Justin was a consummate professional! Perfect customer service! I reserved online and he followed up to see if I had any questions before coming in. The storage facility is well lit and beautifully maintained (well, it is pretty new, but very nice nonetheless). Once I arrived i was taken care of promptly. Even though the phone rang off the wall the entire time he was helping me, he put me first and assured me he would call each number back (the way he had done me when I called). He explained all of the rules and fees and got me set up very quickly. I was thankful to find such a great place close to our business needs. I have been using Extra Space Storage for two years and have had to move locations and even down size units during that time. However, the staff has been extremely accommodating throughout each process. They offer excellent rates, great security, and Ive never had my belongings be damaged at their facility.

Very simple process. Facility is clean and feels safe. The only thing I would change is later access.

I love this place! Justin is the manager at this location so go in and talk to this guy. If your looking for a clean and safe place to store your valuables this is the place! There are brand new units that are climate controlled spacious and most definitely competitively priced! If your looking for a larger unit there are spacious new units out side as well!

OMG! How easy was that, walked in got a storage and done in like 10 min. Justin was fast and efficient. It was my lunch and I was in and out a still had time to eat. They are really clean and access is secure. I like the loading area, lots of shade and very well lit.

Just so everyone knows I created this account specifically to leave a review for Justin @ the Murray Extra Space. I came in and simply could not afford the unit the phone girl set me up with. Justin really listened to me. My situation was unexpected and extremely difficult. He looked through multiple stores to find me a room that I could afford, and was walking distance from my house. IDK why they sent me to a store 15 miles from my house. But I guess they figured Justin could rescue my move? Anyway, he was able to rent me the unit at the other store from that store and was able to print me a map so I could find the unit. I was offered a lot of options and Justin really took the time to explain the pros and cons of my choices. My move is complete, my stress is relived, everything is safe and insured thanks to Extra Space and Justin.

Needed to find a unit on short notice. Called late on a Saturday afternoon and the person who made the reservation was very thorough and extremely helpful. It was a good experience.

First off, this place is beyond clean for storage units! The exterior never has trash and I feel like my stuff is actually secure. The reason for this is the staff! Justin and his team are phenomenal! They’re alert and attentive with every square inch of their property. They’re also friendly and put you first as the customer.If you were looking for a place to house your stuff, I highly highly recommend this place!

Each unit is temperature controlled, safe, insured, clean, multi levels, easy access, and many carts to get items transferred. It is classy in every way.This is my second time renting a space with them & I couldnt get my door open after a packing job that was done in a hurry. The Assistant Store Manager - Matt Bush cheerfully volunteered to come open it for me. He then went the extra mile and volunteered to reorganize it for me since it wasn’t packed well. When Justin got there, they quickly stacked it like the pros that they are.My guy friends who had packed it the night before were so impressed when they saw it - they said Sarah - you have to write a Google review for those guys. I only had the unit for a couple of months but it was really nice. It was quick and easy to get it rented. After seeing it online, I walked in to see it in person and ask some questions and had my stuff moved in the same day. It is clean, climate controlled, and seems very secure. I felt comfortable leaving expensive items there. The elevators are big. I had a unit on the 3rd floor and was going in almost every day because I kept business inventory there. I sell big, heavy items and it was no problem having a 3rd floor unit. They have carts by the elevators to help carry big stuff, and Ive had over 1500 lbs on a single cart before and it had no problem supporting the weight. Im moving now but I liked this storage unit enough that if I ever need a storage unit again Ill first check if theres an Extra Space Storage nearby.

Everyone should have a Matt & Justin in their lives! I had to go through 2 very difficult and unexpected moves - deal with frustrating movers- and do it all in sweltering Utah heat! Justin and Matt pitched in to help the movers figure out how to get my stuff to fit it the unit and made sure everything went smoothly for everyone. This location is by far the best storage unit location I have ever used. Justin was great at getting setting us up in the system, transferring us from another extra space location, and getting us in a great unit. I would recommend this location to anybody. It is right off of the freeway so it is easy to access from anywhere in the valley and it is super clean and well lit.
