This place is hands down the best place I’ve found anywhere in Rutherford Co. The atmosphere, the nail technicians Neither will disappoint. They also usually have a full staff so there is never a long wait. I’ve never had a bad experience and always get great service no matter who I sit down with. Want to enjoy adult beverage they have you covered there as well. Everything from wine to mimosa to jack n coke. This place is a great place to go, unwind, and pamper yourself 💅🏼

I won’t be back. New to the area went because I broke a nail. I wasn’t expecting much but to just paint my nail the to match the others. I literally only had two strips on 1 finger in the corner and the nail tech didn’t even get that right. She painted the nails on the opposite corner from the rest. And then she said, “when you come to get a refill we can fix it”. I tipped her graciously paid for my services and got out. I won’t be back. Check it out at your own risk.

They are over priced and charge for every little thing they do. I had my nails dipped on Thursday. Half of a nail broke off on Friday and I had to pay $5 for the nail to be repaired on Saturday. I was told I picked the nail off. Why on earth would I spend $60+ on nails to go home and pick them!!! I will NOT go back.

My son and I both had mani-pedis, and I also had some facial waxing. We had a lovely relaxing time, and our nails look great!

I am OBSESSED with my nails! I’ve only ever had my nails done once before and the experience wasn’t that great. (My nails were crooked, the service was painful, and the tech didn’t say anything to me the entire time.) But Bella Nails was the complete opposite! The salon is so beautiful and decorated on point! My tech was so nice, we had a good conversation, and my nails are so pretty!! I walked by the pedicure area and I can’t wait to schedule myself one because the area looked so calming!!Thank y’all so much!

I have been looking for a good manicurist for years. I look for cleanliness, good work, and a pain free manicure. Tina did not disappoint! She is so friendly and efficient. The front desk can be abrupt on the phone but they have a beautiful place! Love that you can schedule appointments. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Very disappointed in this salon. I have been going here for about a year. This last visit I came in for a pedicure with a friend from out of town. One of the staff pressured us to pick a color after walking in (10 minutes early for our appointment) and was visibly annoyed when we said we needed to look at the book.This woman was the one who worked on my feet. I made a request for her to use a specific tool I liked in the past and she flat out replied “no I won’t use that.”I explained to her what she was doing was hurting me, but she did not stop or change anything.I finally had to say that it wasn’t a good fit for her and I, and asked to have someone else finish the pedicure.The second woman I had was so nice. She had to redo all of the work the first girl did.I was most disappointed with the fact that the manager/owner was at the salon the whole time. Not only did he say nothing to me, he came back and glared at my friend and I multiple times.We left feeling so uncomfortable and trulydisappointed. I will definitely be finding another salon that looks out for their customers better!

This is the best nail spa I have been too ever!! From the moment I scheduled my appointment till the very end!!!! This spa is very accommodating to the nail art I wanted!! Tina my cosmetology was very very very detailed and went out of her way to make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the artwork and colours that were chosen!!! I have been coming to this nail salon for years. I love them. Very clean, organized and professional. Bruce is the owner, and Tina is my favorite. But they are all very good. When I call to make my appointment Allison always knows my voice. Not to many places that you get a hug from the nail tech when you are done. Go you will not be disappointed.

I am unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons, and I was refused service. I quietly and calmly asked the gentleman if he was going to discriminate against me. He said yes so I left. This establishment disregards the American Disability Act. Very disappointing.Sir, you still can not discriminate......

Bella is the best nail salon Ive ever been to! I moved away and tried to find something comparable and found it impossible. Kim does an insanely great job. Shes fast and flawless and is so sweet and friendly! The salon is very clean and organized at all times and scheduling an appointment is so easy. This will forever be favorite place to get pampered!

This is a great establishment. I’ve been going there 5 years, maybe 6 now. The owners are wonderful people, Bruce and Tammy. They have a wonderful staff very friendly and great at their job . Their chairs are some of the best. You will not find torn worn out equipment here. If you’re going to be a regular customer you can buy their card and if you pay cash you will save 15% and you save with your credit cars as well, I think. I highly recommend doing that as you will save right from the first visit. I checked out many other nail spas before I chose Bella. They are very professional and do a great job . You can walk in at Bella but I recommend making an appointment as they are very busy.

I had a situation happen at the salon today with one of the technicians and the service she did on my toes. It wasn’t the best and I wasn’t happy at first but the owner Bruce and the receptionist Allison were both very understanding and kind to me. They offered to fix the situation and took care of what happened and were very sweet about it all. I am not one to complain but for this being the first review, I was pleased with how things were handled and that their customers mean something to them. Look no further. I hadnt had my nails done in 7 years (1) we farm and (2) I had never had a great experience. I quit biting my nails and thought I would try again. After speaking with several friends and researching reviews, I chose Bella! Amazing! I was blessed for Casey to do my nails! She was so personable and meticulous? We had a great conversation and I am not looking forward to keeping my nails up!!!

I went to this nail spa on 10/10 and 5 days later my nails are already lifting! Now today on the 8th day, I have to go get these soaked off and get them done right! I paid $72 for this poor job! They shouldn’t let people do nails if they aren’t professional, especially at the rate I paid! I only went here because my normal nail shop was closed. Never again! I’m so disappointed!

Very nice atmosphere and amazing color selection in regular, gel and dip powder polish. Each time Ive visited I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes (and thats rare) to get started. I always book with an appointment and I always take advantage of the 10% cash discount!

Over time, Ive tried several nail salons around Murfreesboro. Today was my 3rd visit to Bella Nail Salon on St. Andrews. I enjoy the atmosphere here, conscientious service and friendliness of staff. Angelica is my go to girl, but her schedule was full today and I needed to get new gels (4 weeks old), and Annie did a great job on short notice!

Wonderful place and wonderful people! Came in with a horrible setOf acrylic nails my daughter got at a different salon. They took one look and said YES we can fix those. Less than 45Minutes later we were out the door with a beautiful set of nails for the prom! Will definetly be a repeat customer! Thank you for a great attitude and great service!❤️

They can be a little curt over the phone, but all in all I had a great experience and am happy with my nails for my wedding. I had never had artificial nails done professionally and Bruce was quick to get me in around my scheduled time. He got very close to the photos I showed him. My powder set was done beautifully and looks very clean! Comfortable technique, as Ive had some uncomfortable regular manicures in the past, and relaxing environment. I would return to Bella if I decided to get my nails done again. The somewhat higher price shows in the finished product!

Had Great Time with Bestie and The Wedding Party!

The receptionist was rude! The service was horrible from the moment I arrived. I only stayed because I read so many reviews on Facebook that were representing a good spot for pedicures, but I was wrong. The drink was nasty. The ambiance was the ONLY good thing about my visit. And I spent $60, never again. Pedicure was just ok. Not worth over $25 of service.

My daughter turned me on to your place and I really like it. Everyone that Ive had work on my hands have done a great job. Prices are a little higher but, become a member or pay cash and you will receive a discount.. I like that! The people are wonderful there. The receptionist is not as helpful as she should be when trying to make appointments but, overall its a good place I would recommend it.

I had a bad experience with a different nail salon and they filed my natural nails too thin. Nancy took care to not file anymore than neccessary. She was also very gentle and courteous. My nails looks awesome. I will definitely be back.

Scheduled an appointment for 6pm, was not seen or even spoken to until 6:30 as other people walked in after and were taken care of before me. Receptionist was rude to another customer because she came in to her appointment 3 minutes late. Even though they couldn’t even be on time for their end of my appointment. That was funny. Nail tech charged me for several “fix” of my acrylics when I only had one that had broken just before I came in for my appointment. The other nails had some polish worn off obviously, but the nail tip was still perfectly intact. When I asked him about it he was rude though I didn’t argue with him. To top it all off, my nails were missing spots of polish and looked very messy. I had to fix them myself at home. With so many great nail salons in Murfreesboro, I will not waste my time or money here again.

I was going to come here for a pedicure, but saw they are charging a $2 fee for COVID-19. This is a shame because they are a popular business and this wasn’t necessary. Went down the street and got a pedicure because there was no fee.

I came in for a fill and to replace two nails. They were done with powder nail not gel. She had a hard time getting g color off. The tech, Kim was sweet but was charged 52.00 for a fill and replace two nails. I only paid 45.00 for the original set. Thought it was a little too pricey. P

Joy was great. Very friendly and knowledge. Very relaxing. Its a little different where they dont want you walking up to the wall of polish to choose a color. Instead they have books out. I wish they would have told me that as they knew it was my first time in, instead of the questionable looks I received. Other than that I may go back again just for joy.

As a customer with a busy schedule who comes in at different times, occasionally as a walk-in I have received services from many of the nail technicians and can say that they are well trained and always make sure I’m satisfied with my service. Tina is wonderful and works so hard on my poor, tattered nurse’s nails! They don’t just look great, but stay healthy despite the wear and tear they go through due to my occupation. I’ve referred several friends and family members and they have become regular clients as well. Plus, they have cash and early week discounts that make this salon very affordable!

Arrived in at around 11:30 am and I was served right away. They pre-polish prep and theyre awesome! And did a wonderful job and my cuticles have never been this clean. I can honestly say that my nails have NEVER looked this good. I see why their clients always return.

I got dipped powder. It was one of the best, if not the best quality I have received from a Murfreesboro nail salon. It is upscale, sleek, and clean. My only critique would be the price. They charge for gel/dip removal if you are receiving gel/dip as your service. I think that is excessive, especially now that they do not do 15% member discounts anymore. They do 10% if you pay in cash, but I do not carry $60 + in cash ever. A gel removal + dip = $60. No mani. It is $35 at locations surrounding the nail salon, but I must say-the quality is superb!!!!

Nice place, not necessarily WOWED. The staff seemed okay, but not excited to be there. I enjoyed my pedicure, mostly. Not to impressed with the polish application and my nails on my toes all seem super short. Kinda feel like my polish job is not going to hold up like it should.

This is a great shop but they treat their clients unfairly, they dont take walk ins, dont have enough workers and will make you wait so long! Make sure if you make an appointment youre on time because even if your 2 minutes late the owner will tell you they cant do youre nails. I think all shops should accept walk ins and they should hire more people to accommodate everyones needs.

I will not bring my business to them ever again. I not only paid a fortune for my nails and toes but I was not happy with the length that the guy gave me. He did not ask me about anything until he was already done and asking for the money. I called to ask them to fix it and they told me that they wouldnt promise anything. Very disappointed with the customer service thati got since I paid so much for the two sets.

Love the renovations in the main salon, but the pedicure area is a bit cramped and loud. Even with that I still love this place. My technician Joy is the best I have had the pleasure of seeing.Highly recommend this place but make an appointment as they are normally very busy.

Several coworkers and I came in one day, there were four of us and we did not have to wait and got sat by each other. The facility is so beautiful and everyone is friendly. My coworker and I got a gel nail manicure and two days later my nail polish started to chip, I figure not a big deal, almost a week after getting my nails done they all were chipped. My coworkers were starting to as well. I didnt go back to fix them because I didnt have time, im sure they would have fixed my nails with no problems. My boss paid a lot of money for us to get our nails done and I wont be going back because of the bad first experience but other than that everyone there is nice just not good nail polish.

I see Olivia every time I go here. She is phenomenal and so is everyone else. Everyone here is professional and friendly. I know I will be taken care of here and everything is clean!!!
