This was my first time trying this place. Where I use to go took an hr just to be seen. The staff was friendly and the service quick with an appointment. My eye brows were done perfectly. Wish I could remember the name of the lady who did them. She was nice and very skilled. I will definitely try them again.

I can tell you that Nikki is the bees knees, absolutely a blast during a full body wax. Its like butterflies graced my skin and the hair was gone. I have recommended her to several of my friends already because shes the wax whisperer!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Nikki!!! I love her so much! She makes you instantly feel comfortable and at ease, like youre just hanging out with an old friend, lol! We laugh so much, its great! Nikki is professional, very knowledgeable & efficient. I am always pleased with the service she provides. One word, NIKKI!!!!! Ive been going here over a year for my brazilian wax and I have tried maybe two or three individuals prior to Nikki and no one compared to her! From day one with her, I said to myself, no one else will ever wax me again. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she has an outstanding personality, is beautiful inside and out, and will provide you with the best overall experience. A wax with Nikki isnt your traditional wax, it has become an experience and therapy session for me and Im sure many others. I have never heard anyone say that they have fun during their wax, but I truly have a ball with Nikki and shes such a joy! Nikki has become family to me so please do yourself a favor and go see my girl!! I just had my 3rd visit here with Allyson, I recently started waxing back in May, my first time ever having a Brazilian and I was very nervous going in, however Allyson made this the best possible experience ever. I honestly will never go to anyone else. Not only only have I referred all of my friends and family to go see her, but I recommend anyone else looking for a wax specialist to see her as well. She has truly made me feel so much better about myself and I always look forward to my 4 week visits! Had my first ever wax today with Allyson! I was super nervous but she made me feel really comfortable and made my experience amazing. She walked me through ever step and was very patient with me. She’s a sweet heart and would recommend her a 1000 times if I could.

I went in to have my brows waxed. Cassie performed my service. She answered all my questions and gave me exactly what I was asking for. She was extremely patient and kind. I had a really great experience and I will most definitely be returning.

I have come to this studio for a while now getting Brazilians… I love the fact that it actually works no hair for about 4 weeks even then it’s minimal. I recommend this studio.

Delta, absolutely incredible human being! I love her she’s absolutely professional and takes the time to get to know her clients. If your like me I love a good conversation to make the time go by. Delta definitely is very calm and patient with you and teaches you so much as she waxes you. I got lucky last year and got booked with Nikki online. She has been amazing and I always rebook with her before I leave. That’s how good she is! She doesn’t make me feel awkward, she actually has very decent and meaningful conversations with me. We laugh and joke every time I’m in there. I see her every 6 weeks and will remain a loyal client!! You definitely have to book with Nikki. And I’m sure the other girls that work there are good but I never got the chance to try each and every one of them. Receptionist are always helpful and the place is clean!

I’ve had about three ladies do my brazilian wax but the one that I stuck with is Allyson. She is a great conversationalist, makes me feel comfortable as i’m 35 weeks pregnant she makes sure the bed isn’t too low for me, obviously the worst part of the brazilian is the lips and she counts down EVERY single time so i can be prepared for it. Also, the results are AMAZING every time. Not to mention my eyebrows look amazing cause of her!! If you want to look and feel good too book ALLYSON ! Just save me a spot every 4 weeks too ;) .

Erica is the best! I’ve been going here for 8 months now and have always had a top notch experience. Plus this place is CLEAN and sanitary! Huge deal for a spa/salon setting and this place is immaculate. A Brazilian may not be the most comfortable (or pain-free) experience, but Erica is quick, professional, and it’s never awkward.

I have never been to this location before until tonight and they were more than accommodating and super sweet. I had another wax studio cancel on me last minute tonight and I was desperate to find a new wax studio to get me done ASAP! This location exceeded my expectations! They were able to get me in same day (and even before my appointment) the front desk girl was super personable and Nikki was AMAZING! Such a calm presence during an often “uncomfortable” situation. Ha We had the best time laughing and joking and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Even though I was her last client of the night, she took her time and was super thorough. The location was clean and well decorated. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you guys again.

Some places would take your money anyway and not even inform you that you didnt need a service yet. They will definitely always have my business.

My first time getting a wax here this morning and I will say I wasn’t pleased with my first time. I came here with a recommendation from a friend. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming, I just wasn’t too fond of the girl who did my wax, Erica. She was rude and had a non-welcoming first time type of attitude. I didn’t feel comfortable with her. She acted as if I bothered her by asking general questions about being a first time waxer. I guess I would go back long as it’s not with her again. My experience was okay I guess.

I just left this studio. I scheduled a Brazilian Wax. This is my 1st time getting one done, so I was nervous and had a couple questions.The receptionist was very personable and had excellent customer service, however the person who did my wax (Erica) was EXTREMELY RUDE!!😡She lack customer service and was not welcoming at all. I ask her name and a couple questions regarding the service, as this is my 1st time, and she had the WORSE attitude, as if I was annoying her. And she was very rough.I literally had to tell her to stop and I ended my session. As I stated I scheduled a Brazilian Wax, and had to leave with only the Bikini done.I’m giving Erica 1 Star, but she is a representation of the Studio and she is not good for business.@Owner/Management

Getting waxed can be a little scary and uncomfortable at times, but Nikki is quick and thorough, and she always makes you feel at ease. By far, my favorite waxer. The Worst experience unfortunately! Time and $$ waste!The booking is easy, the receptionist was nice. I booked the full body special (upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, full legs). It’s the 1st time to go and pamper myself since the lockdown was lifted. I was booked w/ Evelyn, I left with A LOT of hair in each area, no area was re-waxed just one single time, I wasn’t smooth at all - not my first time to try waxing- There were areas that weren’t waxed at all,I wish I went somewhere else and paid double the 90$ I spent to feel fresh and smooth. Now it’s a week later and I had to wax myself at home because a lot of hairs weren’t removed just cut down.Very disappointed that I was asked if I wanna opt- out the lip and underarms waxing while I went for a full body!!and the receptionist half way through the leg waxing came to ask how long would Evelyn take cuz her next appointment was waiting!! I arrived on time but the session wasn’t even close to 45 minutes!! Q.

I have had my face waxed a handful of times before going to BWS, however, this is by far the best experience I have had. Usually I have left other places with my face being extremely red and dry (despite what may be normal redness after a waxing). Anyway, Evelyn took great care of me and I look forward to visiting them again.

Ive been coming here since they opened, and Chasity is amazing for Brazilians. I had a terrifying experience the first time I had a Brazilian wax at a different location. I tried this place because of the reviews it had. Outstanding!!!! I love it!!! I went in November and it went so well I scheduled another in December. I will not try anyone else. Im a satisfied customer that will continue my scheduled appointments every month

The office is always super clean, the girls are really nice and knowledgeable. I’m always in and out for my appointments. They aren’t overpriced and there’s never a hair left behind.

I came to the Murfreesboro location because the Nashville location was closed due to COVID-19. When I arrived, the receptionist was very rude and stated that I could not come in without a mask (which was understandable) but her tone was very unacceptable. I asked her if they had any masks and she said no and that I would have to reschedule. Another customer recommended going across the street to get one because they were handing them out. She gave me a 15 minute grace period to go grab one. I came back and got my wax. However, a friend of mine also came to get a wax and another lady was without a mask as well. Another receptionist gladly grabbed her one from the back after I was clearly told they had NO MASKS!! I was told that I should have gotten an email about wearing a mask to my appointment but I DID NOT, only a text confirmation. Very rude people at this location.

Loved it here! Clean! Great price. I love the healthy reminders displayed on the walls. complimentary beverages and cute lobby. I wish I remembered the young lady who did my wax, but I plan to return! Convenient hours for those who work 8-5 like I do.

I love that is a Christian business and that the prices are reasonable. The skill of my esthetician Shannon is the best and she is very knowledgeable about all of the services I have inquired about. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because I have been asked to either reschedule or see a different esthetician on a few occasions, they perform good services but I prefer Shannon’s expertise and our personalities mesh well.
