Was able to secure this place in a pinch. I didnt have to sign any contracts and love the fact that the owner lives on site. Seems very secure. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to store their treasures.

Ive been looking for a clean and bigger storage unit than the dusty and poor quality one Ive had for too long. Their place is clean, inside and outside. Ireached out via internet and then phone as well. Their customer service is great. The security is good, and, prices are reasonable... The owners are friendly and helpful. It was so easy to get everything established there, and today was our first day prepping for transition to the new unit!

Longtime customer. Zero issues. Always felt comfortable with my property here. Grounds were always clean. Seems like most units are occupied. Never had any problems maneuvering a trailer and box truck down the lanes. Management was responsive when it came time to move out and I was able to do it all over the phone.

This facility has given me the best exp Ive ever had in storage locations. Besides being clean and neat always, the on-site staff are friendly and helpful. My best experience happened 2 years ago. I am a disabled veteran and cant drive, so I get around by bicycle. One month I arrived at the facility, went into the office to give them my rent in money order form. After searching all my pockets for the money order I knew I had purchased I explained to the manager that I had lost it on my way over, and because I get a veterans disability pension I have to budget all my bills monthly. I had already budgeted for the month, and had no more money to buy another money order for that month. I asked him to work with me and I would budget for a double payment next month. He not only accomodated me with the double payment, he went one step further and informed me that going forward I would be given a veterans discount on my monthly rent. You couldnt get me to change storage sites even if you tried to bribe me.

We have been so pleased with our experience at Secure and Store for a few years now. They have a good monthly price and are not trying to increase it all the time and great customer service. We feel safe and clean there, we would highly recommend this place to everyone

I CALLED TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND THE AMOUNT DUE WAS DIFFERENT THEN WHAT I WAS TOLD ID BE PAYING. $215 WAS OWED AND WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM, HE TOLD ME THATS WHAT THE CONTRACT REFLECTED. I ASKED ABOUT WHAT WAS VERBALLY SAID AND HE SAID IT DOESNT MATTER BECAUSE THATS WHAT THE WRITTEN CONTRACT SAYS. AFTER A LITTLE BACK AND FORTH, HE TELLS ME THE AMOUNT DUE IS OVER $400!!! HOW IS THAT SO IF JUST TOLD ME IT WAS $215. OH ITS BECAUSE I WAS ARGUING ABOUT WHAT WAS VERBALLY SAID VERSUS THE WRITTEN CONTRACT AND IF I WANT TO GO BY WHAT IS VERBALLY SAID, ITS $400+ BECAUSE THATS WHAT HE JUST VERBALLY SAID.***************************************************************************GINA CALLED BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER, SHE WAS VERY NICE AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. TOOK MY PAYMENT WITH NO PROBLEMS.

Great prices and the staff was great always there, and helpful for anything or any questions I had. I highly recommend this place if you need to store anything for a short period of time or a long period of time this is the place!

Doesn’t answer the phoneAdding more to clarify after the reply from owner.. I’ve been calling this place for two days after being confirmed for a reservation. Not only have I called but I also have left a voicemail. The reply states that they will call you back but obviously this isn’t the case. I’ve called about 3 times in the past 48 hours up to my reservation and it’s really hard for me to believe that they dodge all 300 phone calls in a day. Don’t even want to bother. I’ll go somewhere that will start by answering phone calls.

The site is immaculate. Honestly, the cleanest facility Ive seen and weve used storage companies for years. Management is friendly and professional. Now if they will just move everything into our new place we will be friends for life.!

This is a great storage place. I used it for about ten years and there were no rats. The place is very clean. A little dust got in my storage room, but it wasnt much. I like the gate, because it feels safe. They close at 10pm, which was early for me, but nice because it keeps out the riff raff. Theres electricity in the units. My only complaint is they have a trash bin, but there are lots of warnings about how customers arent supposed to use it.

I have rented from many storage units across the country. I have found Secure n Stor to be one of the best priced in the salt lake area. The staff has always responded to all my issues in a timely. I have recommended them a number times.

I really like this place for what my needs are, the price is right $47 for a 5x10x10, no ridiculous administrative fee just paid $10 and no mandatory insurance.You do need to have a cylinder lock for your unit, you dont have to buy theirs though. Dont stay past 10 pm, and dont leave any messes or you will be fined. Works for me.

I have been using Secure-N-Store for the last year and cannot be happier. They have never tried to raise the price on me, which has happened to me several times over the years in other storage facilities. CLEAN, SAFE AND PROFESSIONAL! Highly Recommended!

Terrible customer service and they dont know how there own auto pay system functions. I went into the office and they told me that I was now on auto pay and then the next month was assessed a late fee for not paying on time. I tried to explain that to them and they said that they had no record of my request.

You have no privacy here. Someone is always walking by when Im at my unit, I felt like I was being watched. I also Felt like I was timed when I was at my unit. Heard from other tenants that they were kicked out for kids running around. Ive seen others hanging out at their units blocking the road with 4 cars. And nothing is said to them. My suggestion is look into other places before storing here.

It was quick and easy to rent .Zach was very nice and made sure to let me know about rules and very helpful with where it was and hours, payment way .everything I asked Zach could answer. Very quick and easy, nice too

Manager is a jerk, 3 price hikes in 2 years, my unit was full of rats destroyed my $1500 mattress and others. No insulation. My metal appliances were rusted because of condensation. The summer it was like a oven and screwed all my wood furniture up. The last rate hike I did not get to in time and the sent my check back then charged me a late fee on 2 months because the exsepted my check in a way so the could. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER. NOT WORTH IT...

Very Dissatisfied.. This price a little high for what you get. However my largest complaint is with the managing. When you sign the contract you are not shown the unit first and they are more then happy to tell you that yes there are cameras recording the complex. Later you realize that 4 cameras all point at the gate and the dumpster. Reading the contract it states you are allowed to use the dumpsters freely so long as large amounts of items or large items (ie couch) arent thrown away due the there only being 1 dumpster for over 200 units. Okay not a big deal. Until my father happen to throw away 2 boxes and a garbage bag. I received a bill in the mail stating I was passed due $50 For use of our dumpster. This bill hand written on computer paper was past due on the 1st but wasnt mailed until the 3rd so of course was in my mailbox until the 8th. When I went to the office to pay this bill during office hours, No one was in the office. I had to call the company twice before anyone answered so the manager would come collect payment. I was then informed that I was being charged a daily fee for the storage unit we had vacated over 2 weeks prior but they would take those charges off Soon as the check clearsThis was not a one time problem with this place. Every time I had to contact the office no one was ever there. I have spoken with others who used them.. 3 out of 4 were charge dumpster fees. 1 of them hadnt even used the dumpster.I wouldnt recommend this place to any one.

I have been w/Secure-N-Stor only a short while. I left another storage unit which was more expensive. At Secure-N-Stor I was able to get the same size unit for $35 cheaper. So I know Secure-N-Stor rents out storage units at a great price. The storage units have a light in them which was another amenity I could utilize, I also like the fact they stay open til 10:00 pm and they are close to where I live. Very convenient. The unit and facility grounds were clean and no signs of rodents which is a big problem w/other storage units. I am very satisfied w/the service I receive and Secure-N-Stor personnel have been very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints and dare you to compare. Terrible...I reserved a unit online, double checked the office hours, received an email with my reservation and a reservation code. When I arrived at the office at 4:45 pm on Friday, no one was around. Called the number on the door and they tell me they dont have any available units...what???? Get it figured out. Wasted my time and wont ever store here.
