The guys technician not good at all, at nails. He didnt make sure the nails were evenly cut. So now my nails are uneven. And when he was sanding down the nail he was barely even getting the nail he was hitting my skin above my nail, resulting in cuts. Plus I got them done four days ago and theyre already starting to lift. But Im not one to make a scene. I just know better for the next time. BUT the girls technicians were phenomenal!!! Attention to detail, very talented, and made it a pleasurable first time manicure for my cousin. Ill go back but only if I can have the girl technicians.

Had to wait for over 45 minutes (which I was fine with because I didn’t have an appointment). I just wish when I finally did get my service, that it wasn’t rushed. It’s uneven, got paint everywhere, and overall looks terrible. Not happy, don’t think I’ll come again. This is acrylic with gel for $40. Not worth it.EDIT: I called the place, and Jennifer redid my nails. She reshaped and repainted it. Still wish it was good the first time. I was hoping for a completely new set but this will do.

It really depends on your person. Overall everyone is great, theres only one lady that I dont really care for the finished product. The wait time is never long though.

As someone who had been in many nail salons, I have to say B&B nails is best by far! Jennifer is very talented and knows her craft very well. She’s a master in nail art. Everyone was very pleasant and the salon is clean as well. They take pride of what they do. I am one happy customer and will only go there from now on.

I walked in, i was taken care of right away. 2 of my acrylics popped off not even a full week after i got them done. The person that did my nails did not give me a name but when she used the drill she constantly went over the same spot multiple times causing my criticals to burn during the process leading them to be sore afterwards. But my pedicure was good. Would go back again just for a pedicure. But acrylics i do not recommend you to waste your money.

I usually am not one to do this but I just got my nails done four days ago and every single edge has already lifted off my nails and pieces broke off. I have been here and got great nails. But these are really rough. *** that was two days ago. Now all of them are off. So I didn’t even make it a full week without my nails completely falling off. And the pedicures only last about 10 minutes max. I hate to write a bad review but I put a lot of money i saved for into my nails for them to look terrible and fall off and get a half done pedicure.

Pedicure poorly completed. Nails clipped, not filed at all. Pinky toe half painted. Cuticles touched once with cuticle pusher, not pushed back. I did get the basic pedicure, so possibly that does not include quality, pride in work or customer satisfaction.There were fair covid safety precautions in place.

This was the worst pedicure I have EVER had. From the time I sat down until the time I was done it only took 15 minutes. My water was still running when he started painting. The guy cut me twice and then barely touched my toes with a buffer. Then he used a dry buffer on my heels for maybe 10 seconds. Then he left polish all over my toes and got hateful when I asked him to clean them up. I do not suggest going here.

I would give this experience 0 stars if I could. The technician did not listen to any of my requests. I asked originally asked what the price for a set of stiletto acrylics would be and he told me $40, but when I sat down he then told me that what I wanted would be, “Not beauty.” (in his own words). Then he proceeded to give me a style I did not want at all and does not flatter my hands whatsoever. He also did not properly clean the nails or smooth them out. So, I ended up paying $40 dollars for a set of nails i absolutely hate. I told him multiple times throughout the session that i was not happy with what he was doing and he blatantly ignored me. I will never recommend this salon to anyone, and I hope this employee gets reprimanded. I would give you his name, but he never even introduced himself or talked to me at all.

This is by far the very worst set of nails i have ever had....my mistake for waiting until the last minute and going to the only place that was still open. I do not recommend this place for anyone!!!!!!

DJ does a great job on my feet every time I get my pedicure.

Never had such a bad experience in my life! They are using regular nail polish and calling it gel, only the top coat was gel. I went in for a fill in, he barely took off any of the old nail and barely filled them in. My nail broke in half in under a week. They looked awful! What was sad was those nails where for my wedding. I left out of this place in tears.

Staff was friendly and Jennifer shaped my nails perfectly.

This was my first time visiting this salon, Tommy did my nails for me & they turned out absolutely beautiful! We chit chatted & laughed the entire time, & even though they were busy, he really took his time to make sure my nails were perfect! ❤ I will DEFINITELY be going back for a fill-in & anything else I need! I have been to this place several times, and the 2/3 times I got Tran as a nail tech, I have had nails break within the day. After the first time, when I had two nails break, I asked if she could make them thicker, and the second time she did, but I went back yesterday, and she did them again, and it hasnt even been a full day, the gel polish has chipped on 3 nails, and the acrylic has chipped on one. I definitely regret getting my nails done here, as Ill have to wait another week to be able to afford paying someone else to fix them.

I paid $42 for a 40 second pedicure. They left my feet dry, no oil, no nothing. Barely scrapped my feet. I’m disappointed!

My youngest daughter and I got pedicures this past weekend. The staff was amazing! They treated my little girl like a princess and my feet have never been softer. I will definitely be back!

We came in there an hour and a half before closing. I couldnt even enjoy my pedicure which only felt like it lasted 2 seconds. Because I had three different people to pulling at my nails and one doing my feet. Then once I finally got done with my pedicure the guy was still rushing like crazy on my nails messed up my thumb nail and I still have two people working on me. like if youre doing a pedicure you want to relax and enjoy not be rushed through paying $100 for something you cant even enjoy.

I found this place purely by accident right after they opened. I won’t go anywhere else now. The staff is friendly,accommodating, and skilled. The environment is clean and hygienic. They serve complimentary beverages while you indulge yourself. Tommy is hilarious and Jennifer is highly skilled at manicures. Dina gave me a premium pedicure which was the best, most relaxing I have ever had. She removed an ingrown nail without inflicting any pain. If you haven’t tried them yet, I suggest you treat yourself. Prices are competitive and customer service is excellent!

Great experience. I had Tommy, he did an acrylic full set for me. I had a pic of what I wanted and he did exactly what I asked for. First time in well, ever, that Ive been 100% satisfied with my nails. Usually one is a little crooked, or one pops off after a few days. The price was really high, but was it worth it, yes. Also, the conversation was great the whole time, and there were lots of laughs all around..the staff is really funny and friendly. I will be going back, I do just wish it were a little more wallet friendly.

First time he did a great job second time he did a rush job nails looked two weeks old after a week and now I have ended up with a nail fungus. I will not be going back nor recommending this facility

**** wanted to post an update.... a year later..still come to this shop over others based on price and friendlier staff..but i was quoted 45 for my recent set..I checked my account a few days later and seen i was charged 55. .I got Easter colors coffin shaped nails...maybe I miss understood. The Work was great dont get me wrong..................... ......I been twice now! And I love the service!! DJ really made my day this trip... Had my feet looking ten years younger!!! Shop is clean.. a d very inviinin.

The first time I got my nails done here they were perfect, but 2 days ago I went for my fill and the lady was rude and she snagged my cuticle making my thumb bleed and it stopped but started back bleeding today and is very sore, paint job is not good, and she didn’t even ask if I liked them .

This place was outstanding. When I went in there I brought in a picture of what I want to my nails to look like and they made them look just like the picture. They were friendly and they all kept the conversation going about different topics. I will definitely be back.

I went to get my pedicure and full set. The nail technician by the name Mr. black Jack and I believe his real name is Jack. Mr. Jack he very weird talk and unprofessional conversation with clients. Jack he does my pedicure while Im about get my toes to be polishing, Mr. jack massages my leg with aggressive behavior rubbing his both hands go way above my knees couple time and I trying to push my self away from him, but he continue his behaviour trying sexual harassment me. So Im not trying disturbing the place. Im done with pedicure pay for it and leave. Im not let my self in sexual harassment situations. I also heard the owner men call other ladies I love you long time. This is very weird place. Women please watch out for this place and not let your self for Mr. black jack has his way for his pleasure sexual desired. This is a terribly day for me experience this unethical business. The place smell very strong of these nail liquid chemical and Im not go back again ever.

The service there was exceptional. I had the Royal Deluxe pedicure done by Tina. When I tell you it was the best. It was the best. I stand on my feet all the time and it leaves me in pain and damaging to my feet. I left out of there with brand new feet. Seriously...seriously the best!

This nail shop was great until I learned they charged me $30 for a fill in. After the flyer states a fill in is $17. I tried to go to them consistently but they prices are outrageous. The customer service by the male of the shop is horrible. If you want more for your buck don’t come here. They are extremely expensive for no reason.

I highly recommend trying BB nails.Everything is clean and new. The atmosphere is relaxing with music videos playing on the big screen TV. The service is on par with the current nail trend applications and designs. Also they are conveniently located right next to Wal-Mart.

Got a pedicure here. My toes look great my feet feel great. I loved the wine! The guy who did my pedicure was very welcoming and funny. I dont get my nails dont much but Ill definitely have to come back soon!

Last Friday my wife and I went in BB Nail for our pedicure for first time. This is salon very hot inside due to the owner being cheap not turn on air conditioning on, we saw both front and back door wide open with 80F heat out side coming inside feel like 85F and the high wind blowing dusty polling inside also. We both got home getting sick from allergies. These pedicure chair we sat on are dusty. This is terrible experience. Well we happy with our pedicure yall do a great job. We like the liner in the pedicure bowl. We change our mind by giving yall 4 Star.

This place a Brand New nail salon, they have a liner bag in pedicure bowl to prevent from your feet getting fungus from other customers. I love is Safe and Sanitation as they care for us as their loyalty customers, they are friendly staff and they do good job on my Gel manicure and Gel pedicure. The Price on Reg pedicure is $25 and put Gel on just additional $15 is Must cheaper then other Nail salon. I recommended to all women who like to come to BB nails off South Rutherford Blv to try them out, they are right next to Wal Mart very convenient. I would love to come again and I will tell all of my friends to come this place to get their hand and feet done.

My family and I went for our pedicure yesterday at BB nail for first time, we very unhappy with Mrs. Tina the older women nail tech, she does my mom deluxe pedicure cost $40 finish in 25 minutes super super fast, short short time on massages then Mrs. Tina start on my aunt right away basic pedicure cost $25 finish with polish about 15 minutes. Mrs.Tina polish a terrible job neither my mom or my aunt they are very unhappy with their toes nail polishes, we have looked at when we got home, the polish are uneven and some polish on their skin too. This place not a place to relax, it just a in and out express fast pedicure. We heard other young guy BJ from other sides he did a wonderful job from other customer and she very happy with her service. This place is not recommended to any one, if you like to wasted your money come BB nail. They are short short staff and it very busy yesterday. They are run and run for money. We are not coming back again.
