I wish I could give a 10 star. My first experience with waxing and Andrea was amazing. Very professional and I was very satisfied with services. I ended up buying two packages for future visits. The ladies out front were very nice and helpful in picking waxing packages.

Mask Mandate in city and county is over but they still refuse to serve the public without masks on. Fact: 85% of those with positive covid—19 diagnosis answered that they wore a mask always or most of the time. They don’t help. Stop oppressing your employees and the public. Will reverse my rating when they aren’t being communist.

Today was my last visit to the Wax Strip. I have been going to this place on and off for the last couple years and the service seems to get worse and worse. I went yesterday three times and the receptionist kept say that there is an hour wait. If you are short staffed or taking extreme precautions for COVID19...just take appointments. Having customers drive back and forth to be pushed away is terrible business. Not one time did receiptionist say I could still sign in, she just said I could call later. Today, she said thirty minute wait and I asked could I still sign in and just wait.I went in for my normal Brazilian, Underarm, and Brow waxing, but I decided again the Brazilian because the employee(Danielle/Dani) was performing my services sitting down with a broken leg. She kept dropping the tweezers and said she had been having problems with the tweezers all morning. When I looked at my brows, one was over plucked, and she tried to say they were already like that. I could literally still feel the tenderness from them being plucked, but she lied like she only plucked the bottom. Why lie? I have been getting waxed for 13 years, Im not stupid! Anyway, I was very unhappy with how horrible my brows looked. She used something called tinting(some sort of dye Ive never used) to correct them. They look a little better, but still not how I normally have them. My natural brows are thick and I have never had any light or bald spots. While waiting for this dye to darken my brows, I let her perform the underarm wax in the same chair(her request) so she didnt have to move around much. The whole thing was just super uncomfortable so I just told her dont worry about the Brazilian. My underarms did not look completely done either.The turnover here is horrible! The last few employees I really loved are no longer there and they would always talk about how horrible the owner is and how she does not care about her employees. I guess that why Dani is in there waxing with a broken leg. How can you truly provide great service sitting in a chair trying to wax. Thats why my darn brows were all bad. Ugh!I have told myself to stop going a few times, but I always try to give them another chance...I will not be back!

I have been going to The Wax Strip for a few years! I have always had great results and get what I ask for. The employees are always very professional and such a clean environment! The wait can be long sometimes but that is because everyone LOVES this place and the wait is worth it! You won’t regret going!

Horrible Experience... I don’t even live in Murfreesboro but when I come to visit my sister this is where I usually go. Yesterday I came twice the first time the little orange receptionist with the catapillar eyebrows said it would be “awhile” for a simple brow wax, so I left and came back at which time she proceeds to tell me “we close in 7 minutes”. Very rude and dry and clearly doesn’t care about the loss of business. So when I do come to visit I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!Update: I just received a DM from said receptionist telling me how rude my review was smh.... boy this experience just keeps getting worse and worse. I mean seriously how unprofessional is that?!?

I’m a regular here and everyone is amazing. I’ve been seeing Amanda and she is wonderful! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door. The wait is never too bad as long as you time it correctly. With a little patience and understanding you can always count on a professional experience with exceptional care and customer service.

I was so scared this was my first Brazilian wax but it honestly wasn’t as bad as I thought. Slightly more painful than sugaring but quicker. I loved my brows. My lip was the most painful and my underarms were the least painful. The young lady did a great job she was knowledgeable and very personable. They have a client for life!

It has been a while since I had been there. The place smell clean. Areas were clean, staff made my visit pleasant! Will go back! I got the Brazilian $50 yeah will last a bit. I do like going there the tech made my visit very comfortable.

I love that this is a walk in place. Went I got there the lady at the front was sweet and let me know itd be about a 30 min wait. It did not take that long to be called back but the waiting room was comfortable and clean. Amanda preformed my wax she was very professional and answered all my questions. Amanda was great I highly recommend her!

Everytime I go there is usually a few people waiting, I always ask how long itll be so I can kinda have an idea. I usually always get told 15-20 minutes, which is fine. I waited for 50 minutes. If the people there hadnt been whispering and laughing behind the desk for 20 mins it probably wouldnt have taken so long. I always have a bad experience at this location & it doesnt seem like anyone cares. I had a lady named Teaygan, and she was rude and so rough, my brows werent even even. I had to go home a pluck the STRAYS . She didnt even clean the wax off my face, what was left over. I had to get a baby wipe out of my car when I got back to work & do it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I just left from there and the Wax Strip on Old Fort Parkway will never get my business again. The lady did such a bad job on what was suppose to be my Brazilian wax Ive got more patches with hair than without.

The front desk staff is incompetent. I walk in, sign in, and the little girl sitting up front didnt say a word. Im sitting in the lobby waiting patiently; however, Im noticing that she speaks to everyone else that walks in after me. At this point Im wondering what the hell is going. The girl proceeds to call people that came after me, so I go back to the desk and ask whats going on. The little girl up front gets an attitude. Needless to say I left before there would have been some words exchanged. This location needs to do a better job on their customer service on the front end.I was there to get my eye brows waxed at the Old Fort Parkway location.

This place has really changed over the years. All of Murfreesboro is growing and youre already in high demand. Your employee count should grow as well. Your receptionist says its peak of summer and thats why your wait is quoted at 45 mins just for an eyebrow and even though I waited the outrageous 45 mins, Ive now been here an hour and still waiting. If you want to offer an excuse and that it is peak season then ideally get a peak number of employees to take care of it? Have literally seen 15 people walk out in the hour Ive been here and the ones waiting are HIGHLY annoyed. So much money to be made! Ill gladly pay more to be in and out and treated with better customer service. On top of it all, whatever happened to Hi, how are you? Instead its What are we doing for you? Its an hour wait sad honestly

I came up to the door the lady inside ran to the door to lock it. I drove all the way there I guess because I’m young they thought it would be ok. When I came home I was so upset they way I was treated I told my mom which reached out to several people. I can’t believe she ran to the door and locked it. Great place just don’t go there late they won’t stay to do business none of us will be back.

The other location was closed and said to come to this location for 10% off. Well this location would be over an hour wait. I wouldnt mind them telling me that there is a wait. But the chick had absolutely no customer service skills. Her facial expression did not change once. I said ok so its an hour wait and you dont book appointments what do you think I should do? She said thats a preference. Well like no duh... she wasnt rude she just wasnt friendly or helpful. They have only 2 people doing waxes and they were doing full body waxes at the time. They are losing buisness from their lack of customer service and lack of availability. They need more people working and itd be helpful if they could book appointments and leave room in between for walkins... going somewhere else I guess.

I went in at 6:24 after setting in traffic cor over 30 min, they turned me away saying they ere not accepting any other customers today. the open sign was on and the door open. they close at 7:00 PM. i should have been given service instead i WAS USHERED OUT THE DOOR. And I am a regular customer. Very bad service!!
