It took about 2 hours, but I got a nice pedicure and dip ($60). Friendly (and quiet) staff, clear communication, semi clean facility. Time will tell with how well these last, but today I’m very pleased with the service!

This used to be my favorite place in town, but when I went about a week ago I had tried to call first to make sure they had time and an appointment like I always had, their phone was off so I just went anyways. They said it would be a 45 min wait to get my nails painted. No biggie. I told them that I had called and the phone was off the hook, which they then fixed. They started getting calls for appointments after, and I waited for 2.5 hours, so long that the people who called in after they fixed the phone were now there also. I complained, and then a lady finally spent 5 min painting my nails with gel polish. The gel manicure lasted a total of 2 DAYS! NEVER GOING BACK :(

I have been trying this place out for the last few months and numerous times now I have made appointments. When I make appointments, it’s usually because I don’t have hours to spare and wait as a walk-in. Two times in the last month I have had to wait an hour (just like the walk-ins) when I made appointments. When I would tell them that I had appointments afterwards and inquired on how long they thought it would take for the services I requested-they just rushed through it and the quality was poor. (I was asking because if I needed to reschedule, I would’ve done so). I will no longer be going here. I wish Morristown had a great nail salon like other near by cities. I guess I’ll be trying out the new ones that recently opened.

I am so particular about my nails and my nail tech kills it every time. This is the best set I have ever gotten and Im obsessed. The dip is thin and even, and the design is as clean as it gets. Highly recommend.

The place is beyond clean, and everyone gets fresh nail implements to keep! I cant say enough nice things about this place. Im in love with my nails.

The older guy who some have said us the owner treated my wife horrible and made her cry he was so mean to her, and it isnt like the girls next to her didnt hear him ! Dont go hear ever! We were warned by several people but went anyway and learned the leason

Overall cleanliness was good, there was no wait as a walk in at 2pm on a Friday afternoon, and it only took about an hour start to finish. However, I was not satisfied with my experience. My problem was with the guy who took care of me. I told him I wanted a full set of acrylics. He asked if I wanted gel or regular paint, I told him regular. He asked what color and I said French manicure. He was kind of put out when I waned regular tips and not white tips. He told me the paint would chip and not last. I told him I knew that might happen. I wanted regular tips so I could have light colors on my nails next time without having grown out white tips looking all strange underneath. He also didnt ask what shape I wanted my nails. But after he cut me I just wanted to be done with the whole experience. He was unfriendly and only spoke to me when he told me to wash my hands and move to the bar to get my paint job. But the reason I wont be going back is that he cut me TWICE with the nail file. It didnt draw blood but I did kinda jerk my hand away 3 or 4 times when he was shaping the acrylic and he wasnt concerned at all that he was hurting me.

Thank you SO much for the once again impeccable work for my birthday mani/pedi! The mani/pedi was good and the polish has lasted a long time.

I absolutely love this place. I dont go anywhere else. They are so kind and they do great work. Its a family atmosphere here. Come as you are.

Came with my daughter, my son in-law and my granddaughter while I was visiting from Nashville. They live here I do not. We all got pedicures without an appointment and the baby got her toe nails painted! This place is very professional and clean and family oriented. We had an awesome time and we will definitely be coming back. Anyone saying otherwise must be difficult to please, because we thought they were awesome!

I did have a 5-Star review but am editing and changing it. I wish I could attach pictures, but I came in 8 days ago and had a dip set done. At first, they looked great and you can’t beat the price!! But boy do they not last! It’s been 8 days and I have cracked and chipped 3 nails already from simple wear and tear. One was from my middle finger accidentally slipping on a Windex bottle trigger and I’m not even sure how I’ve chipped the others. If I were you, go elsewhere.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon for a while and I’ve read atrocious reviews about a lot of places in the area. I am very glad I decided to give this salon a chance. This place is less expensive yes, looks nice inside yes, but the staff do not care about the customer. At first they were good but then they ruined my nails. I had acrylic nail for a couple of months, then moisture got under them, which is common after a few fill-ins. But instead of soaking them off, a gentleman grabbed a plastic nail tip and wedged it between my real nail and the acrylic and popped them all off. It was very uncomfortable and it ruined my nail bed. Please spend a few more dollars and try somewhere else. I do not recommend them and I will never go back.

I walked in with my mom and we got started. They asked me what I wanted, I told them I wanted black stilettos. In the middle of it this lady made me bleed on like two of my fingers saying I had a lot of cuticles. Then they were crooked and I honestly wanted it to be over. I had been there twice and both was awful experiences. I will not be returning.

The main owner the man is very rude. He made my toe nail bleed and when I told him that it hurt and that It was bleeding, he started arguing that it wasnt bleeding that it was the paint until I showed him with my finger that there was blood. He is always so serious and rude. I liked going there but imma find a new place.

John gives the perfect manicure. He takes his time and makes me feel so pampered. I love the dip nails and the variety of colors is expansive. Great work, every time!

Had a manicure on Friday, Oct 18. I wish I knew the name of my nail technician because she hurried her work so much that she clipped my cuticles too short. Four of them bled and eventually became infected. I have applied neosporin and hydrogen peroxide every day and at nearly 2 weeks, they are still tender. Im sure the salon is good overall, the atmosphere is very clean and relaxing, but this one technician should not be doing nails. I will update if I learn her name.

I went in and I had told him I wanted a full set and regular polish but instead he gave me Dip because he heard my Nana say she wanted Dip so he automatically thought I wanted them. He would get mad every time I said I wanted my nails a little bit shorter. As we were leaving I was at the front with my Nana and we were looking at my nails and he had all of my nails different lengths, and all of them were very thin. He rushed us and that’s not very professional if your paying 40 dollars for your nails you want them done right.

When I walked in I was greeted with a rude ”can I help you “ and when I told him I wanted a manicure he told me to go and sit. The lady was much nicer but wouldn’t stay off her phone, went outside to make calls, and even went to another lady doing a pedicure to do her feet. I was kind of grossed out after she returned to my nails. She was only wearing one glove and I’m guessing she had it on all day because it was white and faded into a greenish yellow. Wouldn’t recommend.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the employees at Legacy nail. Jessica is my favorite and I always asked for her she is thorough efficient and professional and knows how to make me feel comfortable. When shes done with my nails and waxing I am always satisfied. I recommend them to my friends and about gift certificates recently for my family the place is always clean and the instruments sterile A great place!!

I have been here many times and will go back many more. Overall, it is a perfectly respectable experience. After reading some other reviews, I want to comment on a few things. For all of the staff, English is a second (or fourth or fifth) language. If they dont chat with you, it is because that would be difficult for both parties. Additionally, if you need to communicate something to them - like if you are not pleased with what they are doing - you might need to work a bit harder than usual to make sure they understand what you need. They want to do what you want them to. So if you are looking for a decently priced, reasonably executed pedi or mani, this is your place.

My daughter got her nails done, the lady did a great job. When I get my nails done, I will go here. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very sweet. Store was very clean.

I have been going here the last few months and thoroughly enjoyed getting my nails done here. On Tuesday I came in and got a gel pedicure and dipped natural nails. He applied to coats to my nails and sealed them. I asked for a third coat and he said you will be ok. I told him I preferred a third coat and that I would pay for it. He said no I will put a gel coat on top of the dipped nail and it will be just the same. 24 hours later the color on my nails are peeling and my nails are rough. I paid $100 and was told my nails would be ok. I will not be back. I asked for it to be corrected there but was told I would be ok. Lesson learned.

I would definitely recommend this salon, good experience! Henry did a wonderful job, took his time was not in a hurry like most salons.

Very very clean environment, he was very patient with me about how i wanted my nails to look, even though it took an hour to get them right it was so worth it. The prices are a little high but worth the work put in to make sure they are perfect and he did so. Definitely would reccommend to anyone young or old.

This place is absolutely awful. They do sloppy work and NEVER gives you what you ask for. Even when you point a flaw out they will ignore it and finish and then overcharge you for terrible nails. I highly do not recommend.

I have been coming here since they opened and had no problem. Tonight, I got there a little after 6 (they closed at 730). They didnt have any customers but were doing some sort of deep clean. I didnt see a sign on door saying they were closing early. So when I walked in, they all looked at me like I didnt belong. I asked if they were closing early, someone replied no. So I sat down for my pedicure. The young guy did an awesome job--my only reason for stars. I asked for a very small design on my big toe. They manager or guy I think is in charge, told me that I should have told them sooner about that. That they dont do designs. It wasnt even 7 yet. He said the girls who do that are gone now. They hurried and put their flip flops on me, and once they painted me up, sent me out the door...before 730. I understand wanting to get home early and all, but if there was a time issue they should have posting something on the door. I could have waited till the weekend or gone somewhere else.
