Kim, the owner, is amazing and did such a perfect job on my nails today!! I so appreciate her attention to detail and her great advice on how to get the most wear for my manicure! This place is super nice, everyone is happy, talkative, and great! I loved how excited all the other customers were to be there, too. They got me in quick without an appointment, too, which I’m grateful for! I love my nails!

I have never left a bad review for a business before until now. i will never cheat on my nail tech ever again. thought i would save time and effort by getting my nails done up here instead of indy but that did more harm than good. not only is the quality of their work bad (crooked nails, not same shape, etc) but the place is so unhygienic and unsafe. i was not asked to wash my hands before, they used used files on me, 8/10 of my fingers are cut and bleeding!!! she then used a communal cuticle oil straight from the brush onto my bleeding cuticles! hopefully no one before me had hiv or anything but i know for sure i’m going to at least get an infection from this. she was quick and efficient but at the cost of cleanliness. i can’t believe they charge $37 for this.

Great service love how they look n the color of them. There was a little wait but no matter where you go there is a wait. I had ripped my ring fing real nail almost off n she was very gentle with it n anchored it down so it wont fall off. Ill be going back for sure

I started going here back on April 8th to fix a full set that another shop put on and messed all the way up. I walked in and said please help me lol and Ive been going every few weeks since. I even take one of my best friends with me.

Good place to get nails done. They do a variety of nail surfaces, pedicures, waxing. Several years ago I tried a variety of other nail places in Muncie and nearby towns before deciding this was the place I wanted to get my nails done. Have stayed with them since then. The only negative thing during pandemic is that they do not sanitize chairs between people sitting in them, as my hair place does. They do require masks and sell them.

It was my first time ever getting my nails done and it was pretty painful my boyfriends cousin went too and she is a regular and she said it shouldnt be as painful as it was... she didnt cut my cuticles and she told me my nails were too small for design but his cousin is 14 and her nails are way smaller and she got a design... they did not wear gloves.. but they wore masks and took me back right away my nails only cost 35$ for gel set so I guess you pay for what you get so Im not complaining on the price. Several designs and colors. they werent very gentle but Im okay with it. I will probably end up going back hoping it was just a bad day and see if its any better. The nails have stayed on great and they are beautiful! As you can see a tiny bit messy but its okay!

Im from Noblesville and have my regular nail place I like and I don’t like trying new nail places but I went in for a fill and the girl who did mine did amazing. She was so quick I was scared it was sloppy but they turned out perfect. They are the most natural looking nails I have had done!! She painted one nail with the color I picked out and then asked me if I liked the color just to confirm it was what I wanted. I’m so glad she did this because I ended up not liking the color I picked and she let me pick out a new one and was very nice about it. I even smeared one nail when they were drying and she was very nice and redid it. I will definitely go back they are the best nails I’ve had done! I just wish I got her name so I could request her again.

They were very kind and fun to be around, and at the same time they were professional. They are talented people, one of the best sets I have gotten.

They did an amazing job on my nails. Showed them a picture and they did a great job. I wanted grinch themed nails this year. Will try and post a pic of them. Will return. Very polite and friendly.

I have a favorite nail salon I always go to, but they were closed because on this particular day (a couple of weeks ago) it snowed a lot! So I was looking for some other place that was open and this was the only place I found open. I told the lady that I wanted my nails thin (which is what another nail salon told me to tell people that do my nails) I dont like my nails thick & looking fake & want them to look as natural as possible! She understood and started doing her thing, problem his she did them thick like I had asked her not to! So I asked her to just file a few that were extremely bad (didnt ask her to do all 10 which actually needed to be done) she did but you could tell she wasnt to happy about it! Then she asked if I wanted them square or rounded. I told her rounded. So she starts filing my nails (rather sloppily & harsh with the nail file) Instead of doing them rounded she does them to a point! Then she asks me Like this and I said well can you file them down to where they are more rounded and not to a point? Then she got really mad and said Well then why dont you just tell me how you want them then! Which is what I was doing since obviously she didnt know how to do them well enough on her own! After that I didnt want to argue or anything so I just paid her (even gave her a tip though she didnt deserve one) and left & went home & filed them myself then when it was time to get them filled I went to Best Nails where I know they wont mess my nails up & they fixed them for me!

I normally go to Nail design in Anderson but I was in Muncie and decided to take my mom and daughter to get our nails done. We came here and had a horrible experience. First of all she did my moms nails a full set. She was so quick she got them done in 20 mins. They looked horrible. Her nails were not filed down the same length and they were crooked. Then she did my nails I wanted a fill in with blue tips with a little white showing and a snowflake. She asked me if I wanted them filed down a little bit more I said yes so she does it but did a crappy job made them look crooked. Then she messed up my nail when she sprayed on the snowflake. She smudged the blue then tried to fix it which didnt help. My snowflake looked like crap. Then she sprayed on some white and that started to fade before I even got home. When I complained to her about the nail she smudged she tried to cover up her mistake with more blue polish which did not dry good at all. You could still see white from where she smudged it. I got home that evening went to take a shower went to open a bottle and my blue polish chipped off. I had to take my blue polish and fix my nails then I had to take my white polish and put it over the white part put some of my bondage polish over it and it looked a lot better. Then that first week my nails starting looking like crap like it had been 2 weeks since they had been done. My little girl got hers painted and a snow flake put on hers by another girl there and she did a awesome job. The girl that did my daughters nails took her time. The woman that did our nails got 4 people done within 1 hour. Will never go back to this place. Will always stick with Nail Design.

Love this place. Always a great job. I went to the mall once to get my nails done and they messed them up. Had to have nail fever fix it.

Appointments dont mean anything here. I made 8 appointments, we arrived early, and they proceeded to take walk-ins over us. I made this appointment 2 weeks early and was told that we would all be taken care of at the same time. I just feel NailFever should have turned our appointments away when I first called, instead of not honoring it when the time came.

Did a horrible job on my moms nailsShe just had acrylic put on and painted. She didnt get the acrylic on the whole nail and also didnt get the nails fully painted. She paid $30 just for that and we went back the next day for them to fix. They refused to redo the acrylic only would repair and mom asked for a different nail tech and they refused. Also I witnesses a pedicure and as soon as it was done they had someone else come and sit down, did not disinfect the bowl or tools!! Gross!!
