I had a consultation scheduled with Amber that I was very excited for! Unfortunately the day of my consult I called to ask if the stylist wear mask. They said as a customer Im more than welcome to wear a mask but that none of stylist will be wearing a mask. I canceled my consult and was very disappointed 😞 Keeping your clients safe is very important to me and definitely worth the trip to Boise!

I learned so much about how to properly care for my hair, and have a fantastic cut and colour.I can not recommend this salon enough or say enough good things about it. I’ll never go anywhere else!

We love this salon for pedicures and haircuts, but if you are particular about your color, look elsewhere.My wife got her hair cut and colored by Ashly. After a consultation the color came out much darker than expected and when my wife pointed that out, the stylist replied that it was the lighting.Between the immediate blame of it being the lighting, the fact that she got dye on my wifes shirt, and only used a couple of foils during the whole process (any other stylist we have used has filled her head with foils), made my wife lose any trust that there would be a shot at getting it fixed here.We visited a high end salon in Boise and with their free consultation they said that if they lightened her hair any there was a strong chance her hair would turn orange and encouraged us to simply seek a refund from the original stylist.A week after her appointment I went back to the salon to ask for a partial refund (Just for the color since my wife liked the cut). Instead of a stylist wanting a happy customer, I was instead met with a someone whos only offer was to try to fix it for free (see above statement about how much my wife trusts this stylist) while blaming my wife for a bad color choice. While our conversation was polite it was quickly evident that even a partial refund or even a heartfelt appology was not an option.My wife and I travel the country full time and have visited many salons and were always impressed by the stylists who make sure their customer is happy before they ever walk out the door. If youre not happy when you leave this salon, well, it must simply be the lighting.

Veronika is absolutely amazing. She took her time and showed me exactly how to care for my daughters curly hair. She also cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I’d give 10 stars if I could. The salon itself was so nice and clean. We can’t wait to go back!

I scheduled my appointment over a 2 months in advance. I got a call a month before telling me my stylist wouldnt be working there anymore. I asked if I could keep my appointment and explained I would have family photos shortly after. They said yes and I requested Ashley. They told me they would call me if she wasnt available.Fast forward to my appointment and no one is there! The salon is completely closed. I messaged them on Facebook and once again explained that I scheduled the appointment months in advance because I had family photos that following weekend. They said someone will call me Monday and get me scheduled for that week.I get a call Tuesday they offer me an appointment Thursday I asked who was it with. I told them lets schedule it and if I dont like her work Ill call to cancel. I repeated that twice and explained Id rather have something than nothing.Thursday comes around and once again, no appointment!! Instead the manager kept arguing with me and told me they wouldnt have anything till December.This place has no communication skill and I know most of them dont like coming in on Saturdays, I work full time I have to have my appointment on the weekend, because they tell their clients that.I made a Facebook post trying to find someone that could do my hair before my appointment and 2 of their stylist started mocking me. This place is terrible!

My hair stylist Veronica is AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend. I am never disappointed by her. You tell her what you want and she delivers. She will give you advice and tells you how it is which is really nice since not many people do now a days. She will give her honest opinion about hair choices that you are making or about to make and she will NOT steer you wrong! She is a gem!I sometimes come here for an occasional pedicure, however, I stopped in to get one not too long ago and was very disappointed. Not only was the lady rushing, but not even two days later, the gel nail polish literally was coming off completely from each nail. The only one that lasted more than a week were my big toes and those came off last night. Very disappointed. I paid $60 for something that turned out to be a very low quality experience. She also cut my nails wrong or something because I now have an ingrown toenail or two and a small infection. Not happy. Be careful who you go to and watch how they do it when getting a pedicure. And ALWAYS make sure the tools have been cleaned before they use them on you!!!! Very important for wherever you go!! Sanitation is no joke!

Absolutely disgusted by how she thinks it’s appropriate to trash talk her clients. A client asked for a specific hair color and she just did what she wanted with NO regard for what the client actually asked for and then spoke to her in the cruelest way when the client voiced her disappointment. Definitely do not recommend if you’re military because she doesn’t seem to care about the regulations either.

Ive been seeing Corinne here for my hair for about the last year or so and Ive been happy. The salon always looks nice, everyone there is polite and Ive never heard any gossip or anything like that going on while there.

(Military) I went in for a touch up on my blonde hair & came out with ashy brown greyish looking hair. This isn’t the first time I’ve come out disappointed but I decided to give them a second chance. I hate my hair so much I went home I cried my eyes out to my husband over it. Do not recommend!

By far the best customer service that my husband and I received from a hair salon.my husband and I are both active duty and have a difficult time being able to make it to the salon during their normal hours without our children. On one of our days off our hair dresser heather was able to multi task like a pro and color my hair and while during the coloring process she cut and styled my husbands hair. By the time she was done with his hair, it was time to wash mine. This definitely saved use time and my husband wasnt bored waiting for me and he also received a complimentary beer.Bonus...

Love this place. Coreen has been taking care of my hair for years and is always open to trying different things with color and cut. Always pleased with the results!!And just recently started getting facials with Veronica. OMG! You go in for a facial and come out with a whole new you! So relaxing.

Went in for consultation for a hair cut similar to a Diane Keaton haircut even brought a good picture. Discussed in detail that I wanted bangs. Also wanted a few (15 or less) blond highlights scattered throughout my hair (didnt want anything drastic). So I could see how I would look, the natural reds have gone white (am 62) but my browns are a brown gray, so was hoping for an eventual blend over long time as my hair grows out. Told Heather this, she assured me she understood. Made appointment for following week and again showed her picture and again discussed what I wanted with cut and color. What I got was white blond completely around my face with about 30 or so foils and NO BANGS. yes, she did layer my hair, but the picture showed BANGS just across the eyebrows. (Now I look like a long haired blond dog with a long face.) After several comments as we began about her using so many foils she said oh, im only taking a little bit of hair that will actually get colored. The end result was I am almost totally white blond (I dont look good as a blond with my skin tone) cant do much about the color for now because of stress on the hair but immediately went to another salon explained and showed them the picture. She said sure I can give you bangs and she did just that.I wont be going back to Reflections, which is a shame because I was hoping for a decent massage and pedicures as well as periodic colors and cuts. Stylist Heather DID NOT do what I asked, and was more concerned about making her design and $$$. Sad and disappointed. Try Salon 800 down the road, they LISTEN...

I have had my hair done by many people in the past but nobody could quite get my hair exactly how I had imagined.
