Ann at Crystal Nail Spa gave my daughter exceptional service! She made sure her nails looked exactly how she liked them, and exactly like the picture she showed her. She also showed great attention to detail and was very patient and courteous! We will definitely be going back to her every time in the future! The salon was also very clean and welcoming!

My sister and I had the most wonderful pedicures today at Crystal Nail Spa. The 2 ladies who took care of us were so friendly and caring. We got a foot and leg massage beyond what weve ever had. Thankyou so much for your loving care. See you again soon!

This is only a couple days after having them the guy would not listen to what I want even tho they were my nails and was FaceTiming people while doing my nails and would stop to text or call someone

I love getting my nails done here! I work with my hands and so my nails take a beating and look rough if they are not taken care of. Previously, the times I have gotten my nails done have left them dry, thin, and easily cracked. All of my experiences here have been with people who really care about my nail health as well as the actual manicure! They always take their time and make sure my nails are perfect before I leave! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good spot to get their nails done!

I had an appointment for 12:30 with my friend and when we got there we had to wait almost 30 minutes to even get our sets started. When we finally got to the chairs both nail techs were quiet and short with us the entire time. While the guy was doing my nails he would constantly stop to text on his phone (multiple times) which I found VERY unprofessional. Both of our sets turned out terrible. The whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not coming back.

I have been coming here for months and getting acrylic nails done. I always schedule my next appointment while in the salon for two weeks later for a fill. Every time I come in, with an appointment, the nail techs put more of a priority on walkins than on those clients who actually have appointments. Two appointments in a row the tech refused to any design or art saying that they were too busy with all the walkins. Today the tech chastised me in front of a salon full of people telling me that I had to be understanding as to why he couldnt do what I wanted. I received the fastest, messiest fill ever. And NOT what I wanted. I will not be back.

Always professional service. Amazing and flawless nails after getting acrylic fills. Highly recommend. I always liked thinner acrylic nails and that is how they shape my nails to be at the end.

This is my second visit and both times Ive had a great experience, both techs that I had were knowledgeable and quick. This time Ann was my nail tech, absolutely loved my nails she was quick and offered her opinion on what we could do to get the look I wanted, she reshaped my nails, I will definitely be going back to her.

I went with my children by appointment to get fills this time. They were super accommodating and quick, yet our nails were done so well. Unfortunately we were there during a situation where a woman kept changing her mind on what color she wanted but also demanding they hurry up because she had plans to get to. They tried to accommodate the request for different polish changes. She threw up her hands and rudely yelled at the nail tech if you dont want to do my nails I can go somewhere else. The owner told her that they would remove the most recent color for her so she could go to a salon that might have the color she was searching for. They only asked that she pay for the manicure service but would discount her the cost of polish as they didnt have what she was looking for. She said nothing. When she went to pay she refused to pay for the service. Overall I think the owner did the best he could trying to accommodate and the fact she couldnt pay the $20 for the amount of service she DID receive was ridiculous. This salon is great and we are always repeat customers. They will listen and work with you if you dont like what they provided. They try to be fair. Some people just have to throw fits to save $20. 🤷‍♀️

I brought my daughter here to get her nails done we walked out with her in tears. Not only was she given a hard time about them on how long she wanted and the shape she was mortified. Your sapost to do what the customer wants not what you think should be done ughhh never in my life has my daughter been so upset needless to say we left and didn’t get them finished didn’t think I should of paid but instead of making a scene we paid because she was so upset l.... we ended up going to a different salon and starting all over again very very disappointed I just can’t believe it honestly lesson learned and when a customer wants something they get it and she will speak up the next time and not let someone discourage her from getting her nails the way she wants

This was the worst place i’ve ever gotten my nails done!!! not only did all my nails pop off after 2 days of getting them done but they were so unprofessional. i don’t not recommend getting acrylics done here period!

Omg im in love with this place! I feel like a million dollars when I walk out even if its just a fill day. My toes last over a month. Its a very calming environment. The gentleman that ownes this place does my nails and omg do they look incredible all the time. I could go longer then the 2 weeks but I enjoy my nail spa days for sure. Im bad about making appointments and I have never had a problem just calling and getting in with in a few hours either. Great customer service!!!

I called and asked if they had time for a full set of dip nails. I was told to come on down. Once I showed up, I noticed a sign that they only take cash. They did have an ATM that was not working, annoying but I tried to be understanding. I made another appointment for the following day and asked how much a full set of dip with gel removal would cost so I knew how much cash to bring. I was told $40-$45 by the gentleman sitting at the first table.I came back for my appointment, and the salon was fairly busy. I watched each tech collect cash, not sanitize their hands or station before calling the next guest. I am not a covid freak but the cleanliness of this place was slightly disturbing.Once it was my turn, the tech kept trying to pressure me into “long and pretty overlays with dip” and I kept kindly refusing. I just wanted a regular dip set on my short nails. The nail tech then started using a fake nail to remove my gel nails and I asked her to stop as she was hurting me. She continued to try and I pulled away and asked her to soak my gels off which clearly annoyed her. I don’t think she really knew much about dipping powder as the other lady that worked there, had to come and explain the process to her. This is where the nightmare began. She got the base coat all over my cuticles which will clearly make the powder adhere to my cuticles as well. When I asked her about it, she told me to relax and she’d file it off. Why file it off? Why go that high in the first place? She would dip each nail in the powder container itself and put the rest of the powder back in the container, my germs just waiting for the next person. Again, I am not a germaphobe but this was disgusting since they didn’t even ask me to sanitize my hands prior to starting. After dipping my nails 4-5 times, they were super thick and all over my cuticles. She never buffed the nails down and started applying gel top coat. After 3-4 layers of top coat not drying she then asked the other tech for help. They then started applying more top coat to my nails, never filing my nails down. At this point, I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to walk out and tell me I was on punked.The salon was fairly busy and I didn’t want to embarrass the nail tech so I quietly pointed my nails out to the gentleman trying to collect money from me. His response? They look good and he’ll give me $10 off but that I really needed a manicure to make them look nice. Now they are blaming me for their horrible work? At this point, Ive had enough, paid my $30 and couldn’t wait to get the heck out of there.

Got a full set of acrylics today and I’m in love! Don’t remember the guys name that did them but I definitely will be going back to him. He’s very funny!

This nail salon is the absolute best salon! They handle themselves professionally and do a wonderful job. The owner is accommodating and creative. Hands down the best salon in Idaho. Don’t pay attention to the Karen’s posting bad reviews because they cannot afford the services they receive so they complain about the service in an attempt to get free services. Especially the one from “Tony Sifuentes” who is actually a lady named Patti who tried to get the salon to not charge her for a manicure after she changed the color 6 times. She doesn’t want to fill in the story because she’s lying. A family member of mine was in the salon the same time she was. She was the one who was rude to the owner and the staff and did not want to pay for any of the services she received-even the pedicure. Her reason? They didn’t have the color she wanted for her manicure. They actually put a color on that she chose and then she made them take it off. Then she wanted a blended color and then threw a fit saying they didn’t want to help her. The owner tried accommodating her and she wouldn’t agree to any compromise. She just wanted free services. It’s all BS. She’s a Karen. #bewareofkarens #karensgohome

More exensive than other places in nampa. Charge $30 for gel polish without a manicure. Acted like they didnt want to do a dip and that it took too much time. They took off my dip polish and charged extra $5 but it would be $10 if I left without another service even though the dip colors were not great and I was not happy. Will not go back. They both werent super friendly and acted like they were too bothered to do what I asked for...which was just a powder dip.

The man who helped my daughter was extremely rude to the point we had to cancel the nail set and only paid for the pedicure. I wish I could give him zero stars my daughter told me when she got in the car how rude he was to her. He didnt do anything but put the gel polish on and once she asked him why he didnt file nor cut my nails he said he doesnt have to and they only do it out of generosity when thats what I paid for .

This was the worst experience I have ever had, in fact I still cant believe it happened. I would spend time time filling in the story, but I left the nail shop very upset and with the owner telling me I was a low life while he was painting a childs fingernails. I will never support a business ran by someone as evil as the older man that said this to me. I am trying to move on with my day, so I will leave it at that. Just know when you come into this shop, the have very minimal colors to choose from, and very very poor customer service. I only marked one star because I want to warn people to go elsewhere.

Not impressed! They were too much in a hurry and not sure why because we were the only ones there! They made my finger and my toe bleed. They skipped steps on me and my daughter. I will not be going back. They also did not clean the chairs and remotes for the massage chairs. Make sure you bring a mask or you will be charged for one!

Walked in today for a pedicure for me and a mani-pedi for my daughter. No wait time today so we jumped right in our chairs. Staff were very friendly, took their time and the salon is comfortable and clean. We live out in Homedale but I will definitely make the drive for this place. Thank you!
