Im giving a 3 statement because the nail technicians where in such a hurry that they absolruined my nails but I have to say the pedicure was amazing live the massage chairs

I love when Danny does my nails and his wife does the polish. The younger one still has a lot to learn o think. But they are super fast.

Got my nails done 2 days ago towards the end of the day.i was their last client and they refill my nails and painted them in under 30 minutes. Sent me out the door with wet/sticky nails. I didnt touch anything and let them fully dry. Not even 24 hrs had passed and the paint was coming off in chunks from them not letting them sit under the light long enough. I returned today to give them a second chance and fix their mistake and they sent me away and told me to return tomorrow during a time that I work. I dont recommend anyone go here if you want your nails done for an occasion. I spent $50 and tipped the nail tech and now have to go somewhere else and play someone to fix them.

They do a great job on your nails, and they are decently priced. Just be careful and tell them what you want and how much extra it will be, bc my daughter wanted stuff added to her nails and they told me it would be free, but they ended up charging me another $15 to get what she wanted. Other than them rushing to get your nails done, everything was perfect!

Horrible experience! First of all they dont sanitize their instruments and use emory boards. I know all nail salons smell like acrylic, but the smell in this place gave me a terrible headache before they even started on my nails. The guy that did mine was rude and rough. Painfully rough and the color is wrong. My daughter got a full set. Theyre not even, giant gaps along all edges looks like press ons for kids. Less than 24 hours and one popped off. $60 down the drain! Please dont waste your time or money!

Cant speak for the actual nail service but when I tried to get a pedi they basically left me standing there with no info or instructions and wouldnt make further eye contact. A little customer service goes a long way.

I did not make it to my regular salon during business hours. Went here on Sunday, dreading it. I was banking on 2-3 hours. HOLY SMOKES. As soon as I sat down, I put my foot in the water and she started my pedi and I had a male working on each hand. Literally in no time I was done. 40 minutes in and out and an incredible job! So glad I found them!!

Poor quality nail job!!! The set is crooked on 7 out of 10 of my nails. The glue is extremely sloppy. When asked to fix them they just filed them & sent me on my way. Definitely not where you want to get your set at.

They are so welcoming and the atmosphere is so calming I love to go there on relax. They really helped me feel happy again. Last year was a painful year on my first day of college my dog that I had since elementary got runned over and then I had a mental breakdown and I couldnt feel anything. I was numb so I really wanted to stop feeling sorry for myself and then I went to the salon and instantly I felt like omg theres a really cute guy in front of me and then I still felt horrible but the only thing that kept me going was to see him again and ik that thats really creepy but that was my only sense of happiness. Then later on in my semester my grandpa got a heartattack and I really wanted to go see him up in Michigan but my family told me not to because of college so I agreed against my better of judgment. I remember I went to my aunts house and remember see my cousin so I told her about the cute guy and we went to go see him. And I remember bringing her and he walked by and she goes hi whats your name and he was shocked then he looked at me and ran basically then the next day my grandpa died and then a month later my mamaw dies from cancer and it was so hard but it really helped because of them and the guy. They really helped me feel better and find my happiness again so I want to thank them even tho theyll probably never see it. Sorry its so long but I wanted to say it out loud but never could.

I really like going there no matter what theyre doing when you walk in they speak to you immediately I usually just get the pedicure and they do a wonderful job I would recommend them with five stars

Danny and his crew is the best!! They pay attention to detail and make your nails look fabulous. Always a great visit and he literally remembers everyones name and the names of their family.

Did a great job fixing what another salon didnt do correct and was able to be done within a half hour!!! Prices are very affordable as well!

This place is probably the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They do not care about pain or how their nails look. Nor do they care about the comfort of their clientele. They ripped my nails off (without soaking or anything) as well as painting them horribly due to the designer doing half of his job. If only I could post a picture of their work. The older gentleman who works in there is the only one who acts as though he knows what hes doing. The others love nothing more than to get the job done and grab their money. Whats funny is they knew they messed my nails up afterwards and also caused my nails to bleed during so when I paid they wouldnt let me tip them. Its a good thing that Halloween is right around the corner....my nails are pretty scary and it was a scary experience. I asked them if there was anyway I could write a review. They surprisingly told me no. Thank you for making my scary Halloween complete though.

I used this salon for 6 years. You always are rushed in with one person on each hand at the same time they are rough and very aggressive with your hands. Even the best guy there Danny (who is still extremely sub par) just sits and talks down every other nail salon in town the whole time like that will prevent you from going anywhere else. Don’t let the younger guy touch you he puts huge grooves in your acrylic and can’t paint nails to save his life. I finally just tried a different salon in town and was BLOWN AWAY at how much more calm and relaxing the whole experience was. I will never ago back!

They do ok on the nails. The chairs are great. They work wonderfully. The people there are friendly. The prices are a little high but it males for a relaxing day.

Danny is very quick and efficient. Im in and out of there in no time and my nails have always looked great. There have been a few times that communication was an issue but that was with the young man that works there. Danny is awesome. He works hard and does a good job considering he is the only one of them that can do the acrylic.

Yes they are fast I give you that but quality is lacking and he told me to leave the place I went to and I wouldnt regret it. I did leave the place I was going to and I do regret it. I was the only customer when I went in yesterday and each hand was taken over by each man which I didnt mind. But when I pointed out big bump in my nails he patched it up and never went over it again. My nails have actually never looked this bad from just having a fill in. Im not on here just to trash regal nails but you might want to focus on quality instead of being sloppy and fast. Never ever ever going back even if I have to wait 2 hours at Jordans.

Love this place. Danny and his crew are great. Gets you in and out quick. Which is great for me bc I am always in a hurry. Does the best job. I drive from Greeneville to Morristown just so they can do my nails.

I used to love going here to get my nails done. But lately they have been getting so sloppy and I have one doing one hand and another doing the other. I have been nice about it but my nails are usually crooked or something. And if you let them know you dont like how it looks or if something isnt right they will begin to talk in there language which I feel is very unprofessional and rude. I spend alot of money in this salon to get crooked nail. Im currently looking for a new nail shop because I have had it with this place.

Never go to regal nails in Walmart I went there today 15 mins before closing time the guy was doing a ladies nails but was almost finished. he asks what I want I showed him it was a simple ombre he says we cant do that. I said you cant do a simple ombre??? He says no.i say ok let me pick something else out.in the middle of picking something else he finished the ladies nails he was working on then proceeded to tell me WE ARE CLOSED. like really??? Why not say that when I told you I was gonna find another design or better then that why not say you wasnt gonna do mine today because its closing time? in my opinion that was very rude inconsiderate and bad business expecially when you couldnt even do the design I wanted in the first place.like really a nail shop that cant do nails??? What kind of sense does that make???....long story short Im gonna go else where and will never go there again

Do not go here. The young guy who did my nails burnt me like 5 times. They rushed through my pedicure and there utensils must have not been clean because my big toe where he cut me is infected... i will post a picture.
