John did my nails and they look absolutely amazing. I showed him a picture and he copied it perfectly but I began with having him take off my pre existing acrylics. He used the artificial nail tip to pop them off... taking the top layer of each nail! I have never had acrylics before so I had no idea how they were supposed to be taken off. I came home and looked it up and apparently a lot of salons use the artificial nail tip technique rather than filing and soaking them off like you are supposed to. I already had really weak nails and he just completely took off a whole other layer that I didnt have to lose. The new nails look amazing but I know that my nails underneath are even weaker than they were before. The reason I got acrylic nails in the 1st place was to strengthen them, not to take off another layer. If you want your nails done go here, but do not come here to get your nails removed.

I booked pedicures for myself and my son since he has issues with ingrown toenails. This was my second visit as I had a very pleasant first visit with Kelly, who was engaging and sweet.. We got there right on time but they were overbooked and didnt have enough people working. My son and I sat with our feet in water that got ice cold by the time anyone got to us. Since they started on my son first, it was even longer for me. When I asked if they could reheat the water, one girl did, but then proceed to speak loudly in her language to another girl while they both looked at me the whole time. I felt as though my request was being made fun of. Then when I was getting a massage, the girl was overly rough. When I couldnt take anymore, I once again requested she not do it so hard. Right away, there was loud talking and cackling in their language to the other girl there. I paid 80 to wait and what should have been a relaxing experience just to be made fun of for my polite requests. I wont be going back.

Went there yesterday beautiful place, nice people but terrible job.. I’ve been to a lot of places but this one you literally paying 100 dollars for these girls to wash your feet they don’t trim cuticles or actually scrub.. I’d rather have them be rude than pay for nothing.. got gel and it’s already chipped because she didn’t even file my nails.. would not recommend this place not worth the money or time spent.. I’ve been to a really good nail salon off Garity by the car wash and Taco Bell.. now they aren’t gonna try to be your friend but they do an awesome job.. just tried this place for my sister but it sucked.. you can do what they did at home for free

Was a regular customer almost 2 years. Most disturbing is long waiting time when I always had an appointment. Last appointment I waited 45 min. When I asked about my appointment, they replied they could not get me in. I think they took someone else & forgot about me. No apologies, no concerns...just come back tommorow. No more I decided. My time is important as well. They lost a regular (good tip paying) customer. I go to Q nails now and notice huge difference. Relaxing, appreciated, timely, and nice environment.

Spent -$120 for my toes and my hands and it’s nothing what I liked plus if you choose 3 color there is a charge of $5 if you choose matte that’s $5 extra and the worst part is that they gave me an infection on my toe. See my photo. These company does not know how to do nail art. I would not recommend this place. They talk in front of you in their language it’s just not professional. I have never had an infection from any other salon. Otherwise the Solon is pretty. When she was cutting my cuticles she cut to deep I still have lines from where she was cuting. Now I have to drink antibiotics to help kill this infection. Beautiful salon not always the best.

I have gone into this nail salon before and it was a good experience. Today, however, the owner was being very critical of the front counter girl…Jessica. I know her name because he called her name out over twenty times during my hour pedicure. Jessica was very pleasant and was working circles around this salon. I decided today that Jessica deserved the tip! To the owner…ease up on Jessica she is doing a great job!! And again to the owner you made this the most unpleasant experience hearing you shout out Jessica’s name over and over and being condescending to her when she asked you for $5 dollar bills. So to Jessica I give you 5-stars forHaving to put up with hearing your name called out ALL SAY LONG.

This place was EXTREMELY rude to me & my friend. One of them told my friend she was there on her day off because of us. My friend also apologized after they manicured her cuticles. When I joked saying she didn’t need to apologize the nail tech responded, “yes, she does. She needs to be polite.” I was in total shock! Also my dip manicure was the worst one I’ve ever gotten. There are sharp edges and the top coat is chipping off after only 2 weeks. I will never go back.

Overpriced for the minimal time and attention the technician gave to my appointment. She rushed through both the pedicure and manicure. She did not help me on with my sandals and made me walk across the dirty floor to the manicure table. She barely soaked my fingers and did not use cuticle cream. I have very short nails. She was very rough with filing and they were not evenly done. Because I dont use nail polish I asked for a nail buff. I have had them before so I know whats involved and she did not take the time to do it. Maybe they prefer volume over repeat customers since the area is getting so busy. This was my first and last visit.

CHECK THEIR YELP REVIEWS FOR ACCURACY!! I went there yesterday because after 2 days my nails came off the tips on 2 of my fingers. I went in to get them fixed and was told by Kelly that I should come back the next day at 6:30 due to them being super busy and a long wait. When I came back Kelly was not there. I told one of the male workers named “Qu” that I was told by Kelly to come back. He told me Kelly’s word did not matter because she wasn’t not there and did not write my name in the book so I had to wait. A few minutes later another customer came in for a walk-in for the same issue and they took her right away. I told the worker that was not fair. He was rude and started to yell at me and my elderly mother who was trying to help me tell him that I had an appointment. He told me that it didn’t matter and became very hostile and yelled in front of the other customers!! I was so embarrassed by his unprofessional and aggressive behavior that I left. I will never come back. They are rude and unprofessional. They are very disrespectful and unorganized. They tell you that you have an appointment and then schedule multiple other people during that same time. And other times they don’t even schedule you when they say they will. Liars!! There are way better nail places that value their customers. I will not do business here.

I went there and had my nails done and 3 days later had one break while I was SWIMMING? Anyway, been trying to get it fixed for a week and a half and they never have time for me to fix it, ever. So I’m going somewhere else who does better nails that won’t break in 3 days while I’m in the water and that have time to fix it so I don’t have to walk around with no nail at my professional job for a week and a half.

They always do suck a good job. I suggest making an appointment as they are busy. Love my nails.

This is our favorite place to go been multiple times and only place I will go from now on! The staff is super sweet and professional. I got a dip with tips and the scented pedi. Linda always goes a great job on my nails. I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon. Linda does amazing pedicures!! I recommend the more expensive one because of all the extra relaxing elements that come with it.

I’m actually super disappointed to write this because their salon is super gorgeous, and pristine, BUT i called for an appointment to get my old acrylics soaked off and a new full set only for them to all be ripped off while i was in pain, and he made me BLEED in the middle of my nail, and after i told him “ouch” multiple times, and pulled my hands away many times, he told me “it’s almost over”. i’m not ignorant, i know that’s not how you remove old acrylics. on top of that, he was on the phone the entire time and didn’t speak a word to me. not sure what he was doing or why he did it, but i told him i didn’t want him to ruin my nails anymore and asked for only gel polish, to which he charged me $37. if i went back i would NOT ask to get your acrylics removed, maybe it was only the one guy, i’m not a regular so i’m not sure. would not recommend.

I made an appointment for a fill and sat for 30 minutes before anyone worked on me. I had 3 different techs come do different filings etc, I guess to keep me from walking out. The fill and polish was just ok. It definitely shouldn’t take an hour and a half to get a fill. Why even bother making an appointment if they can’t get you in at the given time. I won’t be back. And if you value your time, go elsewhere.

Dominique is amazing!!! Definitely the best pedicure Ive ever had and I am looking forward to going back. They are the perfect amount of social and professional as well asvery hygienic.

Finally, I have found my new nail home!!! I had a fill done by Than and she did a beautiful job. My pedicure was done by one of the gentlemen (didnt get his name) and it was very relaxing. Than also did the design on my toes.Store is clean with soft pop music playing in the background and a giant TV centered in the store that you can see from any seat with subtitles so you can watch it if youre interested.When you get settled they offer soda or water. Chairs are brand new and massage options are awesome.Already made my return appointment to have nails and toes done at the same time, this is the only place I can find that would do them together and not one at a time.Photos attached, forgive the Grandma hands and feet, but my nails look beautiful!!Update: I went back today and had my fill with gel coat and another pedicure with flowers on toes. I have had acrylic nails for over 10 years and I always get shorter nails with a squared top. This time a different technician did my nails and while she did a beautiful job, she charged $5.00 extra for coffin shape? I dont have coffin shaped nails. My bill should have been $65.00 but she charged extra. Photos attached. If she had told me she needed to reshape to not charge extra, I would have agreed. It is very frustrating when someone nickle and dimes you.

I was referred by other people and figured after the brides that had been in there referred large money accounts. I figured I would set four more bride accounts to u. I walked in and I was totally ignored even after 15 min of standing there. I guess I wasnt wearing the right clothes. Not I one person said Hi that was behind the stations. With the reviews I got was not what I expected for service. Even 2 people paid for their services and left. Not one person acknowledged me. Sunday 2-28 around 1230pm. They were 3 feet from me checking out 2 clients and I was ignored. Not even a Hi or can I help u or even a acknowledgment I was there. I had been sent with a 500.00 min order for a large weddings and not even a Hi. BEST OF LUCK AFTER BEING HIGHLY RECOMMENDATED. WE WILL STAY WITH OUR CURRENT ONES. GOOD LUCK

My particular technician was very hurried didn’t round my corners as asked so my nails felt sharp in the edges. She drilled out my natural nails under the acrylic but left them uneven and small gouges in most of them. Was fast but gruff with my hands. Someone else finished painting my nails. Felt like she couldn’t get through with me fast enough. I might be new at getting my nails done, but I know the difference between a good service and customer service and being treated like cattle. Won’t go back.

I was new to this salon and will never go again. The have high prices, are unprofessional and were laughing and speaking in Vietnamese pointing and looking at my sister and I. The entire appointment!!! So uncomfortable this place has bad vibes. Just go to LUX 3 mins away. They can do nail art and are professional. I saw a few other reviews that I should not have ignored, do better B More.

My acquaintance works at this nail salon/bar so I decided to check it out. The first time I went happened to be her day off which I was bummed about but got a full set anyway since I was there. The look/atmosphere of this nail bar is very elegant. The have complimentary water and soft drinks. I had my nails done here twice and I would highly recommend Linda, she does a great job.

My daughter and I got a full set by BeBe, and I was completely blown away by how absolutely perfect they were! When I use the word perfect I mean flawless, completely without blemish. I also received a gel pedicure which was great. I will no longer go anywhere else! BeBe in my new nail tech going forward!

I had made an appointment yesterday to come in today at noon. 45 minutes passed and no one came to help me. 3 people came in, one with an appointment for 12:30 and the other 2 were walk ins, they sat them down and helped them and started to do their nails while i still sat there being ignored. Ive never had this happen before its insane and so unprofessional. I sat there for 45 minutes for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time and ignoring me!

I had a great pedicure this morning. I have been looking for a new place and today I tried BMore Nails and had Quyen. She did a fabulous job and my toes look great. It is clean and modern and although super busy (it was a Friday) I was in and out in 45 minutes and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Quyen and BMore Nails!

Domonique is the BEST!! I always leave there feeling like a million bucks! Domonique is a perfectionist and that was exactly what I was looking for. I recommend her for all services!! She is super funny and I love to go see her. She makes me feel like more than just a client.

Its not sanitary like they claim.. but the worst part for me was the nail techs sitting there talking to each other in their native language and not engaging in conversation with the client. Also it was obvious they were gossiping about a client behind me.. very rude!!! I wont be going back, its over priced and not a very good job, polish was left on my nails which you can see. This was the BEST nail salon I have been to in the Treasure Valley! I got a dip manicure and a gel pedicure both were flawless. I had a bad experience the day before at another salon and my manicure for my wedding was atrocious...I almost cried because I thought there was nothing that could be done...low and behold the technician exceeded my expectations. I am so happy and will be returning every chance I get. My wedding day nails are everything I dreamed of.

This place was such a wonderful find! The customer service is exceptional! We had an amazing experience from start to finish and will absolutely be coming back. Tammy did a wonderful job with the pedicure, while Kieu is truly an artist and gave me the most perfect manicure for our special event. Went in with my wife to get a pedicure(we had appointments). The water was lukewarm at best, and the entire process felt rushed. The girl clearly did not want to be there. There were two ladies to my right that were getting the same service as I was, who were already sitting when I got there, they were both still getting their pedicures when I was walking out the door. I was rushed out of the chair so that they could sit another client who had just walked in. It definitely was not worth the money that I spent.
