I needed help with some questions about our vinyl liner. We had our pool built with a different company who has given us the run around on pool liners. I just needed some questions answered and Jim was so great to help. He went out of his way to contact the vinyl company for me and get my questions answered. Ive had a really positive experience so far. From the beginning, the staff has been kind and responsive. The location is right off the highway, so access is a breeze. Its been 6 months and my stuff is safe and dry. For such a good deal on storage, you get a lot more than you pay for. Highly recommend.

Pros: central, fairly secure, up kept, shed sizesCons: managementHad my sheds for over 4 years and never had an issue with the people that was there until they left. The new people that filled in a few years ago has been nothing but problems. They dont do what they say they will and will cut your locks and go through your things at the first chance they get. They have done it at least 6 times since theyve taken over and say they dont go through your things but everything is usually moved around and they mock you for your belongings and Ive always made arrangements if Im late which they dont ever keep. If you have anything worthwhile to store then I would not recommend this place especially if you have anything of value.

STAY AWAY! We rentedthe largest unit fron these guys they have and after months of ontine payments we had just put everything ib the unit and were leaving at 5 past 10 (10 being the closing time) when soneone in a suv comes accelerating into the units. The man ranting and raving about it being past the cut off demanding 40$ cash to leave or take any of our things witb us. The man who i know now is Zac the area manager not only was extremely vulgar but also entirely WAY to confrontational in his approach was not only demanding cash payment (this no doubt is to circumvent taxes and flat out extortion) but also threatening eviction which he has now done since a negative review was left on facebook. He contacted me via messenger to tell me i was being kicked out for the review and how did i like that he also was claiming he was being nice since the 40$ extortion fee had been offered to be cleared up if i gave him 25$ (the post it note with the 40$ fee info only posted on the gate key pad had been changed from 25 recently as they had fired the onsite manager for issues im assuming may be related to what appeared to be people living on site in the units) i refused and think this in so many aspects is disgusting and appalling a company allows this kind of employee to manage.The day after refusing to pay his fee i was not only denied gate access but also had been locked out of my unit. Theres way too many options to put up with this kind of shotty business especially when it comes to securing your belongings only threat i saw was the man in charge of watching them. All said and done after arguing asking why he was being such a jerk etc the time was 10:15 as i left being yelled at and told the police were coming. Hes erased the facebook profile. He also claims i am lying and has proof on video well where is it Zac???

Good access off of I15 and centrally located in the valley. The office staff is great to work with.
