These guys do an amazing job! Did perfect hair cut, complete restyle, beard trim, for my wedding in October 2020. And after doing storm removal work and neglecting my hair and beard they just made everything perfect again! Definitely recommend!!

A very good place with nice staff and a friendly atmosphere. Their prices are very decent and so far everything Ive had done there has turned out great. (What little hair I have left)... They are often busy when I stop in, so Ive had to wait a while at times, but thats part of any business.

Her demeanor? LOL it’s a military barbershop so therefore it’s going to be a little bit more strict than your normal civilian haircut that he would get from somewhere else. Every time I have gone she has done my hair done exactly the way I wanted. I think it closes to early but that’s just my opinion and that would be the only con I would give this business. Love it

I went to Ledfords Barber shop to get my hair trimmed. The staff there are very friendly & it is a good atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. And I really liked my hair cut. Labrina done a great job. Altogether my experience there was wonderful & I will go again!

Bobby has cut my hair ever since I was a little kid. I defiantly recommend him as a barber and really just a person who you can talk to. Good haircuts good times.

Ledford Barber shop is top notch. I’ve been letting Bobby the owner cut my hair for 3 years now and I’m very picky. Bobby and Bryant his son take their time to do it right. Go check them out in morristown mall, you won’t be disappointed.

There arent enough words to say about how much i liked this place.the people werent jus al sweet n nice they were ao kool and awsome to talk to and they all have such great personalitys..im 29 yr old and only one time in my life have i ever left a hair salon and actually realy liked my hair.most times i leave cussing screamon cry and very angry but i had told labrenna my stoey and she said ya no wht imma make this goal and imma do it and by god she did so amazing on my hair i didnt know wht to do or say bc she had now made the 2nd time in my lifetime tht i LOVED MY NEW HAIR CUT..so thank u ALL for tkin good care of me and for convdrsating with me and makin me feel at home and im jus all around HAPPY..The owner was also so kool and jus great people there...

I simply walked past the barbershop in the mall!

So the barber nicked my four year olds ear, no big deal, hes a kid was squirming, and it happens. This made my son scared when he got close to his ear so he would cry and move his head when he got close. This barber looked at his friend hes been shooting the bull with, shook his head and rolled his eyes like a teenager! Most disrespectful service Ive ever had in a barver shop

I was a long time customer of bobbys, who sang nothing but the highest praises. I always recommended him, not only that but I would check up on my recommendations and ask them have you gone to bobby yet? I was just about as good a customer as anyone could hope for. I tried to be conversational when I went in and never gave less that a $8 tip on a $10 hair cut. However, I always got mid bald fades with a high guard on the top... which any beauty school drop out could accomplish. A couple months ago I went in there and waited on him for 45 MINUTES for him to get done shooting the bull with some dude in the mall; his son even had to call him and ask him when he was gonna come back because he had 2 customers waiting on him. When I got in the chair and asked what I wanted, I told him I wanted a SIMPLE UNDERCUT, disconnected and longer in front than in the back. THERE IS A REASON ITS CALLED THE CLASSIC UNDERCUT! The kid, and I mean KID, argued with me over and over about what it was that I WANTED! He said he had never heard of anything like that before, and that I probably dont know what Im asking for, but NEWS FLASH Ive been to 3 seperate barbers since then and EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM. knew EXACTLY what I wanted and have done amazing jobs. I was paying him money to make me wait 45 MINUTES and then argue with me like I was in the wrong for wanting a very reasonable haircut. He said things to me such as What do I know? Ive only been cutting hair XY years! or You know... Im starting to think I aint your barber. This was IN THE MIDDLE OF MY HAIRCUT! After it was all said and done, I looked like Jim Carrey from Dumb and dumber. It was god awful! And he knew it! And when I asked him to fix it and LITERALLY had to tell him exactly how to do it... step by step by step, pull the hair up, clip it or with a come and buzz it right underneath without taking the top off-etc. I could of had a child cut my hair better, quicker, and with less of an attitude. Not to mention, 4 times while he was cutting my hair he took 10+ minute personal phone calls. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS OWNER IN MORRISTOWN!! Regardless of how mad I was... I told myself today that I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt and give him another shot. With him being a veteran, and I myself being a veteran as well, I felt obliged to give him a second chance. Besides, I dont hold grudges at all, thats stupid! I was just hoping I was able to teach him a thing or two last time so we didnt have that problem again. So I walked in there and gave him an enthusiastic, Whats up bobby??, no response. You growing out the beard man? I like it!, no response. I SWEAR IT IS LIKE HE IS A 15 YEAR OLD GIRL! However, I waited on him AGAIN.... 15 minutes goes by and his son walks in from hangin out in the back the entire time during the hours of operation, and he looks at me and sits down. I say Hey if you wanna go ahead and get me thats fine I dont care., and he had the AUDACITY to say No Im good, I dont cut hair like yours..... Ive never said a word to his son, besides barber shop chit chat, that made it clear to be that bobby made it a point to black list me from his barbor shop after me correcting his GOD AWFUL haircut. Apparently when you get what I now call a bobby special (or an edward scissor hands haircut) your just supposed to take it and give him his money, DONT YOU DARE complain at Bobbys, you get what they give you here apparently lol. I started going to bobby my junior year of highschool, back in 2012, and this is how they treat a long time loyal customer. Its pathetic. The place is run by DISRESPECTFUL, IMMATURE, IRRESPONSIBLE, LAZY, UNTEACHABLE KNOW IT ALLS who cant apparently cut a CLASSIC UNDERCUT. People, look at it this way, there is a reason they have went out of business 2 times already. If I could give zero stars I would. And it pains me to say this.... but I will be glad when, not if, he goes out of business for the 3rd time

Wouldnt recommend this place. The blonde who works there, does more talking to other people than focusing on her work. My husband went there the other day, was overcharged for a haircut that was unnoticeable. I literally asked what she had cut off? It was like she only trimmed the back of neck, when she was asked for a full head trim.
