They renovated during the pandemic and the place is REALLY nice! Awesome chair massages as you get a pedicure, great quality on spa treatments for your feet, and nice lotion gloves as you get a manicure. The employees are also all so sweet. Felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after.
Got my nails filled in. It was an easy process. I felt very safe. Better if you pay cash. They also have an ATM.
This was my first time going to Viva Nails. Wow! They were professional, took every Covid precaution possible to keep everyone safe, and the services were fantastic! I got a basic mani/pedi and there were extras included that normally aren’t at other salons. The chairs were new and comfy. The pedi included a great scrub with warm lotion treatment on your heels. Then the mani came with warm lotion gloves while they worked on my nails. And a shoulder massage while I was drying. Amazing value for the price! I’ll be back. And I highly recommend.
I had a great experience here! I didn’t have an appointment but they were still able to fit me in. They did a great job with my acrylics and pedicure. Highly recommend this nail salon!
Ive been going to this place for years. They know me by name, are very friendly and do a great job!
I have been going here for years! I love it. Great manicures and pedicures and they are so kind and warm people. Very clean place. highly recommended!
Extremely disappointed in Viva nails once again! I went October 29, 2020 and my nails chipped within 3 days. They kept switching the service so I had multiple people doing my nails and I did not know which to tip. I hated them switching staff because of covid. I think it is important to not be up and about touching other people and then coming back to another customer. Staff did not seem to know how to file or paint nails. Now looking at my nails I can see the second cote of paint of them. Horrible job. Do not recommend at all.
Excellent gel manicure! They really took their time doing my nails and I didn’t feel rushed or unwanted. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere including a shoulder and hand massage with hot stones. Will absolutely be going back!!
Went for a polish change and they painted right over the existing color! They ended up looking good but thought they should have taken the original color off.
Got me in straight away for a pedicure and greeted me at the door with a warm neck wrap. Excellent pedicure with great massage including hot stones, plus a shoulder massage while my nails were drying! All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! They make you feel completely refreshed after a tough week at the office. Definitely coming back! 😊
EXCELLENT experience. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, clean salon. They massage for awhile with the pedicure with lotion then hot stones. Same with manicure. Very impressed. Will be coming back :)
They put a warm shoulder pad on my back and treated me to a massage while my hands soaked. They even use real aloe plant on my arms during a manicure. Amazing experience...will come again!
I recently moved above this nail salon and, as someone who gets their nails done every two weeks, I was super excited about the convenience of this location. I enjoyed my first gel manicure. The woman who did my nails was super nice and it was a very relaxing environment. However, my experience changed drastically upon my second visit. When I got to the salon, I informed the woman doing my nails that my thumb nail was broken. After filing my nails, I was sent to another person to finish my gel manicure. I explained to him that my nail was broken. He filed it and claimed to have fixed it. I alerted him again that my nail was broken and asked if he could use nail glue to prevent me from having to come back again. He said it did not need glue and put the gel on top.Two days later, the nail that was broken, broke through the gel. I went back to the salon, explained that I was there two days ago, and asked if they would fix it. At this point, the two workers kept discussing me in a different language and when they finally acknowledged me, the man laughed and said “your nail is broken, what do you want me to do about it?” I again explained that my nail had been broken when he did my nails two days earlier and had assured me that simply filing a broken nail some how made it less broken. I again asked for nail glue. Instead of removing the gel color, glueing the nail, and repainting it, the worker put a lump of nail glue on my nail and filed it down. Now I have a visible crack and a lump of glue on my nail. I was then told that I need to inform the worker of broken nails when I sit down.I shouldn’t have left the salon, but I was so disappointed with this exchange that I did. I will not be returning.
Omg finally i found the place for my nails . They treated me so nice. This place has a very relaxing atmosphere. They offered me water and a warm shoulder pad . The girls are really sweet & the prices very fair . Shout out to lee for makin my nails just the way i wanted it. ❤️😍
The first time I went and had the nail dip done, it lasted 3 weeks. The 2nd time I left that very day with a small crack in one nail, which I shrugged off as I had a lot going on. Within days, less than a week, I had to go back as I had cracks forming on most nails. To their defense they did redo it, though not in the friendliest manner. However, by the start of the 2nd week I again had cracks and chips. I cannot see the value here if it cost me almost $50 and by week two it’s chipping and cracking.
Amazing experience-- great massage, even better pedicure. They use sanitary liners in the pedicure tubs, which is hard to find! Definitely make a trip over here.
The only nail salon Ive been to where they actually put a new plastic lining in the tub for each pedicure. Super clean! They also give you warm shoulder wrap and the seats are great.
This place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes Ill come away, having had a nice, relaxing experience, and sometimes my cuticles will be bleeding, or my feet will not have been scrubbed or massaged much. When its a bad experience, I honestly feel fleeced, because pedicures are $27 + tip. This place has some great features (a little back massage while your nails are drying, or an aloe rub on your hands and feet), but the people doing the service are sometimes really disinterested, rude and dont care if they are hurting you or not.
Went here for the first time- overall experience was pretty standard for a nail salon. I paid $82 for UV gel nails/tips (they dont do acrylic here) with gel polish on top. T heir technique of applying the gel seemed to be pretty sloppy; I was left with nails that looked slightly bulbous near the tips, and some other imperfections that Im sure no one but me (or the nail technician) would notice. The main reason Im giving this place 2 stars is that one of my nails was lifting after only 4 days. A few more started lifting around the 1 week mark and at 12 days one of my nails even POPPED OFF. Ive been wearing tips, acrylics, gels, etc for years and the only reason this should happen so quickly is due to sub par service. Definitely never going back here again.
Best pedicure anywhere in Morristown area! Warm neck pack and shoulder massage when you are drying! I always make an appt. as they can get busy especially on the weekends. Only place I recommend for a pedicure!
Decent eyebrow wax, golus John with gel nails and pedi
Amazing customer service. Always very clean. Best pedicure I have ever received around here!
Went there for a pedicure and wasnt happy with the outcome. The girls are rude, they dont seem happy and the whole experience was mediocre. I feel like Ive come out with painted nails and thats about it. Was really looking forward to the foot massage but cant say I enjoyed it .
Excellent pedicure! They really take their time with massage and felt totally relaxed...definitely coming back!
I always have a great experience here! They provide tea or water and a warm shoulder pad and do a nice job on mani/pedis. Never have to wait very long, reasonable prices, discount for paying in cash.
Customer service is terrible. Walked in at 6:50pm for a manicure and the place wasnt busy. Stood at the door looking around for a while until I asked, are you open for a manicure? The staff looked at each other and murmured something about No, everyones busy. Theyve done this to me before where theyve rushed my manicure and Ive walked out of the salon with the person locking up. If they want to leave at 7:30pm they should move their closing time to 7pm.
We made a 630 appt when they close at 730. First she did my eyebrows and didnt even show them to me before telling me I was done. Then made me pick a different color because someone was using the one I wanted for a gel manicure instead of just doing it after she was done. Then they made me do my gel manicure while my pedicure was going on and the girl kept contorting my arms in uncomfortable positions. Finally they closed the ATM before I could get money out to tip but I had already paid. The last straw was them sending me out, telling me I was done, and not even five feet from the building my nails were smudged from still being wet. I understand wanting to leave on time but that was ridiculous. Wont come back.
I love the extra attention they give from the extensive foot and leg massages to the hot neck massage at the end. They go far and above what other salons do and for the same price!
Very nice place. They try hard to please you
Best nails spa in Morristown, and i tried a lot of them.
Horrible. I went there on Frisay for the first time for my birthday and paid $75 for a set and today is Tuesday, and one nail already broke and the rest look like Ive had them for weeks. I also got my eyebrows done and they look like the lady didnt touch them. Last time going there.
Great for pedi!
Best pedicure in Morristown area

TOE INFECTION AFTER A PEDICUREdeeply disappointed and disgusted
