My granddaughter had her hair cut and first of all she had an appt. The stylist told them from the gate she was too busy to do a wash, then proceeded to spray her hair with a squirt bottle. I the whole experience was horrible. My baby girl asked for curtain bangs and she got bangs that were measured 1/2 in. When I called to see if there could be a resolution I was told they would call corporate and ring me back, well Im still waiting. My teenager is devastated. This place absolutely sucks!! This picture says it all. Wish I could make this stylist feel like my granddaughter does. Shame on her

The haircuts are usually pretty good but, the lines and wait times have got higher due to lack of staff.

I just wish that stylists would be honest and up front if they are not able to provide the service that is requested or are in training or whatever the case may be. I asked for a trim and to thin out the thickness of my hair. I was sat in a seat with a stylist who literally butchered my hair. The trim was okay and she did have to ask for assistance from the neighboring stylist on how to frame my face. Then came the thinning shears. I have asked for this request before from many stylists and usually its light snips down my hair. On this particular day it was CHOMP, CHOMP, CHOMP and there were CHUNKS of my hair missing. Luckily again, the neighboring stylist was able to help salvage some of the damage. I paid what was due without being a troublesome customer considering I walked out with a pretty emo haircut. Any shorter Id be business in the front and party in the back. I will most likely will not be returning to this location or any Supercuts in the future.

This was my first time visiting this location and I had a great experience! Vanessa cut my hair and she was super knowledgeable about the products she was using, so nice to talk to, and gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for. Kassie and Brent were also there and they were very nice as well. I went on a weekday morning, I called ahead and they were able to get me in right away and I was shampooed, cut and blow dried in less than an hour. Took my grandsons to get a much needed haircuts. Had been months because of covid. They stylist was wonderful with the boys who are a wiggly 4 and 7. Hair cut was the best!!! So patient with one of them that was nervous!

Stylist did not know what she was doing, left my hair choppy and too short and didn’t listen at all. Used to come here often but all of the old staff quit. Will not be returning ever again.

Great experience! I went in looking to cut a significant amount off my hair. I do this once every year/2years. Usually I’m greeted with hesitation on doing so, but they were glad to do it and offered advice on what would best frame my face! I can’t remember her name, but the lady with red hair and shaved sides took care of me. She was very nice, and quick. As a mom of a 4 month old, I appreciated that more than usual. Less than $20 and I left more than satisfied with a new ‘do and new place to have my hair cut.

Excellent haircuts. The manager, Rhonda, makes everyone feel right at home. She listens to what you want done, and she makes sure you are happy before you leave. Great advice on products to help you achieve your daily styling goals. We wont go anywhere else! I get compliments on my haircut all the time! This location is worth the drive!

I have received at least 10 hair cuts from this location and have gotten pretty much everyone of the stylists and they have been outstanding. The new ownership plus the entire staff really are professional. There is no better place for the money!! The store manager has done an awesome job hiring and all the stylists are fantastic

I love this place! I regularly go to Kassie for my haircuts and she does a great job on men’s hair! She’s cut and styled my hair and I’ve never been disappointed! The manager Rhonda is super nice and personable as well and always makes me feel welcome!

I was going to try this salon. I went in and told them I just wanted to haircut. I was told it would be an hour there was three people in front of me. After waiting 45 minutes only one person had their hair cut. Then one lady was trying to check out and she was told the price changed from $45 to $59. I decided to leave while they were trying to get this lady to pay more money. Her hair cut wasnt that good I felt sorry for her.

Please ignore all the old reviews, this place is under a great new manager. She always does a great job on my hair! In fact I followed her from a previous store. Its a little longer drive for me but totally worth it! Come check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed !

One of the few chains in town that listen to what I like and want for my hair. I went to other chains in town and it was like I was wasting their time. I walked in and asked to get a cute bob and there wasnt any push back and the excitement the stylist felt made me feel great in choosing my new hairstyle.

They listened and did what I asked. Wash, blow dry, straighten and trim my 7 year old daughters hair. Victoria was so gentle that my daughter nearly fell asleep. We will definitely be back!

Good haircut and stylist. But came in with a $10 coupon, the total was 13. So dont use your $10 coupons they are sending in the mail. They obviously dont honor them or deceptively add in secret charges. They send out coupons to gain customers, but lost a potential one.

I had such a great experience with Kassie at this location!! She is a rockstar at hair and made my hair feel sooooo wonderful!! I have super thick hair and she helped change the way it felt! I highly recommend her to everyone! She is also extremely friendly and listens to all your hair needs.

Can I give 0 stars? Went in for a pixie cut, came out a hot mess. Wish I could attach a picture of the crooked bangs Ive got now. I paid extra to have it styled and still knew something was off when I left. The bangs are blunt cut, crookedly, across my forehead. One side is so short there would be nothing anyone could do to fix this monstrosity. On top of that she cut my neck during the cut. She still had the never to give me her card on my way out. Never coming back.

The hours change constantly, sometimes theyre open and sometimes not. They generally do a good job if you get lucky and catch someone actually there.

They do a wonderful job in styling and have great product knowledge to solve hair and scalp needs. Best colorist for the money! Ulta charged 125.00 for highlights but I didnt get the deminsion I get at Supercuts for a whole lot less! Rhonda, Victoria, Dre and the rest of the crew are great. Some have moved to the new location in Mt Juliet, so if you are closer to that location, I highly recommend a visit. Oh, and they have new, very comfortable chairs at both locations!

Went for a trim and now I have an unwanted asymmetrical hairstyle. The left is a good inch shorter than the right. Pretty sure he didnt even cut the right. Too scared to go back and get it fixed though.

Rhonda was amazing (and still amazing) when she cut hair here. She now has her own place at Salons by JC on Thompson Lane. Just for any customers who have been trying to find her.

Worst haircut I have ever seen. Lady could not fade at all just left a Blount line. scissor cut wasn’t any better. Mon 10am she was the only one there not sure why these places don’t even test new hires if they can actually cut hair. Just because you went through school does not mean you have any business cutting hair.
