If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I had a facial and a massage with Tina and it was absolutely the most amazing I have ever had. She paid so much attention to detail, and was incredibly thorough. I am telling you Tina has magic hands! I will be going back monthly for both her facials and massages. I cant recommend this place enough! If you are looking for the royal treatment from a spa, NewYou Spa & Massage is the place to go.

We had a one hour couple massage. This is our first massage ever, Tina and Julie were amazing! As soon as we got back to the car, my husband and I both said we will have to make an appointment there every month. Salon is very clean and they are very professional. 10/10 recommend. Tina Lin was AMAZING. Honestly was the BEST facial of my LIFE. I have paid 100$ other places to not even give me HALF of what she did for 60$. It is reasonably priced and is such a relaxing experience. She massaged so light at some points on my face and would put firm pressure on other points and the mix of the two was perfection. Tina Lin is amazing. She listened to my concerns of lacking of hydration and tightness of the skin. The massages during the facial took all the tightness out of my shoulders and neck leaving me completely relaxed.The location is beautifully decorated and the spa music is perfect. Tina Lin gave an amazing facial! This was my first time getting and facial. I was a little worried because I have very sensitive skin, but it did not irritate my skin or make me itchy at all. I’ve been to a lot of different massage places and this is BY FAR the worst. Not only was it poor quality it lacked patient/client care and completely dismissed all verbal cues such as “that hurts” “less pressure” “please don’t touch my injured toe”I must have said less pressure 4 times and couldn’t understand why less pressure was not applied.I literally walked out crying I was in so much pain after that. I will never recommend this place. I have a regular massage therapist that isn’t open on Sundays and I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a couples massage. BIG MISTAKE!Please don’t let the reviews fool you like it did me. Go to Healing Cypress or any number of actual professional massage therapists and you will feel the difference in quality care immediately.Also my bf let me know his “therapist” was texting during the massage. He was the one with the injured toe and of course after saying not to touch it, she grabbed it and told him to relax 🙄. Never again.

I highly recommend this place! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I wanted a last minute massage and found them online with great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. This was only the second massage I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back for more after my experience here. My problem spots were focused on, but they still made sure to focus on the rest of my body as well. I can’t stress enough how friendly the staff was. I stopped in last minute and was able to get what was hands down, the BEST massage Ive ever had. I went in with so much pain that I had to pull the car over and when I left I was in no pain at all. I just had the most enjoyable massage experience! I was getting my nails done close by and had an hour to kill. I honestly wasn’t expecting a lot or to even get in on such short notice but I did! Ive been to NewYou Spa twice for massages, Both times I had a great experience! The massage tables are heated which was a first for me. Before getting started I was asked what areas on my body needed the most work, they got extra attention and they feel so much better (hips and shoulders). Tina and Julie were both polite and professional and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this spa, both Tina and Julie really worked on my knots and tried to fix my pain.Tinas closing appointment canceled and she gave me extra time for free to keep working on my shoulder. I was in town with a friend and had the day to kill so I decided to book a massage to finally help deal with some neck and shoulder pain I had been experiencing for about two weeks. Not being from the area, I was searching for spas that were open on Sundays, close to the hotel and had good reviews. I was so glad I found NewYou Spa because I really did leave feeling like a new me. It was the best massage I have ever had and I used to be a member at Massage Envy in St. Louis, so I have had my fair share of massages. Julia asked about my preferences and I told her what had been bothering me and she really listened and focused on my shoulders and neck but also found and relaxed spots of tension that I didnt realize I had. I really wish I lived closer so I could become a regular but I certainly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a quality massage.

I left New You over an hour ago and I am eating dinner here at Jonathons, next door, and I just thought to myself that my New You massage I had tonight, made me feel like a BRAND NEW ME!!! Tinas massage was hands down the best Ive EVER had, and I go to get a massage every single week and have been doing so for at least 10 years in a row, now. The massage tonight was the ABSOLUTE BEST ONE Ive had at all the places Ive been to, in those whole 10 years. Book me for EVERY Wednesday Night, from now on, please and thanks, Tina!!! Let me start off by saying this spa is the absolute worst. I should have known not to step foot in there. I received a 1 hour facial and 1 hour massage. The massage was okay, but that’s not what this review is about. It is about a terrible facial I received from Tina. As she was doing my facial she kept putting creams, gels, doing extractions but very roughly. I kept telling her throughout the facial that whatever cream of gel she put was burning me and she kept saying it’s normal and I got a fizzy facial mask and that burnt my skin too. It’s still red and irritated and I got the facial yesterday. I called the spa this morning twice on my phone and she did not answer. I called the spa from my friend’s phone and she answered right away. I told her what had happened and she says if I feel burning to go to the doctor. And I told her I got my facial there not at the doctor. She refused to refund me. And she called back from my phone number with a different number. I told her it was me again and she yells at me saying send me a picture of your face. I couldn’t take your immaturity and rudeness so I decided to go to the spa. I spoke to her so kindly and I asked for a refund for the facial only and she says no go to the doctor. And she yelled me and almost put her hands on me. I called the police because it was getting bad. At this point I will have to file a lawsuit. My skin is even more red and it’s starting to get inflamed. I read the reviews on here and it’s weird how there’s not one review. I am 100% sure it’s from her friends and family. Please be aware Tina is money hungry, she just wants your money. And I will get my money back and also the tip I gave her. I gave her a tip because she was kind to me at that moment during my facial and afterwards she became rude once I told her about my skin. This place will be shut down for false advertising and dishonesty, mark my words. Unfortunately I don’t have the option to reply to Tina in her comment below. But anyways she was yelling at me and screaming and kept saying she had clients in the back room. But why were you screaming then? And I wouldn’t call and go back to your spa if I was feeling burning. I told everyone around the area not to go there and I even went to a bunch of stores to get products to calm my skin. You will see Tina you will slowly lose customers and have your place shut down. Lying will get you no where in life. The police even said to file a lawsuit against you. Thankfully my dad and I know a lot of lawyers and are friends with them too.
