I dont usually post reviews but I had such an amazing experience here! They were able to get me in last minute and stayed late to accommodate me. My stylist knew what she was doing and did exactly what I asked for. I didnt have to tell her to use a wide tooth comb or anything!! Usually my hair is super thick and she was very gentle. Love love it. Thanks so much D!

I never write google reviews. But today I thought Id make an exception. For some context, I have very very thin fine short hair that I get bleached maybe 3 or 4 times a year. This was my first unpleasant salon visit so far.The lady who did my hair was so unnecessarily rough. I recognize that a certain amount of hair pulling and hair falling out is to be expected when you get your hair bleached, but Ive never been on the verge of tears at a salon before. She pulled out so much of my already thin hair. Without detangling, she separated sections with her hands, ripping my hair apart. At one point I asked her to use a wide tooth comb so as not to continue unnecessarily ripping out my hair and quickly shut me down she assured me, yea, I know what Im doing. She then proceeded to comb my hair roots to tips. At the end, I turned down her suggestion to touch up some of my hair that hadnt lightened properly, and left without a haircut. Im sure I look clownish but it was better than going through that again.

My hair is so hard to get the right blonde with out it going orange but Ive found my Rockstar Delaina she is so great she really took her time and figured out my hair I love my color and will not go anywhere else. Thank you Delaina!!!!

I paid $145 for delaina to be rude to me... publicly humiliate and make me cry... she didn’t do my hair how I asked and got mad when I asked her to fix it... she blamed me for her mistake and said it was my fault so charged me extra...she took advantage of the fact that I am a young girl who didn’t come with parents to the appointment. I’m very upset and haven’t stopped crying all day

A facial from Marina is hands down the best Ive ever gotten! It was super relaxing. She incorporated essential oils, steam, massage, exfoliation and used lots of different masks to suit my individual skin needs, plus a peel! My face feels great now!

I have been seeing Samantha in the spa for facials once a month for the past two years. I even followed her to Rumours from Two Rivers. Samantha is fantastic, I look forward to going each month. While there I forget that I am in a salon at all. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and quiet. My skin is amazing, I no longer have bumps, acne or redness that I previously had. But I have to say it is the pure relaxation and pampering that I receive that has me hooked and coming back each month. I do not know what I would do without my monthly facial and personal pampering that Samantha gives to me.

Love this salon! I started getting my brows done by Samantha, I was hesitant at first, because my brows are a little sparse, and not much shape to work with. I loved the results, and now of course I have added brows to my maintenance.Karla does my hair, and I love it every time, Always a great haircut and I love the color- she helps me hide the silvers!Most importantly though, this is a comfortable and friendly salon, and everyone is professional. Tried to set an appointment with Lindsay but she kept cancelling on me. I never got to actually visit because of it. If youre going to reschedule an appointment then make sure you dont have other engagements conflicting with it. Very unprofessional.

Karla cut my hair and gave me a perm. Great job, friendly people. Love it there.

Having a scheduled appointment at 4 p.m. I arrived at 3:50. I was greeted by my stylist Natalie but she did not inform me that she was running late even though I noticed that the customer she was with had wet hair, so she fully knew that I would have to wait past 4 p.m. I waited a full 40 minutes until 4:30 before she finished with the customer she had been working on, during this time I was not offered any water or spoken to at all. Upon finishing Natalie spoke to the person next to me who was scheduled at 4:30, pointing to me she stated to the other customer that she would be cutting my hair next and that the customer would have to wait about 20 minutes, that she was running behind, that she was sorry for the inconvenience and asked the customer if shed like some water or anything while she waited. I was not afforded the same courtesy, in fact I was ignored, Natalie never actually spoke to me, she only spoke to the customer scheduled after me. Even when I got up to leave, told the customer after me that she could have my place and left the building I was never acknowledged, spoken to, or apologized to by Natalie. I do not know why I did not matter as a customer but the person after me did, I do not know why it did not matter that she lost my business. I havent been going to Rumors for long, but I had been there before, and had been Natalies customer before. I will no longer be giving Rumors my business, this is not good customer service.
