Just moved to Mustang and decided to stop at this place to get a Mani/Pedi with my sister and niece. No one greeted us and just looked at us rudely up and down. Just told us to sign in which we did and we waited about 10min and then a lady approached my sister and asked what she is getting done and started to work on her nails she showed my sister the gel nail colors and when she found her colors I asked if I could take a look to try to save time and the lady basically threw it at me instead of handing it to me, so I gave her a look and continued to look for my color then the other lady took my niece and painted her nails. When it was my turn 2 out of the 3 workers had an appointment and told me sorry your going to have to wait at this point its like 35min into waiting. So I decided I didnt want to get my nails done here I dont mind waiting but they had me wait and didnt let me know they mostly do appointments and being new to the area I did not know. The lady said yeah next time make an appointment so you dont wait too long. I said no thank you, Ill go somewhere else in which I did I went to the Southside and had no issues and got faster service. This isnt a friendly establishment and looks small and dirty anyways. They also completely ignored two elderly ladies when they tried to thank them for their service. So yeah, I would never talk bad about a business but this is not right and completely unprofessional.

I have gone to Sally’s a couple of times now and will not go anywhere else! My search for a nail salon is over. All the ladies are so nice and gentle, I hate when they are done, I’m almost positive I could sit in their chairs and be pampered all day, and my finger and toenails look great!! My husband even went with me today and had a pedicure and commented how gentle they were and how much he liked them, we will definitely go back!!!

Bad experience today! I hear the owner is really good but unfortunately I didn’t get her. Crooked nails, bad filing job, bad paint job, and smudged nail she did not care to fix because I put my hand in the dryer wrong.😳 They give student discounts which is great if you’re a student but as for me I will take my business elsewhere.😬

I can honestly say I have never walked into a salon and been told they were too busy to do my nails but that is exactly what just happened. They had just 2 people waiting in the chairs and 3 people working. They didnt even give me the option to wait. If you cant keep up with the people on a Sunday then have more people working. I went to that salon about a year and ahalf ago and stopped going due to the they charged so much more than other salons. Their work was less than par as well. They only reason I was going to gotoday was because the salon I usually go to was closed and I wasnt sure when I would be able to go again during the upcoming week and I had a nail that was broke. So I suggest you find a different salon when you need your nails and toes done. The poor business practices!!! I will never go there again!! There are just too many nail salons to choose from than to have to put up with that!!
