I just received a prenatal massage that was suppose to be an hour. Although the massage was okay and the person who provided the massage was friendly I wasnt too impressed. I unfortunately showed up 5 min late to my massage which is my fault as I could not find the unit I was suppose to be going into. Then you have to take into account changing and getting comfortable plus my massage then was cut 5 min short by the masseuse. My massage was supposed to start at 12 and end at 1. It ended up being a 45 min massage. She informed me they were extremely slow this time of year so I figured she would maybe even go over the 5 min not cut it 5 min short. Second I am a peoples person and love chatting, however when I go to get a massage, I am going to relax not chit chat the entire time and thats really what I feel like I got out of this massage. You end up just giving into the talking because how can you not. Truly not my best massage experience and unfortunately I do not recommend. Im sure there are good experiences there though, mine was just not up to par on what I was expecting or have received from other places in the past. I was so excited as I’ve been waiting until I really needed a massage through pregnancy and I ended up leaving frustrated more than anything.

Nice, big, clean spa with very nice atmosphere and very sweet and friendly girls working there. Emily was really nice and did a great job on my lash tint and brow wax. However I would not recommend getting your nails done here IF you need existing gel nails removed. They are not licensed nail techs, so they are not allowed to use dremels. Therefore the gel removal process with just a nail file is tedious, time consuming, and uncomfortable. If you dont need gel removal though, it would be fine. If I had known this before my visit I would not have gotten my nails done here. I had a pedicure which was nice (other than the gel removal process), but skipped the manicure.

Morgan and Sammy were so helpful. Very sweet ladies. I would highly recommend them. Morgan was pretty up front and I loved that about her, she didnt upsell any unnecessary products that I didnt need. Sammy was a sweetheart you could definitely tell she was passionate about what she does and is very knowledgeable. Same thing goes for Morgan too. It was my very first time for the services I had received and I was very comfortable during my visit. I really enjoyed the place as well. Definitely going again. 😊😊

Strange building, but well done interior. Relaxing environment, however you can tell they had to add a few strange things for to how old the building was, one example was the in room AC unit in the middle of the room. Not horrible, just would have been better if there was a cleaner looking solution.

This is such a great hidden gem in the Murray area. The place is so charming. The staff was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. I thought all of the treatments were reasonably priced and the facility is clean and very well kept. You can tell they really care about their business and their customers. I also heard that the location is locally owned and operated. It’s awesome to see small businesses succeed and blossom!

This place is seriously one of the best. Been coming here now for a year and the staff is always amazing, the people are always so welcoming, and the therapists are always great. Massage therapist used too much elbow hitting my spine and hips. My back and neck were my problem areas but feel like they weren’t addressed well. Definitely will be trying another massage therapist here that’s mentioned in other reviews.

The massage was nice, but my massage therapist was very talkative. I like a massage to be quiet and relaxing. I had 90 minutes of nonstop talking. After about 45 minutes, I gave up trying to relax and just joined the convo. I felt good after the massage but I did not feel relaxed or renewed. I am introverted and need quiet time. Maybe let the clients take the lead with conversations?The massage therapist seemed nice but too talkative for my taste.

The massage was heavenly! Definitely would rate that 10/10! She was very attentive, accommodating to my pregnancy needs, and overall did an amazing job. The pedicure was lack luster. My nails look fantastic, but the accompanying massage and everything else was.... Lacking. I wouldnt even say I really got a massage at all honestly (though the sweet cream scrub smelled delicious) And then, come to find out, the parrafin wax (which I paid the deluxe price for) only came in lavender scent, which I couldnt even have due to sensitivities. So no go on that but still paid the price for it.... overall that one was 3/10.

The place was kind of hard to find which in turn left me running late.. once inside the place was very beautiful, cozy type environment. The staff was very helpful and extremely sweet. I went with a gift card. Im glad I didnt pay for. Massage was nice but seemed cut short. The pedicure option was okay. I had gel on my toes, they dont offer gel or designs or anything really nice. So my 80 dollar pedicure I went in with came out with painted toes. Just not my style of place. Very nice for anyone who is really into massages and facials.

Customer service was good, Ezekiel and Angela were fantastic. Made us feel comfortable, made sure the pressure was fine, shared some knowledge and tips, and were great at their job. They both wore masks the whole time, though the front office employee did not. Overall great experience though.

My partner is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. Id booked the appointment as a birthday present to them and Morgan at the front desk never misgendered them and asked where they would be most comfortable changing. The attention to their identity and comfort level was stellar and they got a wonderful massage.

It was my first visit and first real massage in long time. The masseuse, Danika did a wonderful job in making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. When I come back I will definitely have her as my masseuse! I recommend anyone to give this place a shot.

This was my first time at The Spa Lounge. The staff was very attentive and professional. I was very impressed. Kyra did my massage and she was INCREDIBLE. Hands down the best Ive had. My only critique is that during my body scrub it felt so rushed and that there was a lot of leftover time at the end that my esthetician did random things to fill the time. She also had me sit straight up twice, once to put lotion on my back. It was uncomfortable and distracting. Over all though, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely come back.

My boyfriend and I went to the spa lounge in Murray today for our one year anniversary and we LOVED it. It’s a beautiful spa, super clean and relaxing. Beautiful atmosphere. Our massage therapists were literally angels from heaven. They did such an amazing job. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Haven’t felt that relaxed and calm in a long time.

Today I got my first maternity massage from Raevyn. She was awesome! She made sure that I was always comfortable & asked me what it was that I wanted her to focus on. She was great at making sure my concerns were met. I highly recommend this place.

I was looking forward to relax and the room from where I got my service I could hear laugh from outside in the hall, and the flushing from the bathroom. Kinda interrupted the whole purpose. We came in for a couples massage, and had a wonderful experience from the start. Everyone was so kind and made us feel comfortable. The facility is clean and relaxing. Our therapists, Vernie and Ezekiel, were beyond amazing, kind, and did a fantastic job on us. They were both conscious of keeping us comfortable, letting us know what to expect and what they were doing, and overall just pleasant. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Had a hot stone massage there the other day and the staff was so professional and courteous. The location is in an older building but the inside it really cute and well put together. I loved that they had an onsite shower so I could shower afterwards. Looking forward to my next treatment.

Megan was great, she really listened to my needs and accommodated them very well. I also like how dark the lighting is, not super in love with the classic spa music but I can see that’s part of the vibe (total decompression).

Although the girls were nice, I had a pedicure by an esthetician instead of a nail tech & it was obvious. I paid for a deluxe service & definitely did not get it in any shape or form. This was my 2nd visit & I will not be going back.

STAY AWAY & BE WARY OF REVIEWS SINCE THEY CLEARLY PUNISH ANYONE WHO REPORTS BAD EXPERIENCES. Apparently if you write a review that is not in their favor and complain about your service and treatment they will confiscate any credits you have with them (aka steal your money). They are thieves and liars. They put me through a week long back and forth over email and after promising to uphold their agreement and not charge me any more after my account was cancelled if I paid a month in advance for my final credit. I asked for that to be put in writing. Nope. They want me to call in and hand over my credit card information to the people who had already told me my account was officially cancelled multiple times and refused to send me an invoice with the dates and terms agreed on in writing. Instead, they went back on their promises when I I wanted proof and are keeping over $200 and refusing to either reimburse or allow me to even give the credits to someone else. They want your money but not your business.

ELEKRA Was fantastic. I felt so much better after my 2 hour deep tissue. I would recommend her for deep tissue.

I dont usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the spa lounge. I am 28 weeks pregnant and have been in so much pain. I went and got a massage and they even gave me $20 off because I was a new customer. I have gotten a professional massage before, but this blew the other one out of the water. I was so impressed with how professional and how nice the lounge was.Danica did an amazing job and really tailed the massage to my body, my needs, and my pain. I felt so comfortable with her and she was able to give me specific advice for after my visit. Even after my hour massage she took a few minutes to show me some exercises to help with my pain and with birth. I was blown away. She went above and beyond for me.I will defiantly be back and booking her for sure!

I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, respect and care that was given! As a nurse that is very important to me. (Pedicure)However, Im not a fan of someone trying to up sell me or my wife while were trying to relax.They were not aggressive or impolite and I think they thought they were being subtle. My recommendation would be to up sell the services before starting a service that your guest is paying for.I am confident that most people dont want to pay 55$ to sit in a chair and be talked to about how they need come in every few weeks from now on and spend more money. Its not relaxing at all. It made my wife and I quite tense at times.I want to place emphasis on the fact that the staff was very friendly! I dont know if its management or the shop owner thats forcing entry staff to be so sales driven during a service but I would advise against it. My wife and I are hesitant to go back solely because of that experience.

My husband and I went in for a last minute couples massage. Upon arriving we got lost in trying to find the suite location but once inside of the building we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted upon entering the building and immediately felt welcome. The receptionist was extremely nice and made us feel welcomed. I had Ezekiel and was amazed at his expertise. I addressed my concerns and he focused on those. He was great at communicating where my issues were coming from and made sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure. After he gave me tips for stretching to help my problem areas. Will definitely be scheduling a return visit and recommending to friends/family.

My therapist gave me a very good massage, and feedback of where she felt tightness. She also instructed me on ways that I could help loosen the troubled areas. The experience in the spa was wonderful, peaceful and relaxing.

Booked my boyfriend & I a 60-minute couples massage just a few hours before we arrived. First impressions of the spa is that it’s so clean & relaxing. When we booked our appointment, we requested female therapists for both of us but upon arrival we were notified that they only had 1 female and 1 male.. my boyfriend was somewhat let down but I reassured him it was still going to be great! He ended up really enjoying his massage (as did I) and we will definitely be signing up for their membership plan. All the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I went in there with my friend a month or so ago, and let me say it’s a stunning place! I personally went in to hopefully release some tension from a fall off my horse, the massage felt nice at the time, but later on cause me much more pain in my back, I had to go to the doctor just because of this massage, and the pain lasted for 3-4 weeks, I decided to give Blue Body a chance and they relieved all the tension in my back, and my back pain has even lessened overtime. I’m disappointed with whoever the therapist was that gave me the massage, obviously she didn’t know where to touch.

It was a pretty spontaneous decision and having not had a massage in the area before, I went with The Spa Lounge in Murray because of all of the great reviews. I get massages frequently and it one of my favorite activities when I travel. I have seen it ALL!This place was one of the best I have ever been to! From the initial call to set up the appointment, to the atmosphere, to most importantly the staff. It was also impressive to see how well this business was handling coronavirus protocol. Everything about the experience brought me back to center. It was all my friend and I could do to get back to our resort. I had to bang on his door to get him up the next day as slept the morning away. Said he had the best night of sleep of his life after his massage. I couldn’t agree more. It was the highlight of the entire trip!I will definitely make it a point to stop here anytime I’m in the area, guaranteed!It’s very surprising to see any negative reviews but definitely noticed that all of them were obviously not versed in getting massages or the personal responsibility required on their parts. Hopefully they give this place a second chance.*side note* we both were tested everyday while there and I like to think we traveled responsibly amidst the pandemic.

Unprofessional and unwilling to work with their clients; which is quite ironic considering the company is a human services company. I booked an appointment for a couples massage over the phone for the next day. Upon leaving for the appointment, I got stuck in a parking lot of traffic on I-15 due to a car accident. I called and gave notice I would be a little late, but assured the receptionist that we were on our way. She informed us that due to the booked-out-nature of the day we wouldnt be able to get our full hour in-- thats completely understandable and I agreed. I called back after 30mins of our appointed hour to reschedule. They informed me that their cancelation policy requires a 15% charge of the total cost. I was not informed of this when I booked the appointment. I asked to speak somebody who had the authority to work with me and the policy and was told that person was busy and I would be called back at 3:15. Meanwhile, I check my bank account and see that I was charged 50% of the total cost. Lovely. 5:00pm rolls around (I find it ironic and hypocritical that they were late calling me) and i finally get a call from a Samantha informing me that a 50% charge has already gone through and they cant do anything about it. I understand the policy for when people no show and cost the company money-- but these circumstances, as I pleaded to the receptionists, were out of my control and i called and gave a warning, and then when it didnt make sense to go for a 10 minute massage and i called to reschedule I get charge 70 dollars for sitting in a traffic jam... how relaxing.

I wasnt told that the time they give you is the time that the massage clock starts counting down, not the time you should arrive. There’s paperwork to fill out and it takes a sec to get changed and ready, so show up 20 minutes before the time they tell you to be there. We came in to the Spa Lounge at 3:15, talked to the front desk lady, filled out paperwork, got our robes on, etc and didnt know that the whole time those minutes were counting against us. By the time we got onto the beds and the massage started, we only had maybe 35 minutes left of the 60 minute massage we paid for. Thats a lot of minutes that I paid for that we didnt even get massaged. Our massage was over immediately at 4:15. I wish there would’ve been more communication so I could come 20 minutes early, or that I was supposed to rush to get ready.My prenatal massage was great on my back, but then the rest of my body it was more just rubbing lotion on rather than actually massaging. Not sure if her hands got tired after doing my back? I didnt get my feet or legs massaged. My husband only got his back and neck massaged.The water for the pedicure was too shallow and cold, and my feet (again) didnt get massaged. They quickly got some lotions rubbed on them, nails filed, then painted. It was not a deluxe service.Our service was discounted $40 because I booked a special couples package and we had a new client discount. We were not compensated for our lost time like the reply says :) but it’s okay!!Must’ve just been an off day for the staff or something! But over all, we left unsatisfied.

Berenice was absolutely amazing! I’m 35 weeks pregnant and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She was so friendly and professional. And the massage was the BEST! I don’t feel any of the aches and pains I was feeling before! I highly recommend!

Holy smokes! This is the BEST massage my husband and I have ever had. We booked a 60 minute couples massage and the entire experience was amazing. Terra and Anastasia worked magic on our sore muscles, addressed every knot, and educated us on what we need to do to fix the problem areas. They deserve every bit of 5 stars. Definitely coming back for a 90 minute next time!

I had an appointment @9 am I called at 9:30 because I slept through my alarm clock and I called them wanting to see if there was any possibility of rescheduling. They told me that they will charge me the full service fee for the appointment and the full service charge for any other that I book. I was a new client. I’m a receptionist myself and I understand cancellation policies but I also know that we do allow new clients a one time reschedule without charge. I was just extremely disappointed and especially at the receptionist who didn’t know their own policies.

I’m 23 weeks pregnant and this is one of the most incredible massages I’ve ever received. Been experiencing a lot of lower back pain with other various pregnancy pains. First time going to this business and will continue throughout my pregnancy. Had a very relaxing experience! The massage therapist Stephanie is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and performed the perfect amount of medium/deep tissue pressure I was looking for.

The aesthetician called in sick. The staff tired to find a replacement, but were un able to find anyone. So instead of a massage, pedicure, and facial--we were only able to get a massage and pedicure. The massage was great, the pedicure was okay. I think they were just short staffed. Visited The Spa Lounge the other day for the first time and I was blown away! It’s located within an older building in Murray but don’t let the outside of the building deceive you, inside is new, fresh, updated and extremely clean. Not to mention the massage was amazing! We got a couples massage and it was fantastic! The massage therapists are amazing! This is definitely a case of don’t judge a book by its cover as this place is a hidden gem! So glad they moved in to murray and their massage rates are very affordable!

We paid for an hour couples massage and our massage was only about 35 minutes total. We arrived right one time and werent told that we should have arrived 15 minutes sooner because we had to fill out the papers. My husband and I have had couples sessions often and wanted to try a new place and we just werent happy with how short it was.

I absolutely loved my massage! The building and even the lobby is unassuming, yet it was very clean and professional, as well as smelled wonderfully, and the quality of massage was amazing! My therapist LaRisa gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had, her technique and pressure were on point to my specifications. The use of hot towels and warm compresses made the experience over the top. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

What a great experience! I live closer to their Draper location, but came here instead because I was able to get a next day appointment (on a Saturday)! I had a hard time finding the entrance, and was a little skeptical when I saw the building, but dont let that deter you! Their suite is up the stairs on the second level, and once you open the door you can see that its really nice and super clean. My massage therapist was Tiana and did such a fantastic job! I left feeling so much better than I did when I got there. Id see her again in a heartbeat. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me a monthly membership; I dont know if they even offer them, but I hate that about other places. You wont be disappointed here!

Lauren at The Spa Lounge is amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly, focused massage where it was most helpful for my condition, ideal pressure. Receptionist also friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Also huge bonus that it is fast and easy to book appointments on the spa’s website.
