Close to downtown - thats the only advantage. But apartments are not that good. Walls and roof are shared with other apartments. You can hear sounds from outside all the time. Uber and Lyft are always nearby and you can get a cab within 5 min usually. Rents on Airbnb are cheaper than other nearby localities.
