipped my cuticle area. The pain is already chipping and the the clear coat doesnt even cover my whole nail.

The owner was extremely rude. My friend and I called to see if you had time to fit us in before they closed, and hour and a half before their stated close time online, and once we got there, 20 minutes late after having to walk from where our car was parked, in front of all the customers the owner was extremely rude and called us out on the fact that we are supposed to be there over 20 minutes ago. And then he could no longer help us. They still didnt close for another hour and a half, and all the seats werent even full.Never been treated so rudely and will never go back.
