Beyond unhappy! Colors are so off and left with colors we didnt like. Kept telling her to cut nails shorter. I still need to cut some. Messy work! No one to talk to about issues.Waste of money! Go somewhere else! As my daughter said they werent even very friendly.

My pedicure was fabulous. I am very satisfied with the outcome! I will be returning.

I called and made an appointment for my sister to get her nails done for her birthday with Lisa (she does a good job). They said she’s not available at 5:30 (my requested time) but to come at 6 and she’d be ready. Instead, my sister got Tony (he does not do a good job, I’ve had him). He makes you bleed, does not do any types of cuticle oils or hand lotions, and the shape of the nails are always crooked. It’s upsetting to have to wait, go to a later appointment, and still not get who was requested.

I came to this place like 1 hour ago, all I wanted to get was color change, the guy in front told me yes just wait for like 5 minutes, I waited 48 minutes until I left. If they couldn’t do it, why waisted my time? Very unprofessional

All the acrylic broke off. And ruined my actual nails! Worse nails I’ve ever had in my life.

If you go to L.A. Perfection Nails ask for Melissa or the man thats at the table to your right when coming inside. Not saying no one else does good work but they are the BEST!

I paid this woman and tipped her just to realize that she ruined my good eyebrow. Totally ruined my arch and over plucked. Don’t waste your money

This place has the worst customer service ever. The treatment you received is based on the cost of what you are getting done. They don’t appreciate customers, for example, I have been going there for over ten years and the treatment have worsen. I don’t consider myself a difficult client and even if so after so many years it’s fair to say they have learned how I like my nails to look.They lie about busy and having appointments just so they can take the customer they prefer and they even go as far as sending you with someone else to do someones else nails/toes since they will be paying more for whatever reason. They hold little to none conversation, even those days when you are in the mood to talk.The owner and his wife are the worst in terms of customer service. In terms of quality they are good.They also make it very Obvious for the customer to know that they are talking about you.It’s sad because the place has potential due to its quality and location but the customer services is THE WORST. They make it almost impossible for you to be there. The treatment white and black customers is not the same.It almost feel as if they want to tell you not to come back. One can assume they don’t need the money.

Have never experienced such poor Customer service. Beware. tools are not disinfected between customers but rather squirted with acetone. Tony the manicurist ?? owner although very skilled is rude and very disrespectful!!Will never set foot in that establishment again.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I went for a acrylic fill and a pedicure. For starters the lady doing my pedicure was digging so deep to the point that it was painful during and sore afterwards. Secondly I got my acrylic fill and the lady was using the electric filer on my skin to the point where 2 of my cuticles scabbed and she took parts of my acrylic off my nail and put glue on them which I have Never seen before. Finally to end the horrible exprience, I asked for gel and she used regular nail pills then when I questioned her about the price I was being charged since she didnt do the gel and she responded by saying they charge $3 to cut my nail down which is understandable but then proceeded to say and they charge $5 for the glue she put on my nail(which my nail didnt need) and charge $5 for the white lines that she did by hand not even by airbrush (manicure) but it wouldnt have been extra if I got all of my nails fully painted. Needless to say I will NEVER step foot in that place again

I must say when I ever I visit I ask for Mellissa. She is very personable, friendly and conscientious about giving you what you ask for. If she were ever to leave I would too.

Melissa is excellent and Sandy is also. You will get a great mani/pedi with these ladies...Lisa is okay but tends to rush sometimes and thats never good. I miss Paul being there- his brother (or whoever he is) is so rude. So so rude.

The man in the front is so rude! He yells and is so disrespectful, he even kicks people out. The own who does my eyebrows, Wei, is so sweet. Other than than dont get your nails done here

Ive been experiencing very bad chipping and peeling my gel manicure even though Ive had it for less than a week. Though I do understand everyones nails react differently to nail polish types and formulas this manicure was not worth 50$ for only gel polish (I did not ask for tips on my nails).

I have been to many beautiful costly location and my tips do not last at all. This has been the only place were my nails has been intacted since June. Reading all previous post, even though they were not good reviews, I decided to try them. I explained exactly what I wanted and the owner tended to me. Afterwards I stuck with one manicures. Havent had a problem yet!!!! Dont give location bad reviews try another person because one is more talented than the other.

The worst experience I have ever had. The asian girls there one in particular are so rude. I will never go back there, they scolded my foot with hot water with a pedicure.. Stay away they dont do good work here and have the worst customer service in the world.

Got a pedicure and now I have a toenail infection. They dont know how to do acrylics they always turn out bumpy and bad. They also cant apply nail polish someone asked me if I did my nails myself. Do not go here

Very disappointed got my nails done two days ago and it is already chipping off on two nails and the others nails are see through.
