The organic facials are so relaxing, and the glass of wine right before is a nice touch!😌🍷Ive also had my hair trimmed here a few times and would recommend all services from hair to pampering yourself with an amazing facial. The location is great with plenty of parking.

I asked for 3 inches off and she cut 7 inches off. I like my long hair and now its short. I do like the layers however too short. I dont think I got the new customer discount either. It was 15 minutes or so passed my schedule appointment time. She was nice!

I get all of my spa and salon services done here and LOVE it! The women are so nice and always accommodating. Monica is amazing at nails, Bobbie and Grace do a great job at hair. Would highly recommend the spa to anyone looking for a clean environment with friendly ladies and lots of services offered!

Absolutely love this salon! First time going about a week ago, Christie did a color correction all over highlights and did amazing! Finally getting back to my natural blonde color. Calla Lily Day Spa is absolutely miraculous! I brought my best friend here for a birthday weekend to take part in the ultimate packages, and we could not have been happier!They set up a beautiful lounge for us with drinks, robes, sandals and seating. We even had a delicious catered lunch! Christie gave us amazing facials that were refreshing and relaxing. Brooke gave us each a wonderful massage that was tailored to our specific needs. And Monica gave us beautiful pedicures. I can not recommend them enough! The staff was so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Everyone was really friendly. They apparently offer $20 off to try any service for the first time. New to the area on two different days I received a haircut and shellac manicure & was not offered this discounts either time so I feel like I was overall charged by $40. I would like to go back, but Im hesitant to return to a salon that actively neglects to offer their clients a special price that they offer on both their website & on a sign inside the store too.

I got a massage from Mandy, and she did a great job! Very relaxing, and much appreciated. I would certainly recommend this service for stress relief.

As soon as you walk in you’re transported to this world of pampering and happiness. They use actual towels in the bathroom, and when you use one you just put it in the cute wicker hamper. The soaps smell delicious, the staff is so friendly, and the services they provide are endless. I could literally spend a whole day in there! Nails, toes, facials, hair, massages, and even a glass of wine. My kind of salon!

Calla Lily has excellent salon services as competitive pricing. Ive been to multiple salons and the color products from this salon hold best and that soft shiny hair feeling stays with you after your treatments. Shannon is amazing and they have the best home products. The staff is friendly and fun. The facials are fantastic as well!!! I never go anywhere else and send my family here too.

We decided to do a couples massage, and we paid extra for the champagne & chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our first year anniversary. We had a wonderful massage, and a great overall experience. I was however, very disappointed with the “champagne” and chocolate covered strawberries. I’m very confident we were served moscato wine, or some sort of sweet wine, especially because there weren’t any bubbles. Also, my wife specifically wanted to save the chocolate covered strawberries to finish after the massage. At the completion they were taken away, and when asked if we could finish them we were not able to. I’m still upset about this because we basically spent $10 on three strawberries and two flutes of wine. While we very much enjoyed our massages, I know this tarnished my wife’s experience.

I have been very pleased with my experience at Calla Lily, particularly with the two massages I have had, both done by the same massage therapist... although my appointment today was for a Swedish massage, the massage therapist went the extra mile and did a deeper massage once she realized that I could use it and that I liked it deeper. It was AMAZING!!! So relaxing, so therapeutic... she almost put me to sleep a few different times, and I am one of those people who never falls asleep in situations like that! I would totally recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous massage👍🏻

Have gone for a prenatal spa package and for a tranquil lily package. BEST GIFTS IVE EVER RECEIVED. I came home and told my husband to never get me anything else. Just gift cards to Calla Lily. My favorite thing is the signature facial. The aestheticians are fabulous and make me feel (and look) like a million bucks.

Patty is wonderful! Best massage Ive ever had! Christy gives a great facial! Billing is misleading. I had a gift card for a facial or massage $69 plus $20 off new client coupon. I got the $79 massage and the $49 facial and it was still $59! Basically I was told that I got the $49 facial for $69.You do the math. What a shame. I wouldve come back regularly.

Been using a spa membership to get a massage twice a month from Kathy for a year. She absolutely listens to any particular needs every time and adjusts massages accordingly. I have bad back and stress problems and she has helped reduce both to a fraction of what they were a year ago. The rest of the staff is always friendly as well and I loved my hair when I had it done here as well.

I had a terrible experience here. I asked the nail tech for longer nails and and she told me she couldn’t do long nails because it took more time than usual she seemed like she didn’t have time to do anything. I should have left before she started. I felt like she was rushed. She didn’t have any of the colors I wanted to use for my nails either. I will never go back for nails here. Also when I paid at the front desk the lady took my money and I paid for it but then I remembered I had a coupon that I wanted to use and she told me it was already too late. I’m left unsatisfied with not only my nails but also because I only came here in order to use a Coupon but was not able to. I’m very upset about the whole experience.

I absolutely loved my first visit! Stacy not only helped me achieve exactly what I was wanting with my hair, but her vast knowledge in her trade puts her at the top of the line. She not only listened to what I was wanting, but helped me in the decisions of the cut, all while walking me through the process of what she was doing and putting on my hair. Ive never been so throughly happy with a hair service. I know without a doubt I have found a permanent stylist and I am in good hands. I would give her and the spa 6 stars if I could. Thank you!

Calla Lilly is a very nice salon and spa in Murfreesboro. My hair stylist of several years recently relocated there and I had a wonderful experience. Sarah always does a fantastic job with my hair and I was very pleased. The other staff in the salon were also very friendly and made my visit exceptional. Being offered a glass of wine was the icing on the cake!

I have been here for massages off and on for a couple of years. The staff is always friendly. The masseuses are knowledgeable, skilled, and professional.

Our appointments were moved without notification, and when we came, there was an employee missing. Appreciate the attempt to make it better, by giving free services, however, all of the staff obviously did not agree and we felt it. Not good.

I have been going there for over 2 years and all was good, until today. My husband set me up a one hour massage for Valentines day, and the MT was late starting by over 10mins, BUT she stopped the massage on TIME. She coughed and sneezed the entire time, along with a runny nose. When I alerted the person in charge her response was your total is 59.99, i will let the owner know I wont be back I guess my $20+ tips arent enough for them to care that I was not pleased. I will be driving back across Murfreesboro to Rain Tree, you should too!

Id give this place NO STARS if it were an option. Went there last year after hearing they were the best salon in Murfreesboro! What a joke! I sure dont know who took that poll, but it has been the worst experience ever! A year later and Im still HATING and suffering from what was done to my hair.I went in wanting to do something new & trendy with my hair. Was gonna go BOLD! Took in a photo of a style to show something along the lines I was looking for. Was told no, problem. I asked if the style could be a little longer than pictured because I wasnt ready to go that short yet. Was told sure, no problem. Shortly after the cut began, the guy said OOPS, you said longer not shorter didnt ya? He actually said OOPS out loud! Rob, the stylist I was put with, then proceeded to tell me I was just going to look fabulous & would love it! I didnt freak out or cry (there anyways) I really liked him as a person and enjoyed our talk. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went back for color. WTH was I thinking?My appointment was at 4 and I didnt leave until 10! Again, wanting to do something bold! Showed him the picture again & he said yes, we can do that. 1st, Ive never been that level of blonde. I didnt know what the process should be. It was his job to tell me honestly. It should have been a multi step process. He completely bleached me out. Couldnt get the orange to break through. Later learned he had been consulting over the phone with other stylists as to what to do. I was also to get a pop of purple color in my part. At 10 pm he asked me I I could come back next week to finish? I am sometimes too nice for my own good! I mean what was I suppose to say? I was tired and STARVING at that point and ready to get out of there. Called out of work Monday due to my freakish & hideous hair. Called and spoke with owner, Shannon & she said come in. Put me with another stylist-told her I wanted the pop of purple, showed her my inspiration photo & she dyed my ENTIRE HEAD PURPLE! NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR! Two days later, it started turning a bright blue around my face and ears. Had a horrible time getting in touch with Shannon the manager after that. She promised to talk to the stylists and call me back. Well Shannon never did call me back. I had to argue over text messages with Rob to get my refund. In the initial call Shannon did offer to give me a deep conditioning treatment because my hair was so fried and damaged. After after 3 visits with 2 different stylists I didnt want them to touch my hair! Can you blame me? Shannon was also right beside me the 3rd visit to get the color put in and never checked on me or made sure I was getting what I originally asked for. I too showed her the photo. Shannon also told me that stylist Rob should have never let me leave the salon looking like I did. Shannon and 2nd stylist both stated the cut Rob gave me was weird and made no sense. I wasnt very happy to learn from Shannon, she had other issues with Robs work in the past, and said he had a following she didnt understand. He was a super nice guy, I loved talking with him, but bottom line -HE RUINED MY HAIR!!!! I will be dealing with this nightmare for a few more years to come! Shannon was a disappointment as well. As owner, she could have handled things a lot better. Ignoring an unhappy client sends a signal loud and clear to me! I thought long and hard about writing a negative review, but felt I needed to warn others of the unprofessional service and treatment. I wouldnt recommend this place to my mortal enemy. I wish I could post my photos but it isnt giving me that option!

My husband gave me a gift card for a Swedish massage and a pedi. I called to schedule the appointment and had to repeat 3-4 time what was written on the card. Had my appointment this week and the massage was okay. Not quite what I was expecting. Just okay... the massage therapist was obviously suffering from sinus issues and kept snorting throughout the exam. The pedi was awkward. Hard to explain. She took a 10 minute call and did not talk much, other to me inform me she did not have any disposable flip flops. I came from work and had no flip flops either. Had to walk to the car barefooted. The real issue was when it came time to pay. I was informed they booked me wrong and gave me pedi spa and my gift card was a pedi express. My card just said pedi. As Ive said above I repeated over the phone 3-4 time what was written on it. They had a master book with my name and amount paid by my husband. They informed me I owed an additional $20.00 but would accept $10.00. Paid to 10.00 and left without paying a tip.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I called them to have the works done with add ons I would have probably ended up spending $250.00 with this establishment . while discussing all the add ons and pricing differences from their large package I find out none of their prices on their websites are correct and they would not give it to me at the prices that were presented to me on their website? What kind of establishment raises the prices over the phone but doesnt update the face and first impression of their business??figures their facebook page and website would not allow anyone to leave a review so I could not warn others of their shady practices!

If I could rate this salon in negative numbers, I would. I have never in my life heard of an owner leaving her salon to an inexperienced hair dresser on a SATERDAY in my LIFE. I will start by saying I called ahead of time and mentioned I had acrylics and gel and all I needed was a polish change. She pretended to hear me but I had to repeat myself multiple times because she kept repeating services I didnt need. Upon arrival at 12:15pm was told I need to be taken to get my nails wrapped in the back. I said no, I wanted the polish filed off and expressed concern since wrapping acrylic in acetone melts acrylic- this professional, Stacy - kept reassuring me shes done this before and that the acrylic would be untouched by acetone. She told me filing would take too long and refused to listen to me...Maybe thats the case if you leave acetone on for 5 minutes but she left after wrapping my nails for over 30 minutes!!!! By the time she unwrapped my nails they were destroyed. Melted, jut like I said. I was calm at first because my thought would be a professional would apologize, tell me she would remove my nails and at least put gel on but she just continued to say it was my fault and my nails were the problem... As she continued to gash at my acrylic and take chunks out without apology, I grew increasingly irritated and told her that I was upset and needed her to fix this and said she doesnt do acrylic and only ruined one nail... One nail?! Please see photos on Yelp.Excuse after excuse and me finally getting loud and demanding something to be done, she got up and got on the phone without explanation and called a friend/coworker and managed to stay on the phone for another 15 minutes. I finally came out of the back fuming because I had mentioned multiple times I needed to be done quickly for a party... All of this for an express polish change... And she just kept telling me how much it would be... Are you kidding me??? I flipped I told her I was done and couldnt believe someone wouldnt take accountability and she kept saying it wasnt her problem and grew extremely rude. HERES THE KICKER- after all of this I (reluctantly) needed to get a gift card for my girlfriends birthday and since Stacy was irritated I didnt like her work she refused to give me a gift card for my friend!!!!!!!!! This is a true story. I couldnt believe it. My family has owned a salon in Ohio for 20 years and if any of our employers EVER got an attitude and denied a customer a gift card they would be fired in the spot. So I demanded the owner and this lovely person profusely apologized as I explained being verbally accosted by a lunatic (meanwhile, Stacy the lunatic continued to scream and curse at me telling me its my fault- WHILE I was on the phone with the owner). Only when I told the owner who the gift card was for (a regular) did she actually genuinely apologize on behalf of the psycho I was alone with in the salon. To make matters even better, the ONLY consolation I received from this joke of an establishment was the owner forcing the employee to SELL me a gift card- which she wrote out and threw at me. No number to contact if issues arose, no consolation for my destroyed nails no discount or added services for their regular customer. NoThing. I left that place verbally accosted,crying and shaking with no remorse or apology from the monster behind the desk or any consolation. Only later from my friend did I learn that this Stacy is new and has done her hair last time.. Horribly and it took over 5 hours. No discount or remorse there either. Im This is how I found out she was new. BEWARE if your appt is scheduled with Stacy she will likely destroy your hair, nails and anything else she touches and not admit any fault or Remorse, so good luck. If she still works at this salon after this episode, I highly recommend another salon because anyone who continues to employ or tolerate this level of disgusting behavior is not an owner you want to risk your services through.
