We had a great experience with Joe during our apartment search and move-in process! He was so helpful, friendly, transparent, and kind. We had a negative experience with our previous landlord and immediately felt assured that things would go smoothly with Joe. The maintenance team acted quickly to get everything set up and has also been very friendly and helpful.

Do not live here. These apartments are badly managed. They are old and cheaply constructed. My apartment close to the street and even they say they have dual pane windows I can hear lot of street noise. Also there is constant disturbance from neighbours. You can hear them walking, talking and water running in their bath. Every other week there will be maintenance issues.One more reason behind 1 star, When I had move out inspection done I was told by property manager there are no major damages so I will require minor in house touch up. But I was invoiced for entire house paint including doors window frames, cabinets and closets. I have never seen this type of move out charges. I guess all because property manager wanted remodeled apartment for next tenant or gets some commission from paint contractors.Take my word and dont even go see the apartment.

Its a value for money apartment complex. With the price range this is a killer for mountain view location
