My wife and I lived here for nearly two years until I finished college. I’m that time, we had numerous issues with the management and the way they do things (including deleting my wife’s original review of the property). Firstly, they added over one hundred dollars to our monthly rent payment stating it would cover renovations and upgrades that would arrive soon. We paid that for over a year without an update and when asked about it they would dodge the question. They never fixed minor repairs that we informed them of upon move in during our nearly two year lease. They emphasis a community pool that remains empty and filthy. We had water coming from the light fixtures in our bathroom from the apartment above and when notified, they never looked at it. Ball State students and Muncie residents alike, know what you’re in for before renting from an incompetent group like Cardinal Pointe.

Nice apartments for a good price. Linda the property manager is a sweetheart. Maintenance responds to reports really quickly at least a 24-48 turnaround...most days it was within hours though.

Apartments are nice and a great deal. Property is managed well and the office is super responsive and kind. Would recommend this property!
