I loved my experience with Morgan today!! She was super patient and made sure I was happy with the results. I showed her a few pictures and she gave me a couple of sample streaks. This was super helpful as I was able to see what the color would actually look like on me and then customize it if needed. The sample streaks helped calm my nerves down too! I also appreciated how she cut my hair when it was dry so the length I specified was the length I got (which doesnt always happen else where- usually much shorter than I expect). Secondly she was incredibly easy to talk to and made me feel as if I had her full attention! Morgan made sure that the job was done perfectly even if it meant staying a little later on a Saturday. Lastly, I didnt pay nearly as much as I thought I was going to pay! I highly recommend!

Meet Tina through a coworker. Love how she does my hair. I dont feel pressure to buy. But when I do she helps me pick out the right product. And if I want to do something to my hair if she doesnt think it will work she takes time to explain why. Never feel rushed.

The worst hair experience I’ve ever had. Went to Ashley for a simple cut and baylage. Showed her a simple picture of a more subtle, “piecey” looking style with a cooler color tone. She gave me straw colored highlights and tried to argue with me when I told her I didn’t like what she did to my hair. The lack of respect and customer value is what angers me the most. Thankfully Tereasa stepped in and saved the day and made my hair bearable to look at. But only after I had spent 4 and a half hours there and after washing my hair five times. The worst part is that I never received a discount for the awful experience and my hair still doesn’t look the way I want it to. Please do not go to this salon if you value your time and money.
