Had been to this establishment two times. Both times, i was treated rough. I have recently went here with my boyfriend. My boyfriend got a pedicure to remove his calluses, the lady barely removed them, and when he asked her to do it more, she still barely did it.I had gotten a pedicure and a manicure. The lady i had was extremely rough. I have a wound on my toe from her being so rough & careless with me. My boyfriend even noticed i was uncomfortable. I had also had a previous, but recent wound/ bruise on the top of my foot, and she was not wary of that and still preformed a rough massage. She did not cut my nails & toenails in the shape i asked for. Almond/rounded. She cut them square. She was also rough on my hands. She did a bad job of removing dead skin from my cuticles, My hands are often dry, and my fingers crack, resulting in a lot of dead skin. When i asked for my nails to be cut almond, she still continued to cut square, she did finally cut them almond once another employee stepped in after hearing me. Which then lead to my nails being extremely short.The first time i had went, i had asked for the paraffin wax treatment SO MANY times, and still, no one gave it to me. And i couldn’t get up because they were giving me a mani-pedi at the same time.

This people are very kind, considerate and professional. They do great nails and ped6

Very kind and helpful techs. Did an awesome job on my nails have had several visits. The polish last a long time without peeling or chipping. Plus there is a good selection of colors. Both the owner and co owner are the sweetest ladies and have super English skills so it’s eaay to communicate what you really want.

Toan did my pedicure and he is incredible!! Very nice atmosphere and staff. The pricing is very fair too.

Went in to get nails done set for 15 minutes another lady came in and asked for nails and asked how long the wait would be she got in a chair and they started her nails mind you Im still waiting not going back and I left without nails
