The is a great all around gym. Lots of equipment from cardio to heavy weight lifting, up to date, clean. All staff is always friendly as you come and go. Also, has a really good community. When I enter this gym I feel like I’m in the ideal environment to actually better my physic, no distractions.

I love going home to visit family. However, as an avid fitness enthusiast, it’s a challenge to find a good place to continue my gym regimen when I’m away from Texas. This gym is phenomenal. The staff person (John?) is very friendly, personable & inviting. I was prepared to pay for a weekly membership/usage fee but was offered a free 7 day pass. I live in Houston & my gym won’t allow free passes for out of town guests/visitors. At the very minimum they’ll charge a ridiculous daily/weekly fee.I encourage everyone to get active and stay active. This is a wonderful place to do it. The equipment rivals a lot of the gyms in bigger cities/markets and the staff is remarkable. The members are friendly as well. I think the young handsome guy in the office’s name is John...he’ll go out of his way to help you. Keep up the great work!
