I moved to Morristown 6 months ago and for awhile, I was traveling to Sevierville to have my nails done at Noire nail bar. I decided to try Nails by Jordan. Ive always asked for the woman in booth 9. She is absolutely wonderful! She has done my nails 3 times in the last 6 weeks and she amazes me every single time. Definitely 5 stars!

My daughter and I (she’s 4) wanted to get our nails done. I was getting a full set, and she was just getting a regular paint job. We called 2 days prior and set an appointment time @5. We go the day of our appointment 4-3-21 5 minutes till 5 and they are busy. I walked in and told the lady we had an appointment at 5 and we took a seat. Not one, two or even 4 people but 6 people went before us. We sat waiting for 2 hours (7pm) still waiting to get our nails done. I wouldn’t have been so upset had we not made an appointment 2 days PRIOR! I understand they were busy but we MADE AN APPOINTMENT! That’s the point for an appointment! We ended up leaving 2 hours after waiting, which is sad because that time no one else was open & I couldn’t get her nails done. I will NEVER be back. So glad I didn’t give them my business. They didn’t deserve it! I will make sure to never recommend this place to anyone!! Super unprofessional.

Love my nails! The lady listened to what I wanted and got the shape and length perfect. She spent a lot of time working on my nails. Always go there! Some days they are rushed but they have always done a great job for me.

I usually go to Cheri Nail bar, but I stopped here after work one evening. I told the nail tech that I wanted an acrylic set, short coffin. I even showed her a picture. When shaping my nails I told her the a few nails didn’t match the others, she kept going and didn’t even attempt to fix them. To top it off when painting my nails she stopped after already putting two coats on half my nails and grabbed a different shade and applied that on top for whatever reason. When I asked why she said she ran out of the polish. By the time I was done my nails didn’t match in color or shape and looked awful. I brought it up asked for them to be fixed or at least a discount, I was told they looked fine and paid full price. I wasn’t rude, I tried to voice what I had an issue with multiple times during the service, and still ended up with awful nails.

Had reservation. Arrived to a packed salon. One waiting, not yet in a chair, had appt an hour before mine. I left. It would have probably been a 3 hour wait past my appointment time. Dont take appointments if you arent going to honor them above walk ins!

I wanted coffin shape and I told her THREE times at LEAST and I ended up with uneven square nails. I told her five times I wanted them short and she kept saying they wouldn’t look right short and proceeded to do what SHE wanted and left them long. they have always done good on my nails but these are absolutely horrendous.

I had never had my nails professionally done before. Came here with some friends and tried it out. The man who did my nails was rude and didn’t use his words when asking for something, and would then mumble something after I finally figured out what he wanted. My nails already have gaps in them where he didn’t finish them completely, and are uneven and sloppy. On two of my nails there isn’t paint on the ends. For the price that I paid and the result that I got it wasn’t worth it. I for sure won’t be back, and to any friends looking for somewhere to get their nails done, this place will be where I tell them to avoid.

I have been an extremely loyal customer to this salon for a year now. There wasn’t another place I would have recommended BUT the last 3 times I have went that have charged me more and more for services and not done anything special to have a reason to up charge me. In fact the services have gotta worse over time, especially the pedicures. I’m so disappointed because I have been going here for so long, now I’m going to have to find another nail salon.

I appreciated how they took appointments before walk ins however they were very rushed. They made errors in which I asked them to fixed and was ignored. Also the top coat they used started chipping within a week and a half.

Most of the time they do a fantastic job but they need to learn that being friendly is not a disease.

Asked for my acrylics to be soaked off. Didn’t listen and popped them off WITH A FAKE NAIL, so obviously this tore half of my real nail off.Got my nails painted after just for them to be HALF painted with paint all over my cuticles and fingers.

I wish for the $38 I paid for gel nails (not including tip) that they would cut the cuticles, the photos are only 4 days after they did my nails and they dont grow fast. Also they tend to leave off the far edges of my nails. This is the their time they didnt get the sides and its been a different person each time.Also, there is an old man there. Dont get gim unless youre in a mood for him to lecture you on how you take care of your nails. No thanks.Last time going there.

It was close to closing but they still accepted my friend and I and her service dog. But they got extremely hurried at the end and wouldnt speak loud enough to hear them over the mask and with the language barrier it was getting frustrating. And the time they should have taken for a quality outcome really suffered and showed.

I used to trust this shop to be clean. When you have to argue with the owner that your nail tech isnt listening your nail is crooked and almost all the others had very littel glue to attach also and needs the gaps filled. The nails came off the next day. Maybe better tomorrow but wasnt today.

The lady at #9 is my absolute favorite. She done such a good job at taking her time & shaping & doing my nails. I walked in & I first ask the short guy (guessing the owner) on how much it was for what I wanted I walked in with $50 & the ombré nails I want had like rhinestones on both ring fingers & he told me $55. I told him I only had $50. He didn’t care which wasn’t a big deal I settled for just ombré because I loved the nail reference I had a screenshot of any how. I showed her what I wanted & she went in to glueing & shapping. I hate being picky at these types of places but I had set on a length a little to long & I asked her if she could do them a bit shorty that I apologize for being so picky. She had no problem & said it was okay, & went to fixing them how I liked. After she had everything filed to be the finishing shape she made sure I like them which I loved. I told yes it was perfect! She went on with out the white acrylic stuff on them & the pink & the bottom she made sure that I liked them before she polished them. Then she had picked to glitters for my ring finger because it had a thin layer of glitter. I chose & she started to getting out the rhinestones & I then said,” the guy who sat me here told me that those would be $55 & I only have $50” she told me not to worry about $50 was perfectly fine. The end result was wonderful & I am in love they also hold up very well I get a good 3&1/2 weeks out of the acrylics they put on!!

I have gotten 1 of the men 2 separate times its not been satisfactory. But all the women seem to do a great job. 🤗

This place has went downhill severely, over the years. I have went in the last couple days to fix a couple broken nails and pick different polish and a fill in. I left with a couple crooked nails, uneven polish, And a bleeding thumb! I used to love this place. Now I wouldnt suggest it to anyone.

I have gone there for a few years. Went to Rose and she is gone now. Tried another girl, she did a good job, Mary maybe. Anyway, went last week and I will not go back. He was new and an older man. I pay too much and tip very well for my nails to have them look like this. The place is also very dirty. Look around next time you go. Once while I was there the health dept came in and the girl that was doing my nails/pedicure suddenly got sick and they put another girl on me. She lied to me as well as Sun. She didnt have her license. They even let a child work partly on me. I dont like to be so negative about anyone but when you serve the public you need to do better.

I brought me daughters for a pedicure and a full set. They tried to take people back before my daughters and we had been waiting longer

The older man who works here is EXTREMELY rude. He is disrespectful to his customers and actually tried forcing us to leave so we would not take up room and the entire time we were sitting there, he would look at us and give us dirty looks and say things. One other thing, the person who attended is was underage and not getting paid and she had an ATTITUDE.

I should have trusted the reviews I saw about this place. I was camping and came into town for a few things and wanted to freshen up my polish. Polish alone cost $28! I did it anyway and I would have left a good review despite the rediculous price. It was a terrible job and terrible service. If they cant even polish well I wouldnt trust them with any other service. The only thing I liked was how clean it was. Take everyones advice and stay away until these guys clean up their act and start taking care of their customers

This place is the best for a pedicure get a guy though because the ladies there kinda rush through it all and all the best around!

While getting a pedicure, I told the lady she was hurting me when she was cutting the cuticle, she ignored me and kept cutting it till it bled, horrible. Nail polish coats were not even either.

Absolutely charged for services not rendered. Asked for a gel manicure for for daughter. And all they did was paint her nails. We travel to Morristown every weekend to visit family and never will I visit there again cause my daughter was 12 and they assumed

Love getting pedicures with my daughter. They have massage chairs when u get them. I havent got my nails done but my daughter n law had and she loved them when she got them done there. They have very friendly staff workers and are eager to please the customer in anyway they can. Yes we will

Had to tell the young guy (Benny or something like that) that my child was 16 when he told her she needed sexy nails and kept asking if she could be his American girlfriend. She was several down from me and I couldnt hear what was said. She told me when we left and I went back in and reminded him of her age and called management. She shouldnt have been talked to like that and I regret not saying she was to be sat beside me. He did question me why I got to have gel and my daughter only regular polish. She doesnt like gel and had her own color she wanted. Im a single Mom and pay for her nails as something special for us to do together and it was none of his business. Went there for years, but will never be back. The one woman in the very last seat always did an awesome job though. Wish we wouldve just stuck to her.

I went to Nails by Jordan on Friday to have the S&S powder put on my nails, first time ever having anything done to my nails. 1st. The young fellow by the Name of Danny, he talked too 2 much, his table was so dirty and dusty. He did not take his time, I had to show him things he messed up to correct. Went back on Wednesday to show them that the nails were sticking up like false nails to have them corrected. I do not know who the Little SHORT FOREIGN was at first he asked what color i wanted then I said same color, all of sudden he would not allow Danny to redo my nails. I stated all I want is redo or my money back. Would not refund or redo. Just found out the procedure that done to my nails was incorrect. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Went in for mani and pedi with my mom. The place is very dirty and is not properly sanitized. Still left a $20 tip. My nail polish was still wet and chipping off over 5 hours after getting them done. Went back to explain they have a polish that is not drying and they were rude blaming it on the shoes I just put on although my fingers where doing the same thing. They were very rude about it and had to beg for a polish change. Never apologized for how rude they were. We won’t be back.

I Honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re rude, and act like they don’t have time for you. The lady who did my nails yesterday evening, tore my whole nails up, and did not listen to how short I wanted them. My three fingers she hurt, is very sore (I’m unsure of how to photos but I will figure it out!)

My daughter goes here. Sometimes she likes their work but other times not so much.

So I went here three days ago for a pedi. I must say this was a whole different experience the main problem she didn’t put a clear coat over the polish hence why I have three toes without polish now. The polish came off in a whole piece since she used a gel base after I told her three times regular polish and it came off two days ago so technically The day after I paid ten dollars more than I’ve ever paid for a CORRECT pedi the polish comes off. Save your money .

First time here and couldn’t be happier. Best overall pedicure in a very long time... hands down best massage ever.

I travel from Greeneville to here because every experience Ive had has been top notch! Perfect EVERY time and they dont break off like other places did! Its at least a month or two before I need mine done, since obviously my nails grow slow, but these hold up and always look great! One time I took my elderly mother and they did her for free! She only needed a trim, yet they went out of their way to accommodate her and her walker. I hate all the poor reviews, yet I shall continue traveling over an hour one way for my perfect nails!

There’s one particular individual Who works at that location. Extremely rude and disrespectful to the clients coming in and out of the business. He speaks down to the clients as if they are non-customers. Buisness is great and employees do a great job at that specific individual should be fired.

#greatexperience the lady at table 6 today did an excellent job on our nails and lady at table 8 did my oldest daughters nails great too.

I go there pretty often and 1 woman ruins my nails every time. She makes them uneven and acrylic on my skin and my nails looked like a bulky mess. Terrible there are 2 men that work there and 2 other women and they are really good. Try to stay away from the middle age women that has a seat in the middle station.

Ive gone to this place several times. And each time there was a problem with my nails. You could never understand what they were saying to you,they mainly just pointed me to go somewhere. They dont take their time on your nails they rush through it. One lady had cut my pinky finger and it bled and hurt and told her,but she said nothing and continued to dig her tool into that area. And the other time a lady had put so much glue on my nails that it took longer than usual to get them off and had to take them off the next day because my fingers were literally hurting because there was so much glue. Will never go back to this place .

So i went and got my nails done i went in asked how much it would cost and how long it would be then i told my grandfather so he would know then i went back in sat down at a station and the girl started doing my nails the tools they used we old and very used it felt like she was trying to cut me with a nail file and i had acrylics done and they are so thin ive had them on less than a week and 4 have already broken and they are bumpy never going again rather drive an hour away

I took my 77 year old mother there last week for a pedicure. Weve had a good experience in the past but this time the young girl was rude. She spend a lot of time talking to the other workers about not being happy about giving a pedicure. Then she started fusing because she thought I didnt tip her, however we both gave a tip. Custumer service is not something they focus on. If I spend $60 + $15 tip, I dont expect them to mess up my moms pedicure by putting her sandles on her feet in a rush then hurrying us out.

First time I went in I asked for an upper lip wax which costs 5$. The receptionist asked me several times if I wanted another service on top. That annoyed me. Then I paid and added a 2$ tip and the guy yelled it out loud to the woman who was going to wax my lip that she got a 2$ tip. That just makes me wonder-had j not given her a tip would she had burned my lip instead of wax it??? Then I go again for the same service next time and I leave the card with my husband to pay. He didn’t pay, he just waited for me to come out. Big mistake. When I was in the waxing room with the lady. I notice that she starts wiping down my eyebrows instead of upper lip so I stop her and tell her:”hmmm excuse me it is my lip not my eyebrow”. Even if she had not understood my English, I was indicative enough though sign language that I don’t want my eyebrows waxed. She just said ok and moved on so I assumed that she was being nice giving me an extra. Well at the end when I head for the receptionist desk to pay she charges me for both services-lip and eyebrows. Sneaky. They act like they don’t know The language to wrip you off. If this was just a one time thing, I wouldn’t even write his review.

I wated an hour or more to get my nails done and then when it was my turn they they guy doing my nails rushed through it and dug his tool into my skin mutiple times then painted them as sloppy as possible not going back.

I dont not recommend going here my mom and I came and got our finger nails done well he made my fingers bleeding and theres nail polish and glue all over my fingers also, one of the guys done my moms well.. he broke one of her nails and just glued it back together and put stuff over it... Worst experience EVER!
