Im rating by the service I got. She did awesome. Price was decent for the pedi I got. They just need to have more decor. Looks like their renovating. Ill definitely be back

I got a gel pedicure less than three weeks ago. I paid $46 dollars and tipped the tech $5. I have gotten a regular pedicure and gel pedicure before and they lasted almost two months. So I was upset that this pedicure didnt even make it three weeks. I guess the tech was in a hurry and didnt allow the polish to dry properly. I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. Very disappointed.

I love this salon. They always treat me and my daughter well. They are under construction so it is a little messy at times but I won’t go anywhere else. Tried a different salon a couple of months ago because my nail broke on a Sunday and they are closed. It was a disaster. I won’t make that mistake again! I have had multiple technicians and they all did a great job.

Good job on nails for the most part. If your wanting a more aesthetically pleasing environment though, look elsewhere. Very messy and disorganized. No real price listing available, and limited to want they can do.

Just went Monday and already needed a fill 3 days later,pedicure was good and things were quick.

She was very nice and gentle. My first pedicure and it was amazing 😍. Will be returning soon 🙂

The pedicure lasted about 10 minutes. No massage with lotion. The technician sped through my toes and although it looks OK, I don’t love it. I showed them about five different nail colors, all of which they were out of. The color they ended up suggesting looked nothing like my toe color. I asked for a manicure and didn’t receive one. I have been going here a long time but after today will be finding somewhere new.

Best place to get your nails. Go now before it gets to bougie. Lol

Always friendly and always clean. I’ve met some of the best people at this salon. It does get busy on the weekend but if you make an appointment then you are good. I have always felt respected at this establishment and I have like 2 favorite techs who really focus on the health of my nails. So that’s always a great thing. It is in a great plaza with some great food options and of course Publix. The area is usually pretty chill and quiet.

Manager, Long would not finish my daughters nails. I waited well over an hour with my feet in the water waiting for service. Long is loud, obnoxious, rude, and very unprofessional. I feel sorry for those that report to him. The owner needs to intervene.

I received a mani and pedi. The water she put my feet into was so hot and I love hot water. This was so uncomfortable. She barely scrubbed the dry skin off my feet. It was just a mediocre job.The manicure was even worse! The lady had a sore on her hand and kept trying to make me relax my hand onto hers... so disgusting! She wasn’t wearing a bandage or gloves. After a week two of my acrylics popped off like press ons!!Do not waste your money!!!!

Everyone here is so amazing! I was greeted right when I walked in and I was given the best pedicure I’ve ever received. They engage you in conversation and they try and make everyone’s experience the best. Plus, they are priced extremely well!! I am never disappointed when I come here :)

I’ve been coming to Luxy for about 6 months now for dip nails and I absolutely love it every single time! Long (owner/manager) typically does my nails and he is very detail-oriented and personable! I would recommend making an appointment instead of walking in, but they accept you either way and are usually very quick to get customers sat down at their stations. Overall, great customer service and great prices!

My sister raved about this place. So she took me to get my nails done. The next day one of her nails broke off. I did not get a manicure, which I thought was included in getting your nails done. They just simply grinded my nail down before doing the acrylic. I will not be visiting again. My nails lasted all of maybe 6 days before they looked like I had had them for over 2 weeks. Quality was awful. Its hard finding a good nail place, thats why I dont go often. I heard great things about Luxy. Too bad. My nails cant handle it anyways.

I am new to the area/state and quite picky when it comes to my nails. I noticed Luxy Nails during my travels, but still worried about going to a new place. I also noticed that there was a nail salon closer to my house. After looking at reviews for both places, I went with Luxy Nails and MAN was I NOT disappointed. Diana was my nail technician and she was not only friendly, but so were the technicians on either side of her. I explained that I am very picky, but she said that she would take care of me. My nails are awesome!!!! Not only did I make another appointment, but Diana/Luxy Nails has a customer for life!!!

I really had high hopes for this place. 9 days after getting tips, dipped my nails and popping off and peeling up. The girl was a bit rough and caused an abrasion to more than one finger. She also seemed annoyed. My daughters and I waited 2 hours to been seen and felt rushed once seated. Customer service skills are definitely not their strong suit. My nails looked beautiful but didnt last

Ive been going here for about three years. The staff have always been helpful and courteous as I have mobility issues. Ive only had to return once the same day but this was a new type of nail finish for me and I had issues with the finish. I got right in and they were corrected to my satisfaction. I have thin brittle nails and they take care not to do damage. Ive always had gel nails but have recently tried dip nails and am satisfied with them although it does take longer to get them done. I usually make an appointment so I dont have to wait. I would recommend getting an appointment if you have a busy schedule. Ive been seeing the same nail Tech and am most pleased with his skill level. He listens to my suggestions concerning my nails and takes great care with my nails.A+ Luxy Nails.

If I could give 0, I would. Horrible service, Ive been here multiple times. Each time thinking I would give it another chance. I was wrong, tonight was the last straw. I had an appt for 6pm, at 7 I was still sitting in the pedicure chair, not even in water. When I asked how much longer, I was told 15 to 20 more. Obviously, I was not happy, at that time the manager, a very rude young man told me if I didnt like it, I could leave. Not only are they rude, the place is noisy, filthy and has no customer service skills at all. Ill never be back, and Im happy to spread the word. Save yourself and go to Bella nails.

The first time I came here I was treated very poorly. I was left soaking off my SNS for 50 minutes because my nail clerk left to do another woman’s nails. When I asked if I was forgotten about, he said he was almost done and about 10 minutes later, another clerk had to come help me instead. He was not very friendly and treated me as somewhat an inconvenience. I decided to give them another try because my nails did look good, so I came back today, but with an appointment this time. I just now walked out after sitting for 45 minutes (30 minutes past my appointment time). Very disappointed. I understand they’re busy, but they could at least have someone reserved for the people with appointments. Sadly, will not be coming back here. They did a good job with my nails, but the customer service is very poor.

Staff is very nice and enjoy carrying on a conversation with you in English. Place is nice and clean. They use disposable bag liners in the pedicure stations too.

DONT GO HERE! The sanitary aspect is totally horrible .. the “extras” you can add to your pedicure are a joke, I added hot lotion and hot stones both $6 additional each and she literally did each for 30 seconds! The employees are very loud and honestly unprofessional!

Went in on a Saturday morning & they were really busy. But I showed them a picture of what I wanted & they did exactly that & took their time. Highly recommend. I’m in love with my nails!!!(I had dip nails with a tip. Ombré with a diamond on each nail)

Came in with a friend 3 days ago while I was visiting from out of town. Paid $45 for SNS dip which usually lasts me well over three weeks (I am very hard on them too) and I already have nails coming off. I opened my refrigerator and and the ENTIRE thing went flying off. Now I have looked over my other nails and already have two that are separating. I called to see if there was anything that could be done(as in a refund since I am no longer in Tennessee) and all that was offered was a fix. He said they cant give refund because anyone could just lie about it. Offered to send a photo of my naked nail and he said there is nothing they can do for me. EXTREMELY irritated since I rarely get my nails done. Dont go here if you arent close enough to drive back to get your nails fixed when they come off in three days.

Worst nail salon ever! Do not go to this horrible establishment! I met my mother n law there who asked if they could take 2 customers and they said yes. When I arrived a few minutes after her I picked out polish and waited. Nobody said anything to me after the initial request to pick out nail polish and while talking to my mother n law the staff started staring and laughing and pointing at me and had all 6 customers looking at me laughing. My mother n law even asked why they were ignoring me and they would not answer. Then about 45 minutes a tech came over but I told her no because my mother n law was almost done and because of the way I was treated and she huffed away as if she was mad at me. It was a very weird experience and very poor customer service along with not understanding why a company would point and say something to customers about another customer.

I went to this place twice the first time I got a fill with harry. He did a good job very fast doesn’t really talk but for the price I thought it was okay. I came back a second time because I was in a hurry and I liked how fast they were. I waited an hour. It was redicoulus employees finished and were just walking around but no one would take me. Finally one of the guys told me to come back and have a seat. He then left to do someone else’s nails I waited in that seat for 10 minutes until I just left. This was the biggest wast of time I will not be back there.

Came in wanting help to fix a bad set of acrylic nails done at another salon, the man waiting on us obviously just wanted to take advantage of the emotional situation and was not offering any help other than to in his words “painfully remove the nails” and apply new ones. When we questioned if anything else could possibly be done he accused me of wanting him to fix an issue,which would require a great deal of time and money, for pennys! Never once did I say I was not willing to pay for whatever needed to be done. At this point I felt he was being rude and just looking to get as much cash out Of the situation as possible so we left. We ended up down the road at Bella Nails on Cason Lane and he took ine look and sais yes we can fix those, in less than 45 min. and only $45 we were out the door with a perfect setOf nails! I will NEVER go back to Luxy Nails!

Worst nail salon ever. I waited an hour and twenty minutes in cold water for the worst pedicure ever. The technician didnt even tell me when she was done doing must toes and left me to put on my sandals without help where I messed up all my toes. Horrible service. Dirty interior. Not clean. Dont recommend.

Poor service! The manager told us it would be a 20 minute wait. That was not the case. We were sent back to wait in a pedicure chair for 45 minutes. The manager forgot the order customers arrived, so we were skipped. Bad management and no apology. I will never go here again.

Excellent staff, great service and my 5 year old daughter LOVES the princess pedicure and nail experience.

I waited 20 minutes while the nail ladies talked and did each others nails and just sat on there phone. So after the 20 minutes I was fed up and walked out. I will never go there again.

I will NEVER return to this salon. The customer service was horrible, my nails are peeling today, remind you I was serviced on yesterday and its Gel polish. The young lady rushed on my mani/pedi they are horrible. I will never return waste of $60
